    Thank you. Enjoyed all of it - the thoughtful meditation, the music, and the poem. Can you by chance do a class specifically for neck pain? Is there a routine flow that focuses on neck and traps?

    Team replay. Pls tell us The difference between tai chi and qi gong. Thank you Adam😊

      Tai Chi is technically a martial art that focuses on fluid movements designed for self-defense and overall health, often emphasizing balance, coordination, and mindfulness. Qigong, while also involving gentle movements, is more focused on cultivating and balancing internal energy (Qi) through breath, meditation, and specific exercises, making it more about energy work than martial applications. Both promote wellness and originally come from China. Tai Chi is typically more structured, with a martial element, while Qigong is rooted in energy cultivation and healing. Overall, I think of Tai Chi as a specific type of Qigong that also has a martial component. Qigong is what Tai Chi came from and is kind of like the simpler version of Tai Chi.

    Thank you Adam, that's the first time I have really "got" meditation. How does restlessness differ from stress?

    • @beginwithbreathtaichi
      @beginwithbreathtaichi  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Restlessness is a state of being unsettled, marked by difficulty in staying calm or focused, often stemming from boredom or anticipation. Stress, on the other hand, involves a sense of mental or emotional strain, typically resulting from external pressures or demands that feel overwhelming or threatening. While restlessness can be more about physical or mental discomfort, stress often involves a deeper emotional response to challenging situations.
