    Story :-
    Op was raised by her rich parents who never encouraged laziness or dependency on another man's resources. Her mother had a sister (Cindy) who was placed on a monthly allowance by Op's parents. Op's father soon talks to his wife to try convincing Cindy for the millionth time to come work in the family business where she would be paid the same as other graduates who worked there though she never went to high school. Aunt Cindy turns down the offer with the claim that she was working on being a self-made entrepreneur. She turns around to demand that Op's parents sponsor her "business trip" to the Bahamas, but they refused as they knew it was only a ploy to get some money out of them so she could go on a getaway trip. Op's aunty goes AWOL for a while and begins getting married to rich older men and divorcing them within a short period. Op's mom decides to talk to her but she is unreasonable. Op's aunt holds another engagement party where she berates Op's efforts by calling her a trust fund baby who would never amount to anything without her parent's help. Op decides to make her aunt pay by informing her fiancé who finds out the truth. He takes back the diamond ring used to propose to her aunt and her aunt ends up in jail together with her lover.

    This story was obviously fake. Honestly, I don't see anything here that Aunt Cindy did that was technically illegal. She cheated on her husband? Not a crime. She lied about who the father of her baby was, not a crime. Heck, she could have even have soaked him for years of child support, still not a crime. She wouldn't even have to pay it back, if it was proved that the kid was not his. She took money and resources from her previous husbands to build a nest egg for herself, can' see how that is is crime either. That could have been community property benefits from her previous divorces.
    Sure, she could have been a spiteful, manipulative gold digger, but it doesn't matter. It's all legal. The fact that the story said she was held accountable for what she did, that was the biggest tip off that it was fake.

    The entitled aunt reminded me a little of my former best friend. He spent a decade telling me he had big plans of starting a business, when he lives off social security. Then I let him move in with me when he lost his apartment. And then after two years he moved out and ghosted me. He's currently living in one of the worst cities in the state, and claims he loves it there

    • @ciobalina7445
      @ciobalina7445 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, it was partially your fault for letting him move in. People need to be more careful who they surround themselves with. In your view, he was your best friend, but I really don't think he saw you as that, otherwise he wouldn't have taken advantage of you and ghosted you. I'm saying this because I'm pretty sure he didn't pay you rent.
      Why am I making this comment? Well, it reminds me of a former group of "friends" I used to hang out with when I was younger because at the time my social skills were crap and that was the best I could do. I was introduced in this group by one girl who initially started off by dating me, but since it didn't progress to anything, we just remained friends (we never got physical by the way; we were all girls in this group, lesbians).
      To make it short, there were some red flags I ignored about her, but the thing that really got me thinking was when I realized that although I was a dependable person, nice etc., none of the girls really warmed up to me to be my close friend. Well, one night we were out celebrating one's birthday at a club and we drank too much. One of the girls and I got very sick. The other one could hardly sit up straight. Well, her "best friend", the girl who introduced me to this group, couldn't care less and she was just giving us shot after shot.
      At some point, I bought water and a coffee for the other girl who was sick, gave them to her and asked her if she wants me to help her get home (although I myself was not able to walk properly). A guy, a complete stranger to our group, who was watching us saw me do this and said something to the effect of "you are a true friend". This shocked me because you know what? This girl did NOT see me as a friend and was not interested in being a close friend of mine because I wasn't as smooth as some of the other girls in the group.
      You should ask yourself what qualified this dude to be your best friend for 10 years.

And he behavior didn't really get so bad until about a year of living with me. What's more he was obsessed with Downtown Portland. And I warned him that it was not a good place. He didn't listen and went there anyway. I see him for the manipulative a-hole he was now. But back then I was still in the fog so to speak. Even bad friendships can be hard to end. I knew the guy since we were both 13 years old. And he didn't ghost me till we were both 35. He even seemed completely fine right up to when he moved out. But he's always been a product of his environment. His beliefs and political views change depending on wherever he lives. And right now he's got nothing but enablers and terrible people either telling him what he wants to hear, or what they want him to hear. I think the biggest problem he had with me was that I was a killjoy with a lot of his denial. I didn't enable him like others did. And at times he thanked me for it. But now he just wants to live in denial central. And if that's how he wants to live, then fine. He's doing it without me, so I don't care anymore.

Many times they mix up civil and criminal and get everything wrong. TBH aunt cindy did it right - if rich old men would want a parnter which is their equal they wouldnt look for very much younger women. This whole relationship is and was a transaction from the get go - the old men get young company and she gets security and money. • @CrystalRuizEnriquez
    @CrystalRuizEnriquez ปีที่แล้ว +6

    What she did was hella gross, but, what was illegal about it? Seems to me like she was good at golddigging, but as far as I know, it isn't illegal. Also, if the men gave her the money it's also not illegal. In fact, the officers taking the diamond ring from her seems illegal, the ring was a gift from the old man and she, at that point, was still fulfilling her part of the agreement made, to get the ring. The one who broke the agreement was him and she doesn't have to give it back, since he was the one backing out.
    If the old men didn't have her sign a prenup, sounds like they were the ones being stupid enough to just marry her and then give her money in the divorce, and all of that is legal. Ethically, it's wrong, but it is legal.

    The Grand Cayman accounts are protected so I’m NOT sure how they would get access to them and CAN NOT have them turn the money over. I mean everyone knows that. I’ve been there personally and they literally PRIDE themselves on their banks! So that part makes no sense in the stories. Having to to restitution yes but they would have to pay that after jail terms. And even that they would NOT know how much they would have in those account off sore if it’s in the Caymans! It’s well known worldwide that’s were you out your money if you want to hide and secure your money. Matter of fact if your curious what one looks like, look it up. They aren’t special at all.
