Also how is 150 ml milk + Oats + Protein powder 1 scoop just giving 27 g protein ? Does this plant protein have a lesser protein value? LUNCH: VERY LOW PROTEIN AND EXTREMELY HIGH CARB MEAL 1. How is it a high-protein meal? 15.3 g protein vs 80 g carbs? 2. The calorie calculation for the Buddha bowl is again incorrect (Protein = 15.3x4= 61.2 + Carbohydrate 80X4= 320 + Fats 19.2X9=172.8 = 554 Kcal) DINNER: 1. Calorie calculation is again incorrect here : (Protein = 22.3x4= 89.2 + Carbohydrate 64.84X4= 259.36 + Fats 12.52X9= 111.68= 460.24 Kcal) - I don't know if you are stating clear facts here. Your video says its high protein but its not. Even after using so many protein sources in the day you are not even landing to a 70-75 g protein/day.

Thank you Gunjan ji but Calcium inhibits the absorption of Iron. So, it is best not to take them together. So when u say oatmeal is rich in Iron, it should not be paired with milk. What do you think?

Due to tomatoes added in cast iron pan, dal & soya veggies color has changed. Avoid using it iron pan when lemon, tomato, tamarind being used.
