Hi Gaz, me again, when you say your old clutch was a competition one, is that the ones I see for sale stage 2 and 3 at a few different retailers? Stg 2 rated at 250 tq and Stg 3 at 338 bhp for some reason, thanks for any info, looking for the lightest pedal feel that will cope with the s/c
Hello Gaz, this is really unfortunate ! But you where a bit tough on that poor clutch haha, you think without flatfoot shifting you could of avoid having this catastrophic failure ? Or is it just the effect of the extra torque produced by the SC ?
nc2sam flywheel had been in there a long time tbh about 4 years ish so not surprised really. The CC clutch plate actually handled it quite well and could probably be re used.
Note to self.
When I get my charger, get a reinforced clutch fitted at the same time.
Sheesh... that flywheel has been well over 300°c no wonder it destroyed itself :)

Kamal Ait El Hous hi yep, I think too many launches and flatfoot shifting has contributed to this, but if it’s mapped in I’m going use it 😂😂
You hooligan! 🤣
TurboTonyG 🤷🏼♂️😂
How long did your lightened fly and comp clutch last out of curiosity?
