I built the same kit. Good to see an Australian company shipping these kits to the US.
Way too many projects of this type done here and even a layman can see many things done wrong.. You are one heck of a skilled man. You are a pleasure to watch work and to see the project come along. This is not your first time at doing this, lol.
Everyone who see's it will say it's very nice, but very few will realize how much work went into it's construction! Very well done!
Love the brick positioning arm used to build the dome, nice bit of lateral thinking!😀
Thank you so much for catching such details
I love the outer shell. It opened up a whole new world of possibilities, should I ever be lucky enough to build one for myself
Thank you very much
C’est magnifique c’est beau Perfect
Absolutely beautifully done mate. I built the smaller P85 from them, and we use it all the time and absolutely love it. Pizzas are incredible and the slow cooked meats the following day are even better. Enjoy mate, so well built it will be loved by (and outlive) generations. Thanks for filming and sharing.
Thanks so much. I love building pizza ovens of different kinds.
great project, perfectly implemented. Congratulations!
Thank you so much !
والله غير شكل الفرن والاكل مزوق❤
The best video "How to do it like a real man!"
Wow building a Pizza oven is involved!
The inside was just as impressive as the outside. The amount of detail and work that was put into something that will never be seen was amazing. Truly craftsmanship at its finest.
Thank so much for paying attention to such small details that most of the people don’t even realize. Thanks again
The best OVEN BUILD i have seen.
Looks good.
I would love to do this here in Chile. Just have too many projects coming before but maybe one day. Jim
Thank you so much ! 😊
@25:00 Stop it! Looks so good my friend congratulations great video
Thanks for filming and uploading. I've watched a lot - and I mean A LOT - of videos on making a pizza oven, but this is easily the best one I've seen. The attention to detail is second to none. I cook my pizzas on a Uuni 2 portable oven... One day I hope to have a pizza oven like yours! "Pizza is Life!"
You are very welcome. Thank you for your kind words
I’m sure you would have been one of the greatest architecture if you’d living in the ancient Roma era. Great work!
Wow :) This is one of the best compliments I have ever received. Thanks so much
The oven again, looks fantastic Daniel! I love the finish on the dome!
Thank you so much !
Bellissimo!
Juste magnifique
Amazing work!
Congratulations folks, that's a nice bread oven you have built. Well done!
Thank you so much !
A brilliant Build, I would Imagine this took at least Month of 8 Hour Days.
Almost yes.
I've seen there products. They really do make a great product and make it so much easier then buying the parts individually. Cost wise, for my 40" Interior diameter oven it cost me $1200 to do everything. Plus a bunch of my time to source all the materials. They really do offer a great product with everything in one place. For my next house id like to buy there D130 kit
Maşallah Maşallah harika buluş
Super job
Wonderful
Well done, guy. Well done.
Increíble
Nice concrete job!
Really nice build
Mr Demir, this is a great video. Thank you.

Great work buddy, Love the build.. hopefully one day I’ll have the time to build one myself

This is why houses don't last long there you are supposed to cement the side of the block aswell
Awesome well done sir❤

Them jigs are clutch
Love the Vehicle Jack :) I think i may have invented that move. lol I am so excited to build another oven also. YOur oven build is most imprezzive!
Thanks for the comment. I also checked your oven building, it looks amazing.
:)@@DanielDemir
It’s in the instructions.
@@Mi-ck tghe castable for the key stone? Man i figured that one out on my own a few years ago, i didn't wanna mess with all the smaller cuts...
@@BricksandSlabs yes. The cast keystone has been part of the kit for years now.
If you can up with it before, hats off to you. L
bu isin okulu olsa okulda ders niteliginde izletilirdi ... Super olmus ellerine saglik ( Ferdi baba calmasa anlamazdim Turk oldugunu ) :) Hemen takip ediyorum....
Eyvallah kardeşim. Ferdi babasiz cekilirmi Amerika :)
Hello, very nice build. i watched the whole series. is there a way to get the measurements of the different fire stone types of the build? they dont disclose that information on their website.
Unfortunately I didn’t measure them but they are not rectangular prism and there are 4 different types of bricks used in the dome.
Building mine without the kit but similar process! Well done and I like how you finished off the cap of the dome. Been dreading that portion of it and I think I’ll try your method if I can find a suitable support! Any tips?
Please watch the full episodes for more details.
👍👍👍
Awesome Work! 👏🏻👍🏻🤩
May i ask; How much did your Oven cost, everything included? From empty Lawn to finished High-End-Oven?
Nearly $16K
Wow, that is much. But i think it is more well worth it. I guess your Family will enjoy this Oven for many years even many decades! ☺️
👍🏻👏
👍
Eyvallah
Two way different standards between the way the slab was built and the way the oven base was built. Rebar in the slab was throw and go…the rest was top notch.
Yes you are right, I took over this job after bottom slab was poured. I agree with you that rebars should have been laid properly. Thanks
Well you mastered your part
Very mashallah
🤣🤣
Can you help me? I want the oven construction measurements
Please Email me at danieldemirusa@gmail.com
Wszystko fajnie, ale nie wiem po co jest ta dziura po lewej
... serduszko nie zmienia tego, że dalej nie wiem
👍🤔
I don’t understand what the rectangular area to the left of the oven is for?
BBQ area
How much does one of these cost to build?

@@DanielDemir thank you
When you made this oven how much cost or money is spend.
V. Nice construction ❤❤❤❤
Over $16K including the labor
@DanielDemir that was my question too. Thanks for answering.
🤝💥💥💥
Pizza oven/hurricane shelter.
:) yes it is very strong
Very nice - I am tempted to build this same oven, but I just hate that chimney assembly over the front arch that they give you with the kit.
What was wrong with it?
@@DanielDemir I don't know - it doesn't fit the overall design of the oven. Not to my taste at least. I guess I could replace it with a brick assembly of my own.
What was your experience with the firebricks? Do you think that the pre-cut kit they send you is worth it, or is it too much work to cut and grind regular sized firebricks yourself?
Firebrick is pretty hard and you need really good Equipment and much Time to cut it by yourself.
I did the cutting all by myself, it saved me some money but took me much longer to build the Oven.
Now just gotta tear down the shitty house and build it around the oven..
Build Pizza oven
Cook steak in it
Yes it was the best steak I have ever had
I do not think that have a fixed radius is the right design - that will not distribute the temp evenly on the flooring. I’ve seen this TH-camr aid arm for the arch build - but the ovens I looked into in Italy - none where with a fixed radius.
For commercial ovens we build yes we don’t use fixed radius but for small residential ovens it completely normal and correct. We had a lot of scientific studies before finalizing our oven designs at the firebrick co.
15 tones of concrete. You must be american
:)
I would cook meat in there not pizza
Formality to much
What do you mean?
🤫🤐
unnecessary lengthy process
