Hello guys, due to a slight confusion I said the values of moong dal and kala channa wrong please check the corrected values here:
Green moong dal protein content:
20-24 gm per 100 gm
After sprouting it increases to 32-33 gms
Also,
Kala channa protein content
20 gm per 100 gm
After sprouting it becomes
Around 25-26 gm
