to anyone trying this challenge: It is extremely difficult and intense. It will give you great results but it will be hard so don't feel bad about taking a break for a moment during the plank or taking a quick breather. You also don't have to go as quick as Chloe, she's been doing this for YEARS. You can also do the low impact version to start off and build the muscles till you can do the full version. It's also okay if you don't do it every day just keep working out. Don't quit. You can do it! I believe in you.
You are very brave for showing us your journey. I'm at the heaviest weight I've ever been right now and I'm trying the Chloe Ting challenge and I feel just awful. it’s so crazy how there’s such a big difference from the before and after while it’s only a little difference on the scale. it helps me feel better about exercising myself and that a little lower or higher number doesn’t mean less progress because it’s fat being turned to muscle

I can't believe how motivating this is. I legitimately laughed at how accurate the first workout was. The lying on the floor, frowning and groaning like im about to pass out. Still haven't seen any obvious change in my body but I'm getting better and better at sticking to the intense schedule of workouts and taking fewer breaks. @aena mustafait can help with it. obviously if you lose an amount of weight where you can see visual a difference there’s a possibility your face may be more thin, or more defined. normally face yoga, exercises and stretches can also help with specifically your face and baby fat there.
I finally realized this whole time I wanted to lose inches not weight, im 33 and my new years resolution was to get fit and in shape no more crying about being over weight expecting it to fall off! you got me I'm in!!! @@lokitablas the meal plan might cost money, but all her workout programs are free even though she's a fitness instructor and could just make them cost money + she has a TON of recipes all for free on her website and a few she shows on her youtube aswell which could easily be used instead of a meal plan and is actually better for most people as you can see what types of foods you'd enjoy the most that day and only pick recipes you like :)!

You have to remember that just because your weight didn't go as much down as you wanted to, doesn't mean you didn't loose a lot of weight. While you loose weight you also gain muscles :)
I did her two week shred two times that is 14+14 days and went from 65 to 54 kgs. Chloe changed my life ❤ Edit: a lot of you are asking about diet. So A BIG YES I was on a diet. no junk food at all (was very tough for me though) but yeah, calorie intake is a game changer. But I ate good portions of a balanced meal just skip the junk food and you'll see results

I started with these 2 week challanges and moved into strength training and running along with a balanced diet. Running my first half marathon in November! She was my motivation to get started on the long journey :)
By the way, you don't have to go at the pace that Chloe goes, she's been working out since forever so that's why she's able to do it easily. You need to go to your own pace, listen to your body, and you will get stronger each day you do this, and with time, you'll be able to go at the same pace as Chloe because you have trained your body to get to that point.
bngtnsht I don’t really understand what you don’t understand but I’ll just give it a try. By eating enough calories (carbs, protein) and exercising with weight (bodyweight is also enough) you’ll gain muscles. How much and how easily depends on your genetics. Weighttraining also burns calories. If you’re a beginner you can be in a caloric deficit (you burn more than you eat) and still manage to build up muscle. At some point you need either a deficit for fat loss or surplus for muscle gain. Muscles also need energy to just exists and maintain, therefore the more muscles you have, the easier it is to get in a deficit to lose fat.

bngtnsht it’s okay, I‘m German so I also struggle a lot. What she did is a mix between cardio and weight training. Pure cardio would be running or a Crosstrainer. She actively used her body to perform those exercises. Fatloss also makes muscles more visible so she might not gained that much new muscles but the „old“ ones are more visible now. Only cardio would not build muscles, that’s right though

I'm shopping a month today, August 18th. I'm hoping to go down a dress size, 2 if I really push myself. I've been exercising for 3 days already but I'm starting to pick up the intensity. I’m trying to get lean because my boyfriend is in the marines and I want to surprise his ass when he’s back *update* So I have bad news and good news. I’ll start with the good news I’m working hard and have lost 20 pounds my booty is looking well lol. Bad news is Erick (my boyfriend) suddenly decided that he wants to take a break. The truth is one of his coligues is a good friend of mine and he told me that he is talking to other girls. I had my suspicions before but I didn’t want to be one of those paranoid girlfriends but I should have listened to my gut. I told him I agreed and he got pissed ? He asked why I didn’t oppose to a break and asked me if I was into someone else? He said he was still thinking about it but I was being suspicious. I’m not as sad as I though I would be in focusing on my job and family. I’m barely 19 and I have my whole life ahead of me. Now that I look even better I’m learning to see myself with other eyes. This is long lol sorry.

