I always pull conventional, but after watching this video, I feel confident to give sumo a go. Had sore hips on my first try with light weight, over time my hips were getting used to the demand and worked my way to 2 plates. Thank you for the awesome tips and making it easy to understand

Your old set up I pretty much do the same in conventional, but your new set up makes so much sense especially because I have very long arms. I have to try, keep the awesome videos coming!
