I have only done this twice this week but I do feel more relaxed afterwards. I like it because I've lost muscle condition after a health issue and have been struggling to get moving again. This moves my arms, shoulders, neck, back, legs, feet, waist, but nothing too much. It's perfect for now. Thankyou