Funny thing is, it's not always about the weight, it's about the toning that makes the difference, which you can see really well in this video, this gave me enough motivation to do this besides my gym work-out
Something I've learnt is that weight means genuinely nothing, even though is the only thing we focus on. Other things are way more important for our health and body than weight itself !
What i really like about this video is that she showed her whole progress day by day, so you can actually see how she's getting better at doing these workouts, instead of watching just day 1 and then the final results
But that don’t mean you would have the same result if you have the same body shape , I mean that if someone have similar look on the outside don’t mean that the inside is similar as well ( metabolisms , genetics , how your body react to certain foods , if you do regular activity or not .... ) , so for some people may take more time to see results in comparison of others , + there is no such a thing like one exercise program or nutrition program fits all. If it was then all the fitnesses and nutrition specialists would be unemployed. But there are still a possibilities to find the right ones for you if that one don’t work. So keep going.

Fun fact: If you're doing planks with the right form you will begin to shake pretty quickly. Most people are doing them wrong. So you're doing amazing sweetie.
Best advice for losing fat is you need to do things right from the beginning. If you don't have experience get help. Find fitness coach and invest in a meal plan. Good thing for me I didn't need coach. I just got meal plan from Next Level Diet. I was losing 10 pounds a month.
Rice is healthy though. Just make sure youre making healthy meals and not eating fried rice every day. Rice and veggies is definitely way better than fast food

Today is 19th May, I weigh 77.7 kg and my measurements are- Waist: 34.5 Hips/tummy: 42 Bust: 39.5 Arm: 12 Thigh: 26 I'm planning to do the challenge for 4 weeks and try to walk everyday and some days add another work out (ill mention which ones each day and keep weekly measurement updates, wish me luck! Day 1: ✅ it was kinda hard i sweat a lot but it felt incredibly good to finish it Day 2: ✅ for some reason it was a little harder to carry on so i took quite a few breaks but still got it done, i also had abt an hour walk today along with the workout Sorry I haven't been able to carry on i fractured my ankle, but ill let u guys know when ive started again

You're obsessing over what others will think of you. Practice your deep breathing when you get anxious and decide that taking care of yourself is important.
This has really motivated me to start my workouts again. I used to work out every day with no breaks (I promise I was not hurting my self) and I felt so good about myself but when I had to live with some family for a little over a month I had stopped. One because I didnt have space but two because I really dont like excersing in front of others. I really want to get back into it so thank you for the motivation.

What she meant is she didn’t lose much in her over all weight, she just burned a lot of a fat and and gained a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. That’s why body builders are usually heavy, but not unhealthy. What weight she lost in fat, she gained back in the form of muscle.
I’m a Human Person the scale really isn’t a good indicator of progress when you start to incorporate body weight exercises and actual weights. Bodies are really weird, you might look skinnier with a slimmer waist but the scale says you’ve gained a kg. Muscles tend to also hold more water.

Even if you can't do the exercises exactly, it's better than sitting on the couch all day and not exercising. We all start somewhere, so just do your best.
As someone with a similar body to what she had in the before this is VERY motivating. I would always get so unmotivated when it was only the skinny people doing this so time to go do a workout that feels like hell!
Yes and my problem is I always get so motivated at like 2::am but not during the day but seeing this person having the same body time as me is gives me so much more motivation but u don’t have to eat the same food she ate you can eat what u want but still has to be protein
This is going to get lost in the comments but here goes. For every centimeter you lose it equals 1 kg of fat. So if you don't lose weight but you lose centimeters you've lost that much fat and gained that much muscle.
I don't think that's how math works. Everyone loses weight differently. It's not as simple as one cm equals one kg. A man and a woman naturally won't lose weight the same for example.

Not sure if anyone’s said this, but not only does your body look banging at the end of the challenge, your skin is literally GLOWING too. It starts looking super clear around day 8 btw.
Do not pay attention to the weight too much, pay attention to your body shape and work on improving it, but remember, you are really beautiful, even before the challenge, you were and still were beautiful and I do not compliment, I speak seriously, work on your psychological and physical comfort
More than weight, im worried about my tummy. It keeps bloating and also, most of my fat store in my tummy like may people. So i just wanna get rid of some belly fats and feel strong. Just sharing my misery.
@@kritishrestha7471 If your stomach is bloating pay attention to what food causes you to bloat and eliminate them. A diet filled with non-processed ingredients with 30-45 minutes of exercises every other day will help you get rid of unneccessary fat storage.

