The oil pressure gauge on the NC is not a real gauge it’s linked to the rpm and so simulates oil pressure build up but that’s all it does, it’s not linked to the oil pressure in any way. It’s there just for aesthetics only.
@@mx5gaz709 Thank you so much, just picked up a 2.5 swapped nc miata yesterday and it was doing that. I also have a nb and that needle stays in the same spot, so i thought my nc was broken haha. Thanks man!

Hello! Is the oil pressure needle supposed to move with the rpm needle like that? My nc was doing that during some traffic and it freaked me out haha
