    Thank you for having this kind of video, I truly believe an executive of every level who is/are decision-makers must see the ground and how their decisions affect others without consulting with the ground crews.

      Early in my career, after walking away from microbiology I ended up working in medical conferences, logistics Etc... Major citywide conventions such as this. I welcomed the opportunity to work in different departments. I had worked with a major five-star hotel chain the previous year which was japanese-owned at the time. We were all cross-trained and I welcomed it. If I'm going to get on the phone and "tell" a department what to do I want to know what that job entails before I ASK them!

    We did finally get staff Christmas parties at Northlands, for all 2000+ staff. However it was still catered by the Northlands kitchen staff. So instead of just serving the execs, they have to now serve turkey to 2000 people - thanks a lot for bringing that up Angela!

They go mad being locked up in a stall, Do that and you'll go through less wood due to crib biting... It ain't rocket science, get some staff that actually know horses...

    One thing about most of these stories is that I have yet to see a CEO who tried to make hard working people's jobs a lot easier. Maybe lower some of the expectations for instance, to lessen the burden or hire more help to ease the load ! Sure, some CEO's are very kind and caring, but the workers end up returning to some really hard working conditions, and have to hustle big time. By the way, the disguise was great !

      I've seen lots of improvements. They've added needed equipment, upgraded equipment, improved staffing levels, promoted people and more. Most people like to meet high expectations; it gives them a sense of accomplishment. To lower expectations translates to "we don't have faith in you." Nobody wants to hear that, and it just breeds ill will.

    • @taffykins2745

    the top bosses in every company need to get off their arses and get out in the work place to see how hard people work and just what goes on and get their hands dirty by mucking in.....generous but not overly....

    He's giving the employee a 2 week holiday to see black panther....very nice.
    Meanwhile here I India I haven't even heard of them..
    I've seen leopards twice but not the black panthers
    So there must be pink panthers in Europe too..??? Na..just kidding..
    But seriously I've never heard of any black panther sightings..
    They must be very limited in numbers..

      @DravenGal 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      “Black panther” is a misnomer. What you’re looking at is a “melanistic leopard” or other big cat, that’s coloring isn’t normal and actually is almost black. And no, they’re not common, like white tigers.
