That was a fun, nonstop routine with several of my favorite moves. I do think knee squat box is a better name than knee cross since the first time (before I realized it was a familiar move), I skipped the squat. I did like the no breakdown, constant movement.
30 minutes went by so fast! Such a good cardio workout! Some tricky moves but Chris has you covered. I have been doing Chris's step workouts for awhile so I know how to modify on these quick ones where there isn't a lot of breakdown so if you don't think you can get them right away go back and do some of the workouts that have more breakdown and keep the mods in mind when you jump into this. So good Chris, thank you so much!

I need to do more like these where it is continually going. It was a great challenge and I got my heart rate up to 145 which was awesome bc I was starting to get accustom to cardio. This was a great boost

THIS WAS AMAZING! I was so surprised that I kept up with the choreo but I almost think it's easier to learn it without breaking the steps down!!! Breakthrough! I won't be afraid to try intermediate/advanced step anymore!!! Thank you!
Great step routine! I loved the minimal breakdown intermediate step. It was very easy to follow even not knowing every variance of each step. It just flowed somehow and I picked it up. It was very fun and sweaty.

Husband (Bern/Bernf) and I did this without a step because we are away from home. Holy Moly! This was a great, sweaty, brain teaser! Doing it without the step poses it’s own challenges (after many decades of doing step) but this one was so quick and had such fun, interesting choreo that doing it without a step was still an awesome workout! Thanks Chris for always keeping us moving!
