I like this even better than the original Module 1, but I can't move into the silent part bc my calves are really sore by the end of the first part. :( I always do this after hiking so maybe that's part of it. I'll stick with this. Hopefully, my legs will grow stronger. Thank you for this. Tai Chi is very calming & focusing which is what I need.
The original module 01 has offensively loud music to many peoples ears. That might be why you can appreciate this one better. It is music from one of my fans. He calls himself Orlando Blues.

Always trying to work out whether I should be bending knees or not through your lovely floaty trousers so thank you for the prompts! You mentioned a basic posture video, where can I find it please? Enjoyed the crystal ball, I could feel a nice bit of warmth between my hands 😊

Keep your knees softly bent all the time
If the knees don’t turn with the feet you will injure them so you must always keep your knees a in the same direction as your toes.
