  • Posible bang pumayat at maging healthy na gamit lang ang tubig? Oo naman!
    On today's video, prolonged fasting o 5-day water fast ang paguusapan natin. Ituturo ko sainyo kung paano ito gagawin ng safe at tama, mga paraan para mamaximize ang weight loss at para maiwasan ang side effects.
    Low Carb Vegetables:
    Green leafy vegetables (lettuce, spinach, kale.. etc)
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Mushroom
    Cucumber
    Celery
    Talong
    Okra
    Zucchini
    Bell pepper
    weight and measurements aren't important for me, and my sister. we took it lang for this video pero we forgot to take our measurements before i-break ung fast kaya hindi ko na lang sinama, heheh. as you can see, halos walang nabawas sa weight namin sa loob ng 3 days na pag-fast, which is good news for us!
    if you are doing a prolonged fast to lose weight at kakaonti lang ung weight na nabawas, wag mataranta. reasons:
    1. naalis na ang water weight bago ka pa nag-fasting. this is common sa mga nagkeketo/low carb na. yung malaking weight na nababawas kase sa prolonged fasting is just water weight.
    2. nagwoworkout ka kasi. mabigat ang muscles, magaan na fluffy naman ang fats. ibig sabihin, lumiit ung katawan mo pero hindi ka gumaan dahil kay muscles.
    would you rather weigh 55kg pero may flat na tyan at kasya sa size small to medium na damit, or, 50kg pero large to XL ang damit dahil sa excess water sa katawan at fats?
    that's the same exact reason kung bakit hindi kame interesado malaman ung weight namin :)

      Ma’am Aileene pinanood ko yung ginger at lemon na tinuro mo sa mga bloated. ginawa ko sya ininom ko morning hanggang dinner ko after ko kumain ng dinner eh hindi nman as in sumakit tyan ko pro labas masok na ako ng cr yung dinig mong kumukulo tyan mo dahil po ba yun sa ininom kong ginger and lemon?

      ketogenic po hindi po dirty. nkpg one month na po ako hndi ako nka experience ng ketoflu tapos snabayan ko ng IF 16:8. Then after 1month ginawa ko po yung 20:4 png 5days ngayon. 😕

    kwento: bagong gising ako sa video na to. (naka-pantulog pa ako. kinatamaran ko na alisin kase ang comfy)
    magfifilm dapat ako nung 3pm pero umulan ng malakas after ko mag-makeup kaya itinulog ko na lang. yes, natulog ako ng may makeup.
    fresh pa ung itsura ng makeup ko pagkagising kaya rekta film na agad!

    Balik alindog na ulit ako. Last year ng lowcarb + IF na ko. From 76 naginf 63klgs na lng ako. This is the first time na mkkpg thank you ako sayo Ms. Aileen been watching your videos ever since. Naputol lang yung diet ko dahil sa sensitive pregnancy. Pero start na ulit ako. Sakto ngffast ako ngayon, this video is really really helpful.

    23 hrs ang pinaka mahabang fasting ko pero ako kc derideritso ang fasting ko since aug. 2020 until now low carb pero hndi ako gaanong strict sa diet ko kc nag mimilk at cereal parin nman ako oats din at minsan tinapay at peanut butter hndi tlga maiwasan😁... i start low carb diet june 2020 at 85.5 kg ako that time at ngayon nasa 66 kg nlang ako malapit na rin sa 60 kg na weight goal ko....

    The longest water fasting that i did was 72 hours. Water lang po, walang tea, coffee... Wala din supplements. Ang napansin ko, naging clear yung vision ko, parang HD, kapag may tinitingnan ako na bagay, focused na focused ako sa details. Also ang hirap po matulog, ang babaw ng sleep ko. But magaan tlga sa feeling. Sa tyan, sa buto buto hehe... Wala akong gutom sa day, hyper ako, may energy, pero sa gabi ko nararamdaman yung hunger pangs na parang gusto ko n tlga mag give up hahhaa. Nung ni break ko na sya, kumain ako ng cauli flower. Naramdaman ko nangati yung lalamunan ko.
    Also pala, during fasting, nawala yung bara bara sa ilong, nawala yung sipon sipon at plema. Pero nung kumain na ko, naramdaman ko parang nangati tlga lalamunan ko and nangati ilong ko hehehe

    adding sweetener sa coffee during a fast? pwede, pero babayu autophagy na. more on weight loss na lang ung benefit. and depende din sa sweetener. meron kasing mga sweetener na nakaka-cause ng water retention. :)

    I am inspire po to do prolonged fasting, i will see how long i can do it since atm im doing mostly 16 to 20 hrs. Im excited to try this.
    Please po pa discuss nman if its normal to be constipated while doing keto? Kasi nga i feel constipated so i decided to mix chia seeds together with my ACV. This is what i drink to break my fast, and then 15-20mins again before i finally eat my meal.
    Your explaination really motivates me (because i undrstand it better coming from you).

    Ask lang po kunyari nasa 20 hrs fasting na ako at may nakita akong pagkain sa lamesa(chicken). kumagat ako at nanguya ko pero dinura ko rin at wala akong nalunok, matitigil ba ang fasting ko?
