    Story :-
Op is from a wealthy home and his parents are politicians...Politicians who have not recorded any notable success in their careers. His parents' ambition to become the next mayor of the town drives them to inflate the prices of goods in the town as they owned most of the factories and companies involved in production. This was a ploy to make the sitting mayor look incompetent and once there was unrest in the land, they would turn around and engage in charitable works which painted them as saviors of the day. The desired unrest finally came and the governor decides to visit the town in a strategic move to restore peace. He was to visit Op's school. The students were encouraged to prepare a presentation and Op comes up with something. He takes it to his only brother who is regarded as a genius berates his idea and this makes op abandon it. His brother turns around to use his berated idea to win the hearts of everyone including the governor who awards him a scholarship. Op is offended and when his parents learn of the whole thing, they sided with Op's brother simply because the governor had invited him to the statehouse for a performance and they needed to get close to the governor. Op soon seeks an opportunity to exact revenge and does so by spiking his brother's drink shortly before the presentation. This causes the parents to lose face in the public, and Op's brother loses both his face in school and the scholarship which the governor had awarded.

Several red flags this is fiction. I get the small town politics, and don't deny similar things happen. My brother in law has a cousin who was a mayor. But this smells of fiction badly. First of all, I've noticed a glaring red flag on numerous stories read here that imply the same author. And that is the use of the word "Train". Especially when referring to kids and their upbringing. In addition to this, I feel like it was extremely stupid that they let the older brother, who was still in high school, was allowed to have alcohol at a public party. Any politician would know that giving alcohol to teenagers at a party is a very bad move for a career in politics. And if the alcohol was supplied by a vendor, their license to sell would be in jeopardy. Also, I feel like more action would have been taken on the parents for inflating prices in their stores to make the mayor look bad. But any idiot would know to point the fingers at those who own the stores first. As for the older brother, I've known people who get like him when they drink. They are full of themselves and become belligerent and say anything that comes to mind when they feel like they won't get their way. And as OP mentioned, the brother may have stolen all his past ideas too. On the small chance this story is true, then that brother is gonna get the life lesson he needs by being made to pay his own way in college. And the parents are likely to send him far away and tell him to stay there, as he's already destroyed their reputations. That's the thing with small towns. They don't easily forget.

I never got the chance to get revenge for one of my cousins who decided to 'accidentally' put a huge burn mark on my 16th birthday dress, (which I had sown for myself taking a good part of 2years to make it perfect) and I was forced to let it go. She ended up slipping down the stairs (I did not push her) and broke her leg in two places while trying to steal something from one of the rooms and got shocked by the cat and fell. 😅😅😅 so yeah my birthday party ended with a bang and I was happy to see karma did forget to give poetic justice.❤

How much do you want to bet that the prices charged for the products went up but the pay for the workers remained low. This is exactly one of the main problems in this country right now. Companies overcharging for their products both out of greed and to make the current political people look bad-- even though politics may not have anything to do with it. Like people blaming the current president for tax hikes for people who make under $75k when those tax hikes were decided under the previous president and the taxes will go up every year for anyone making less than $75k until 2027 unless something is done to change it-- but the current clowns in Congress are too busy with their infighting, rivalries, etc to actually do anything to change things. Ugh, sounds like the OP's dad is a jerk. Raising prices & then using the extra profits to "donate" food. Probably got tax deductions for it too. This confirms what I've seen happen in my own state, with the politicians actively sabotaging the economy to blame someone else. Our previous governor nearly destroyed the state and made it so we have the worst state in the entire country. Current governor has been trying to improve things but the legislators are of an opposing political party so they sabotage. They also care more about their own profit than anything else, and the governor is still a bit of an idiot, but he's better than the other options. The sabotaging the economy & pretending to be charitable thing is a bit like a fireman setting fires so he can put them out and get accolades & awards. Ugh, the parents are so crappy that they taught their older son to sabotage his younger brother & essentially steal his ideas. Morally bankrupt creeps.
So wait, did OP go to the doctor for a broken nose? Did the parents even care about how or why he had a broken nose?
If OP's brother had been halfway decent he could have asked OP if he could use his stuff for his own presentation or have them present it as a pair and work together, but he wanted all the glory for himself at the expense of OP. I wonder how much he plagiarized in the past to be as successful as he was already.
Ok, what OP did was unethical and he had no idea how things would turn out, but he got his revenge. He didn't make the brother drink the spiked champagne-- the brother chose to do so on his own. This is what a cutthroat family begets. I love that Damian outed the parents as being responsible for the price hikes. Justice was served in the end. I do hope that the parents never figure out this was OP and that they don't revoke his college funds.

    Stopped the story @ 24:29.
Doesn't this story sound like the pre-quel to a superhero movie/story? Where OP becomes the evil villain?
Will OP fall in a vat of chemicals? Get chopped up in a meat grinder? Wrap himself up in buntings and tickertape?
Who will save the evil political family from their bitter, uncontrollable, wronged son?
30:45. Has OP been taking lessons from Rasputin and Hitler? Discount your enemies by underhanded moves?
This family and their antics are part of what is wrong with our society/country/system....including OP.
OP used underhanded means to stop others who were doing wrong. Hopefully OP receives just Karma and recognizes his own mis-deeds. Wielding a knife, drugging another person. Hopefully, OP will get to live a mediocre life, where he can do no one harm.
And, the family gets to stay in their own lane, doing no more harm to the community.

But... those were just common quotes said by others in history lol. In reality the brother could have just combined googled quotes from the internet just as op did. Hahahahaha

Still suspicious that he wound up with the same quotes. OP was definitely an ahole with how he attacked his brother and all of that, and he could have just not helped his brother with the second presentation. That said, I get it.

@@maskedcucco4576 no I'm saying it's all made up by a kid as a creative writing exercise. In the tale the evil brother did deceive and steal, but nobody is moved and praising that a kid could repeat quotes from the internet lol.

What they did was wrong but OP is definitely a psycho. Going after his brother to kill him because he stole his idea? He is definitely unstable and with the right incident could be triggered to be a serial killer or something.

instead of decreasing the price and selling on mass act like idiots and increased it I mean a little bit might be good but equally as much is pathetic and incompetent. I sell an item that costs me 20$ per item which leaves me to manufacture for 2000$ which gives me about 1980 profit to one-person while I could sell the same item that costs me 20$ for per item 25$ 30$ or as high as 200$ for 300 to 400 people which gives me about which gives me at least 1500$ as profit or 3000$ as profit or as high as 54,000$ as profit that's how cunning business men operate they take advantage of others increasing their prices to sell for cheaper and get more profit

I mean market price weather locally or country wide or worldwide can easily be known and they could use the opportunity to establish government business to compete and solve the problem the masses will not care as long as their needs are met so business can root in hell.
