      @@TheSunshinefee Yes! Every single day.I made my exercise routine a non-negotiable part of my day because I know that if I skip even one day, I’ll find an excuse not to continue the next day. On days when I felt tired, sick, or had a particularly rough day (I attended two funerals this year), or even on days when I had my tennis classes, I opted for some of the shortest videos or the yoga sessions. Every time I complete a video, I feel grateful. I’ve never regretted doing them, which is my motivation.
      My goal is to exercise with Nicole every single day for an entire year. My health couldn't be better! One of my primary goals was to improve my scoliosis, and after six months, I was amazed to see that it had decreased. I couldn’t believe the difference when I looked at the pictures of my spine! I can’t wait to go to the doctor again and see how my spine looks after a full year of Pilates.
      Additionally, my muscle tone has improved significantly, and my body feels very toned. Although it took time to notice changes, I began seeing results after a few months. My anxiety levels have also dropped considerably, and on days when I feel anxious, I turn to a video, which helps me feel much calmer due to Nicole's soothing approach.
      I hope this message inspires you to keep moving with Nicole! 🥰

      @@TheSunshinefee I used to exercise first thing in the morning, but I decided to be more flexible with my schedule and now I work out whenever I want. Since I work from home, it’s easier to find the time!

    I absolutely love your workouts with weights. I had to quit my Yoga/Pilates classes at a local studio because it was so expensive. It is such a blessing to be able to do them online for free.     I lift 4-5 heavy days a week and I just started doing your workouts (on my 3rd today) and I have been sore in places I didn’t even know I could get sore in. I already feel more flexible and my core is getting rock solid. Thank you for all you do! 💪🏼
