I made it through! After being off for so long I did three 20-min step workouts this week. And made it through this one with a few extra water breaks. Very grateful for this one tonight. And great stretch at the end. Thanks for reposting it.

I’ve been “stepping “ since the 80’s & prefer the “basic” step as I can focus on keeping the right form & actually work out harder using correct routine with larger steps to increase my HR. 😊

Still tired from moving and unpacking from Bama to Arizona I made up my mind to get back in a routine. Back to working out by my desk. Had to break it up because oh yeah I'm getting over the crud. I kept moving and stopped when I needed. Can't wait to do the intermediate. ❤

A fantastic class, as per usual, Chris. So -- I was actually ON Romper Room as a five year-old. Mr. Do Bee scared the crap outta me.....I was just standing in horror, unable to do the circle dance. So they put me in the corner with the Don't Bees......😒😂.
