Thank you love to hear this; means I did my job lol. Thank you for watching and learning how to make great BBQ keep up the good work my friend and so glad I could help.
I love my Weber! We are on our 3rd one. Lost power one Easter morning 45 years ago in an all electric house that was being rented off NAS Moffett Field when I was in the Navy. I cooked our Turkey on the Weber, basted the Turkey during cooking with Garlic powder, Soy Sauce and Peanut Oil. Collected all the drippings in a aluminum dip pan and used those dripping to make the most delicious gravy on this planet. I have never cooked a turkey any other way since then. It became my task to cook all the turkeys during any family get together.

Yes, you are so correct. Who ever thought we would be at a point today cooking meats with sugars and loaded up with BBQ sauce. Time to get back to barbecuing meats the tasty and heathy way. Real food, real fire. Nowadays too much BBQ can lead to a dental visit with all the sweet stuff added, lol. It really shouldn't be that way. Thank you for watching and for your support sir.
