    Yes, NA builds are expensive. No, it’s (generally) not worth it, but something something eye of the beholder…
    Rough breakdown of costs:
    - *Cams* $1,000 (127600 + phaser limiters)
    - *Stroker Kit* $4,000 (4.9L, but only ~9.6 compression ratio [for eventual boost])
    - *Exhaust* $1,500 (Kooks LT, catted x-pipe)
    - *Intake* $2,000 (CAI, TB, Manifold)
    - *Trans* $6,500 (includes clutch, driveshaft, and axle gears)
    If you have any questions for me, you can reach me thru my Tazet profile:
    tazet.com/foureyes
    And special thank you to those who watch the video all the way through 🙏

    i would have loved to see you race a stock gt350 or stock hell cat especially since u beat the 10 speed even if u didn't win would have been nice to see a fully na 4.6 vs these 2 cars as a lot of 10 speeds claim to beat hellcats on just e-85 and headers. And the GT350 is like the king of the NA world for mustangs would have also been nice to see ur NA setups vs Fords for that year

      @luisuribe5432 it's low compression dude.. you spend "thousands of dollars" more than 3vs cost to get into these fancy coyotes so you're spending the money either way. This thing is ready to make 1000+ wheel with boost without even trying or being stressed. That's what you're paying for. Some of yall aren't very intelligent. Yea let's brag how much better the new coyotes are but just ignore that you gotta spend 30-50k just to own one. Youu're spending money either way. This is way more unique than the same ol 5.0 build everyone does.

    • @midnight347
      @midnight347 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@luisuribe5432130 hp above stock while still using a low ass compression ratio is pretty impressive that is a huge gain on a car that was below 300 rwhp factory.

      @thetheorist99 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@midnight347Hi I have a question what is low compression and why is it more impressive that it has low compression?

    • @aidenchristiansen5776
      @aidenchristiansen5776 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@thetheorist99compression directly affects how much hp an engine can make. I believe he is at 9.5 cr which is .3 less than stock but he has more displacement sonce it is bored and stroked. They make pistons that go upwards of 12 and in an NA build could make almost 100 more hp. But since he plans to go FI at some point you need less compression so he doesn't need to run race Gas or e85

    Dude, i had a 2006 Silver Mustang GT with the leather seats, 500 super shaker audio system, front strut bar, aftermarket air intake, kooks long tube headers, cat delete, X-pipe to borla mufflers. It was the first sport car that I owned and I freaking loved that car! Watching your videos made think of the possibilities I could do to mine regarding power. But none of those plans I had came true because I sold it.
    AND BROUGHT A 2013 BOSS 302!
    It was essentially what I would have mod my 06 Mustang GT to be. Track/Circuit race car. It got a fantastic race inspired built engine with a more refined suspension for twist and turns. I do look back at my and miss my 06 Mustang GT from time to time. After seeing this video makes me want to find another 05-09 Mustang GT and do things that I wanted to do with it😅 In the mean time, I'll keep waiting for the next video to watch from you!

Btw I did watch the entire video, I don't like skipping through content, and you seem to do a great job providing content without fluff & filler. 6 years ago I was just starting to get into cars and I was binging your build videos, and dreamed of having an 05-09 mustang gt to also modify. Things worked out a little differently than I expected and I ended up with a little, fwd i4 blue honda instead lol. However, I still love checking in on the progress and seeing the care and detail that you put into your mustang. Your videos are like no other and are very enjoyable even as a honda bro. I can't wait to see what comes next!

    @Four Eyes and everyone. That is one great sounding 3 valve. You are a very good and enthusiastic builder that can also do amazing videos with the best technical details I have ever heard. Now I really miss my 2005 GT that I sold last year. This generation Mustang put the power back in that had been missing for decades. I still have some parts for it for sale that I never installed, a Ford Motorsports complete timing set and the the upgraded GT500/Shelby lower control arms that nobody seems to care about, I don't get it. These are awesome cars.
