    Today reiterated why Chris has my favorite channel. I put on a walking workout to get a couple extra steps in. This was a 15 minute workout and had music that was unrecognizable- in this time ads cut in 3 times!!! Next time I’m just going put on a csornerfitness step workout & do it on the floor. This is the only workout channel that I have used that has great music & no ads breaking into them! Thanks Chris- I really appreciate you!

    That was wonderful!! I asked some of the people here in Florida if they have ever done a step class. They all laugh and say, "Sure ! When I was in my 20’s." Well guess what folks ?? Nothing better than step class in my 60’s with Chris!! Haha. Thanks for the inspiration as always, Chris!! ❤️

    I ve being diagnosis with Parkinson’s disease at 49 years old- now I am 58 and begun doing your step classes since June 2023-1 year ago) -You have no idea how much you are helping me! Today I did this video for the first time- going to intermediate and leaving Badic! Big Thanks!! ❤

    Happy Saturday (for me anyway 😊) Super fun workout! If anyone thinks that basic step won’t be a good workout….with a little more intensity and more intentional moves my heart rate got up to 150+ and I burned 250 calories. All in just 30 minutes. Great music and fun routine…as always! Thanks Chris. 💕😎

    Great workout.. Faster (not too much), steady, easy to follow Choreo. that made this totally a Sweat Fest! Great way to up the energy for the day!!

    Just did this workout! Fabulous! What I love is your joy as you lead us, your creative plan for each workout and your guidance for all levels! Have worked out since college days.     Despite the slower tempo I got a really good sweat going with this class, great tunes as usual. A huge thank you to you as well, at the gym my barre class format has altered so we can use heavier weights if we wish. Never been a weights fan as I’ve said previously. Anyway, thanks to your encouragement and motivation I pushed myself today and was lifting at times 22lbs at my max! And it wasn’t a chore either. So thank you again for that. 🎉

    Still taking it easy after straining my back in the garden but needed some cardio… so a gentle simple class was just the ticket. This is why Chris’s channel is so great…. Something for everybody. Chris mentioned people starting out slowly and needing a break after a short time… 2 years ago that was me…. But I persevered and I feel so much healthier. Thanks Chris.

    Another great work out. I've been thinking 128 was to slow BUT after yesterdays strength with an added riser I thought well if I slowed down a bit I bet I could TRY 2 and I DID IT! But also thanks for the reminder that it's NOT necessary! LOVE YOU!

    Normally I wouldn’t struggle with this bpm and level, but after I did two full body workouts including your total body from this morning I barely made it through! It felt like my legs had 20 lb weights every time I went to move! Enjoy your time off! You deserve it.

    if you're basic and thinking about trying intermediate, this is a good one. The pace is reasonable, it's challenging, but not overly complicated. Have fun!

    Did this one a third time around. Repeating classes are great for not having to think to hard at 4:15 am on a Monday morning. This class never gets old :).

    This is fun. I used to teach (30 years ago) and it's fun to get back in the groove. I like this old school version better than the ones most health clubs have adopted. Thanks for a great workout.

    This was my first cardio workout after giving birth 8 weeks ago! I've got some work to do to get back to where I was but I had a lot of fun. I wanted to say a belated thank you for keeping me going throughout my entire pregnancy! I was probably a sight to see, doing step aerobics while 39 weeks pregnant... but I enjoyed a beautiful birth and recovery, in large part thanks to you!! Now to get back at it 😁

    Thanks Chris - that was a great way to ease back into working out again. All of January was filled with travel, then Covid, then a stomach bug, then back/hip pain from being immobile too long. I started with your full body stretch video, then 35min of the full body dumbbell workout then this step class. You really do have something for every 'body'. I told my company's wellness folks about you-let's hope you get an uptick in subscribers from it. You're the best. GRAZIE.

    Woo I love you and this! I love that the intermediate had some easy to follow steps. Your channel is all I do. I can't wait to get to 30 days with you and see my results. I am not a big sweat person but I get a good one with you. You made me have to change my hairstyle lol. I told my beautician my hair can't be a hinderance. Keep doing you!

    This is broken-foot Colette to report that I'm now back to using one set of risers! Foot is better, ankle is better, and after one week of gasping on the step with a riser, my stamina is better too. Thanks for helping with my ankle therapy
