Watching chefs and these contestants as they prep and work, makes you notice again, how much the food is breathed on. talked over and touched (often with sweaty gross hands) before it reaches the customer.
I am dumbfounded.....to sack Christine over the others? Incredible....Mary has not been able to handle stress over the entire competition (with the exception of a few great dishes presented along the way), and the other two contestants have shown way more weaknesses than Christine as well. I don't get it...not fair at all!!!
I'm in agreement on that, Leslie. She did so well as part of a team but others let her down. (Some of this seems to be about who can flirt the best with the chef. (I truly thought that Graham was Graham Norton so female flirting would be a waste of effort....).).
I am so surprised that Mike made it true. I thought he was the weakest in most of the episodes but to make it to the final I am gobsmacked. Christine had one bad dish in the whole season and she was sent home. WHAT?????
Christine was the best cook of this competition and she had a bad day and actually one bad component of her dish which made the dish not taste the way it should have. Mike had the best dish of the day but he struggled so many other times and was just lucky other cooks did a poorer job than he did on those days! That's the problem with these competition cooking shows of which I have watched hundreds and hundreds of, Judges don't rate on an over all basis and many times the best cooks get eliminated because of one dish! All three of the remaining cooks could have and possibly should have been eliminated much earlier in the competition. my opinion without prejudice 👨🍳🦂
The Dude has not been consistant in the entire comp! and he cooks on decent mean and you send Christine home...Jumped up prats! need Gordon Ramsay in there~
Wow. I was about ready to quit this Irish contest at episode 6 due to not caring about the contestants. But thank goodness I came back to # 10. Being able to watch that top chef prepare the rabbit dish was such an education. Now I know what a ballotine is. Very impressive. And now I do care about the final three.
Exactly. Doesn't anyone use those kitchen towels to wipe themselves. Hair dangling too. But come on, wiping sweat then touching food. Just gross, yet those in charge don't seem to notice. I don't understand.
The standard of the amateurs, the production standards and everything else about the Masterchef Australia original series has spoiled me, this is so disappointing.
Omg, what can I say? This show is the worst I have ever seen. Not one moment of genuine joy from the judges, they are either made of stone or follow directions of the directors to the T. I’d say they’re crap. And the poor souls who are cooking their hearts out are definitely under a bad spell. I have wasted my time and recommend Masterchef Australia. Live, love, embrace your skills, much love 💕
I honestly cannot stand that Brigin chick. She's super annoying with her overconfidence in the light of other contestants who seem more humble. But I have to say she's not even 1/3 as annoying as the US contestants.
Did you see that blonde Bidgen(?) flirting unmercilessly with that Graham Neville. Geez. Not professional. Is she going to act like that with all cooks/chefs she likes?
have a competition to see who can read the most names in the credits at the end....no [pausing you sad internet cheats, they clearly don't think much of the production team...or maybe don't want them poached by another company
Unless they are frequently washing their hands off camera, I don’t understand them touching their face/hair after handling rabbit and langoustines etc.
I guess you’ve never heard that the best things come in small packages. As someone who is 5’ short I’ll take this opportunity to tell you how rude you are. None of us have any control over our height though we all have some control over our appearance and our manners. Sight unseen, you my dear are both ugly and rude. Have a nice day
Yead Bridin or 'whatshever', said 'thash she was prepping the rabbish and thash was difficulsh, butsh itsh was goosh'; cannot stand this accent... Dylan has Irish accent but it's not as hard on the ears as some of those chiksh have.

I feel bad for Christine. She works so hard & accomplishes a lot. She's learned a lot. Bridgn(?) she deserved to go home.

