    Hallooo guys!! 💜 So a lot of you were asking regarding the span of time para pumayat ako. I want to be honest sa inyong lahat but it actually took me 2MONTHS para maglose ng weight, maging visible ang pagpayat, and mapansin ng iba na “uy shayne, pumapayat ah” HAHAHA hindi madaling magpapayat guys lalo na kung tabain ka talaga sa 22o lungz, kaya super bilib ako everytime nakakapanood ako ng vid na 1week lang mhie tas pumayat na sila!! Im like sana all po ano HAHAHA but ok na rin kasi hindi naman ako nag exercise thru the process and wala rin akong ininom na kahit anong chemicals 😉 also, halos one year rin pala para maachieve ko yung desired weight ko🤗 anyways, i love u all so so much and may God bless you always!! xoxo

    Kapag inaasar ng mataba kahit sabihin mong biro lang, masakit pa din pero tumatawa ka pa din para lang masabi na hindi ka napikon hahaha so ang nangyayari sakin I started to hate my body kaya now I want to lose weight para sa sarili ko, to gain confidence hehe thank youuu for this video, nakarelate lang din ako nung nagkkwento ka about dun sa mga asar 😅❤️

    It is true, in losing weight 90% diet and 10% exercise. You can eat whatever you want as long as nasa calorie deficit ka, you eat less than you burn.

      Everyday workout isn't actually advisable. Mabburnout ka, pahingi din atleast 2-3days a week :)

      @BTSKOOKIE 9121 effective talaga yung kay Cloe Ting. I have a friend and she really lose 7 kg during this quarantine. She started doing that workout on April. She also did a low carb diet

    hi! same here,, nag stop ako uminom ng softdrinks 1 year na ata and dati overweight ako but now, i’m in a good shape and normal na weight ko. i also tried to not eat rice pag gabi and naging effective. i tried losing weight di dahil inisip ko na it’s not okay to be fat pero i really want to take care of my health lalo na i’m still young. continue to inspire other people! ❤️❤️

    3:11 yes its a toxic Filipino trait where teasing someone on how they look is considered normal. IT IS NOT. Looking down and laughing at someone else's body image is not funny and we should be sensitive about these and not just rub it on someone else's faces. It's their body, they most likely know what they look like so why do you just mind your own business and let them be confident in their own skin. It should be their choice and their choice alone to feel great if they want to lose or add in weight and not because some judgemental person told them to.

    Hi! Grade 7 ako when I started to lose weight and ngayong quarantine tumataba na naman ako at feel ko kahit hindi ako magtimbang nasa around 60+ na ako. So nung grade 7 ako naospital ako kasi talagang nabigla yung tiyan ko sa pagkain ko ng madami- yung tipong akala mo mamamatay kana. Kaya ganun kasi hindi tama yung pagdiet ko like kapag sa school di ako maglunch tapos pag dinner konti lang kaya ganun haha.
    Mag-grade 9 na ako this school year and I hope kapag ginawa ko to mabawas yung weight ko hehe. Wish me luck :))

    Goal Weight: 50
    Sa loob ng 3 months need ko mag lose ng 17kgs and pang 22 days na akong nagda-diet as in no rice, no sweets, no junkfoods and less carbs na ako. And nainom rin ako ng ginger water and nag e-exercise rin ako kaya ang motivation ko is yung mga damit ko at na i-inspire ako sa mga taong nakakayanan na maging fit kaya mas lalo akong ginaganahan.
    NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. 💛

      This is what I did and still doing😁
      1.calorie deficit (mine is 1400-1500 daily o Minsan dinadagdagan ko depende sa pag ka active ko)
      2.try to eat vegetables every meal and of course fruits
      3. Eat protein (like chicken breast, fish and beef)
      4. I workout 5-6 times a week ( and some HIIT workout it’s really effective or some cardio )
      5.sleepwell
      6. Drink green tea before you go to the bed
      7. More water!! (Don’t drink your calories)
      8. Practice to cook your own foods din
      And of course MINDSET!
      Ps. Calorie deficit doesn’t mean you can’t have your favorite food. Pwede mo pa rin siyang kainin pero control din. And i workout every 2-3 hours after my breakfast. Wag ka rin kakain sa harap ng phone or tv kasi di mo namamalayan nakakarami ka ng kain and mabilis kang matapos sa pagkain mo. It’s took me about 6 months para bumaba siya ng ganyan. Loveyourself guys:))

    we migrated sa Aus. last 2014 tapos aminado ako na sobrang sarap kumain halos araw araw atang nag pafast food ako and after school mag mcdonald kami ng mga friends ko tapos 2017 nag weight ako ng 90 na talaga inaasar na ko “Gasul na daw ako” 😂 hindi ako kumakain naranasan ko ding mag suka after I eat nagkaron ako ang bulimia before tapos there was a time din na I cried because I was so frustrated kasi tumataba ako pero ngayon 65 na ko pero may time talaga na maiinggit ako sa mga sexy na babae pero like what my mom said “you don’t have to be jealous about their bodies you’re beautiful inside and out anak” ayun nga mas minahal ko yung sarili ko ngayon! ❤️ just remember y’all acne or without acne, sexy, slim, chubby, fat or whatever. you’re still beautiful and you’re loved by the people around you❤️🥺 #GirlPower

    My weight was 53 kg last year. Due to a lot of stress that caused by binge-eating habit, I weighed 61 kg last January when we had to compute our BMI. My worst nightmare had come true. I was so ashamed with myself and I was losing my self esteem. Due to earlier suspension of classes, I motivated myself to actually start a healthier lifestyle. So when April came, I started working out (but during the past months I had limited my food intake, and yes, I also did water therapy). During April's second week, I bought a weighing scale, and I had lost 4 kgs! Today, I stand at 54 kgs and I swapped rice with oatmeal for breakfast (I still eat the foods that I crave), and I drink lemon water everyday!

      I hope this will also work for me. My current weight is 49 but before this, my average weight is around 47-48. But since I did a medication for 6 months, I gained a bit weight. My plan is just to lose 1 to 2 kg. I'm trying to minimize my rice intake and just trying eat yogurt or oatmeal every breakfast. Do you have any workout?

      @@sassysassy9950 Yep! I do workouts from this TH-cam channel called Roberta's Gym. It has many various workouts you can do. I also play a little bit of basketball in the evenings and do tons of household chores in the morning to keep myself active throughout the day. Don't worry too much about your weight though! Depending on your current height, you're probably normal in your BMI.

      Zynn Ruaza hello po hehehee sa totoo lang po wala naman akong certain food na kinakain, madalas kung ano lang po yung nakahapag sa lamesa or niluto nila mama😅 may nga iniwasan lang po ako gaya ng softdrinks ganun tapos less food consumption at night po as well as water therapy🤗 pero mahilig po akong magkape hehe tsaka sa mga prutas po ganern😅🥰💜
