    Weber should pay you for this video. You just sold one 22" kettle grill for them. I've watched this video 3 times now, using it for a reference to make the best bbq I've ever eaten. Great video!

    I love my Weber! We are on our 3rd one. Lost power one Easter morning 45 years ago in an all electric house that was being rented off NAS Moffett Field when I was in the Navy. I cooked our Turkey on the Weber, basted the Turkey during cooking with Garlic powder, Soy Sauce and Peanut Oil. Collected all the drippings in a aluminum dip pan and used those dripping to make the most delicious gravy on this planet. I have never cooked a turkey any other way since then. It became my task to cook all the turkeys during any family get together.

    This type of BBQ reminds me of the way we used to cook before the big contests. Ribs were mopped and grill/smoked, bringing out the taste of the moist and smoky pork. Chicken and ribs didn't need all that sugary sauce. Thanks for reminding me of this kind of real tasty meat.

      Yes, you are so correct. Who ever thought we would be at a point today cooking meats with sugars and loaded up with BBQ sauce. Time to get back to barbecuing meats the tasty and heathy way. Ok i watched this entire video because i wanted to see how those ribs turned out. I worked at a popular BBQ restaurant here in Atlanta and in Augusta Georgia and they always remove the membrane or score it because i told that your ribs would be tough if you didn't remove it BUT! you just proved that theory is wrong 😮 your ribs look absolutely Amazing! Without removing the membrane. Great job my southern bro I'll definitely will be watching more of your content and subscribe. 👍🏾

    Like you, I had a Weber Ranch that I bought at a garage sale. Used it for 10 years, and sold it for more than I paid. LOL. They can feed an army with the real estate they have. I now have the Weber Summit charcoal. One of the few bbqs that I rate higher than the Ranch Kettle.

    Young man, I love to watch you cook! I’ve never done ribs the way that I just watched you do, but I can’t wait to when I can get out and get some going! I’ve never had rib tips, but thanks to your guidance I now know how to do it.
    Keep up the good work and thank you for what you do.

    I love my 22in weber. Great cook. Most don't know how good they can work as a smoker. I'm guilty of being lazy with my pellet smoker. I have a large smoker that requires real wood and I love cooking on it when I can make the time to use it. Since I typed that out loud I need to make more time to use it.

    • @bbqsouthernstyle
      @bbqsouthernstyle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1
