Sprouts recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup - green whole moong dal 1 cup - kala channa (chickpeas) 1 cup - white peas ( white Vatana) 1 chopped - onion 1 chopped - tomato 1 chopped - cucumber 2 teaspoon - roasted peanuts 2 green chillies - chopped Coriander 🌿 Salt as per taste 1-2 teaspoon - black pepper powder Chaat masala as per taste Recipe: How to make sprouts: 🌱 1. Wash all these lentils and add water and soak them overnight. 2. Next day once they are soaked wash them once and tie them inside a cotton cloth and keep some weight on it and keep it at rest overnight Or 24 hours. 3. Next day you will get beautiful sprouts 🌱 out of these lentils. 4. Now wash them and cook them. Sprouts chaat recipe: 1. Add 2 cups of sprouts in a pan with hot water and blanch it (boil for 3-5 minutes) so that it becomes soft. 2. Now strain it and add it in a bowl 🥣 3. Now add onion, tomato, cucumber, roasted peanuts, green chillies, coriander, salt, pepper, chaat masala and mix everything well. 4. You can enjoy this amazing salad 🥗 anytime in the day! 😋😋

Chicken Sweet potato kebab: Ingredients: 1. Chicken keema - 500 gm 2. Sweet potato - 200 gm 3. Onions - 2 medium chopped 4. Coriander 🌿 5. Green chillies - 2-3 6. Garlic cloves 🧄- 3-4 7. Ginger 🫚- 1 small piece 8. Salt as per taste 9. Chilli 🌶️ flakes - 2 tspn 10. Besan (chickpea flour) - 2 tspn 11. Black pepper powder - 2 Tspn 12. Chaat masala- as per taste Recipe: 1. in a chopped add 2 medium sized onion (cut into small pieces) + coriander 🌿 ( 1 small cup) + 2-3 green chillies + a small piece of ginger 🫚 + 3-4 garlic 🧄 cloves. 2. Now with the help of manual chopper, chop everything into fine small pieces. 3. Now, peel the small potato and mash and mix it with the chicken keema and add the mixture made in the chopper to the keema. 4. Mix everything well and now add salt as per taste, chilli flakes, besan (chickpea flour) , black pepper powder and chaat masala. 5. Add 2-3 tspn of oil and give it a good mix. 6. The kebab mixture is ready! 7. Now put some oil in your hands and shape the kebabs/ tikkis as per your favourite shape. 8. Now heat a non stick pan on a medium low flame and add 3 tspn of oil and brush it nicely in the pan and add the kebabs into it. 9. Shallow fry it until it turns golden brown and then remove them on a plate with a tissue paper to remove excess oil. 10. Now enjoy your chicken sweet potato kebabs with your favourite chutneys and follow me for more such recipes!! Note: sweet potato 🍠 is rich in fibre and is great for diabetic patients, also it has less water quantity so it binds perfectly with the chicken keema! It’s a nutritious and protein rich recipe! Do give it a try! 😋❤️

Moong dal chilla: Ingredients: 1. Green Moong dal soaked - 100 gm 2. Green chillies - 2-3 3. Ginger 🫚- 1 small piece 4. Salt as per taste 5. Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon 6. Besan- 2 teaspoon Recipe: 1. in a grinder add 100 gm soaked green moong dal (soaked for at least 3-4 hours or overnight) 2. Along with it add salt as per taste, 2-3 green chillies, 1 small piece of ginger, a little bit of water and make a batter out of it. 3. Now add 2 teaspoon besan, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (any spices of your choice) 4. You can also add veggies into it! 5. Now heat the dosa tawa (you can also take a non- stick pan) brush some oil onto it and splash a bit of water And clean it with a cloth. 6. Now a small amount of batter onto it and spread it like a dosa on the pan / tawa. 7. Now drizzle some oil from the top and once it’s cooked from one side flip it to the other side. 8. Now when it’s cooked from both the side, put it on a plate and enjoy it with home made green chutney!! Moong dal chilla is high in protein and great source of iron and potassium also vitamin B- complex.

Grate the jaggery block/ cut it with knife into small thin pieces. 2. Now heat a pan and roast peanuts 🥜 for 2-3 minutes 3. Now put it aside to cool. 4. Now in the same pan roast til (sesame seeds) for 4-5 minutes and put it aside to cool. 5. Now off the flame and in the same heated pan add the jaggery pieces and melt them and further add 2 teaspoon of ghee to it. 6. Now grind/ crush the peanuts and add them and sesame seeds into the melted jaggery mixture and mix well. 7. Let the mixture cool for a bit and then make laddoos out of it!! 8. Your yummy laddoos are ready!! 😋😋❤️❤️✨✨happy makarsankranti ❤️❤️✨✨