Awwww.....I thought Christine would be in the finale! :(
I am so surprised that Mike made it true. I thought he was the weakest in most of the episodes but to make it to the final I am gobsmacked. Christine had one bad dish in the whole season and she was sent home. WHAT?????
Show is messed up! Christine was way better than the other 3!!! Hope she is doing great these days ❤

Judges saying Mary was the most consistent? Christian is beyond her age!!!
NO! You took little Christine out.
Christine REALLY should have stayed😥
It was a choice between three girls or two girls and one man 😂❤
second challenge - thanks for respecting the contestants, 3 hours, sounds right for the level of complexity, and to allow for the inevitable mistake.
NOT CHRISTINE!!!! One mistake, yet Mike finally didn't make a mistake and he stays. WTF?
Stop rubbing his sweaty head!!!
Christine should have been in the final 3. She is way better than the rest.
Gordon The Ram methinks would swear quite a lot at the cooking of that John Dory - by the chef. No crispy skin. Skin down first, always.
his face , when she was cutting the cabbage hahahaha
The Dude has not been consistant in the entire comp! and he cooks on decent mean and you send Christine home...Jumped up prats! need Gordon Ramsay in there~
The judge with glasses needs to tone it down and learn from MasterChef Australia judges to be kind and critical.........
what did you do BUGS BUNNY lol call the DOC quick hahahaha
Bridgine should have gone home instead of christine in my opinion.

That war a really beautiful and technical dish and Dylan McGrath made it look like a walk in the park to prepare it. I wish I could taste it.
Christine wasn't tall and blond so of course all it took was one less than stellar dish and she's gone.
Too many commercials freezes up wont play. I can handle 1 at a time 2 its done.........
How hygienic can it be when these guys keep rubbing there heads, faces and who knows what else? That is just disgusting.

Jeeze! Get over yourselves already. You both must be Millennials.
They cook a lot of fish and not enough other proteins.
The standard of the amateurs, the production standards and everything else about the Masterchef Australia original series has spoiled me, this is so disappointing.
Christine s lack of technical knowledge, but lack of seasoning is worse, because the pallet is not fine enough to be a great cook

It was always going to be one of the blondes. Had that figured out by the fourth episode. Apparently, Brigin knows it, too. Can't watch anymore.
I honestly cannot stand that Brigin chick. She's super annoying with her overconfidence in the light of other contestants who seem more humble. But I have to say she's not even 1/3 as annoying as the US contestants.
Is this called MasterChef Ireland Fish. Thats all they've been cooking, not much variety.
What's Double Queen?
double cream
double cream
Joanna Edwards ha haha! 😂😂🙄🙄
Did you see that blonde Bidgen(?) flirting unmercilessly with that Graham Neville. Geez. Not professional. Is she going to act like that with all cooks/chefs she likes?
14:40 "with these 2 girls it's reaching it's climax point... and both of them want it really badly"
She's an annoying bimbo.
I find these home cooks are terrible-not like other Masterchef shows at all.....
Monkfish should never be fried, steam it instead, it’s a lot like lobster 🦞

They made there minds up the first episode they did it is all fudged
Claim down mate.
I Disagree with the Judges Cutting Christine!!!You Guys Are So Wrong!!!.......I Will NOT
Be Tuning in to Any More of MC Ireland!!
Darla A Tasted the food, did you? 😂😂🙄🙄
With everything in this episode being "Irish," I expect Michael Flatley ("Lord of the Dance") to come clogging around the kitchen.
Terrible judging….they need to take a master class with Gordon on how judging really is done. Brioin
Brioin stated in one of the episodes about flirting with one of the hard Chefs. I probably won’t watch anymore…
Not hard……Head Chef lol
Howzabout infusing some excitement and personality in the hosts for Season 2................puhleeze!!
Bridin is too arrogant. ........ different to being confident.
What's special about rabbits?? Will never understand why chefs like rabbits??
"made it through" FFS. not made it true The English bloke always agrees with the Paddy
Errrr..... How does Christine always find a hole to stand in so she looks well-stumpy compared to anyone else?......

Why do chefs have to act like jerks to people the rude comments and cursing is a turn off grow up!
