Memories of the creaminess of the potatoes I can feel on my tongue now! With a nice fried chicken!. I use to dip my fried chicken in the potatoes! So good!
Thanks again for bringing this memory back for me.

Very good job young man. As for the potatoes, my mama made hers just like that and she called it whipped potatoes. I have done it that way also. Only thing different is I like to use evaporated milk and sometimes add sour cream or cream cheese.

Love this video. What type of oil did you use to fry your turkey? I love the idea of cutting the turkey into pieces. I purchased a turkey fryer and I'm going to fry my first turkey using your technique. Your turkey looks delicious. What oil do you recommend using to fry a turkey?

The next time you fry a turkey and when you pull the last piece from the not oil, drop some corn on the cob for 10 minutes. Best corn you will ever eat. Chef Jerry Irmo South Carolina USA

What kind of oil are you using? This is the first time I've ever seen someone cut the turkey up and fry it. It looks absolutely delicious to eat, and the sound of that crunchy skin makes me gonna try this soon. Thanks for sharing.