I can't believe how motivating this is. I legitimately laughed at how accurate the first workout was. The lying on the floor, frowning and groaning like im about to pass out. Still haven't seen any obvious change in my body but I'm getting better and better at sticking to the intense schedule of workouts and taking fewer breaks. @aena mustafait can help with it. obviously if you lose an amount of weight where you can see visual a difference there’s a possibility your face may be more thin, or more defined. normally face yoga, exercises and stretches can also help with specifically your face and baby fat there.

Edit: a lot of you are asking about diet. So A BIG YES I was on a diet. no junk food at all (was very tough for me though) but yeah, calorie intake is a game changer. But I ate good portions of a balanced meal just skip the junk food and you'll see results

I started with these 2 week challanges and moved into strength training and running along with a balanced diet. Running my first half marathon in November! She was my motivation to get started on the long journey :)

You need to go to your own pace, listen to your body, and you will get stronger each day you do this, and with time, you'll be able to go at the same pace as Chloe because you have trained your body to get to that point.

bngtnsht I don’t really understand what you don’t understand but I’ll just give it a try. By eating enough calories (carbs, protein) and exercising with weight (bodyweight is also enough) you’ll gain muscles. How much and how easily depends on your genetics. Weighttraining also burns calories. If you’re a beginner you can be in a caloric deficit (you burn more than you eat) and still manage to build up muscle. At some point you need either a deficit for fat loss or surplus for muscle gain. Muscles also need energy to just exists and maintain, therefore the more muscles you have, the easier it is to get in a deficit to lose fat.

bngtnsht it’s okay, I‘m German so I also struggle a lot. What she did is a mix between cardio and weight training. Pure cardio would be running or a Crosstrainer. She actively used her body to perform those exercises. Fatloss also makes muscles more visible so she might not gained that much new muscles but the „old“ ones are more visible now. Only cardio would not build muscles, that’s right though

*update* So I have bad news and good news. I’ll start with the good news I’m working hard and have lost 20 pounds my booty is looking well lol. Bad news is Erick (my boyfriend) suddenly decided that he wants to take a break. The truth is one of his coligues is a good friend of mine and he told me that he is talking to other girls. I had my suspicions before but I didn’t want to be one of those paranoid girlfriends but I should have listened to my gut. I told him I agreed and he got pissed ? He asked why I didn’t oppose to a break and asked me if I was into someone else? He said he was still thinking about it but I was being suspicious. I’m not as sad as I though I would be in focusing on my job and family. I’m barely 19 and I have my whole life ahead of me. Now that I look even better I’m learning to see myself with other eyes. It really does irritate me when I see already petite people do a challenge like this. I want relatable peoples. So I love videos like these.
But that don’t mean you would have the same result if you have the same body shape , I mean that if someone have similar look on the outside don’t mean that the inside is similar as well ( metabolisms , genetics , how your body react to certain foods , if you do regular activity or not .... ) , so for some people may take more time to see results in comparison of others , + there is no such a thing like one exercise program or nutrition program fits all. If it was then all the fitnesses and nutrition specialists would be unemployed. But there are still a possibilities to find the right ones for you if that one don’t work. So keep going.

Best advice for losing fat is you need to do things right from the beginning. If you don't have experience get help. Find fitness coach and invest in a meal plan. Good thing for me I didn't need coach. I just got meal plan from Next Level Diet. I was losing 10 pounds a month.

Today is 19th May, I weigh 77.7 kg and my measurements are- Waist: 34.5 Hips/tummy: 42 Bust: 39.5 Arm: 12 Thigh: 26
I'm planning to do the challenge for 4 weeks and try to walk everyday and some days add another work out (ill mention which ones each day and keep weekly measurement updates, wish me luck!
Day 1: ✅ it was kinda hard i sweat a lot but it felt incredibly good to finish it
Day 2: ✅ for some reason it was a little harder to carry on so i took quite a few breaks but still got it done, i also had abt an hour walk today along with the workout
Sorry I haven't been able to carry on i fractured my ankle, but ill let u guys know when ive started again

This has really motivated me to start my workouts again. I used to work out every day with no breaks (I promise I was not hurting my self) and I felt so good about myself but when I had to live with some family for a little over a month I had stopped. One because I didnt have space but two because I really dont like excersing in front of others. I really want to get back into it so thank you for the motivation.

I also know if you do 100 dips,100 crunches and 148 squats daily you loose weight
What she meant is she didn’t lose much in her over all weight, she just burned a lot of a fat and and gained a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. That’s why body builders are usually heavy, but not unhealthy. What weight she lost in fat, she gained back in the form of muscle.

I’m a Human Person the scale really isn’t a good indicator of progress when you start to incorporate body weight exercises and actual weights. Bodies are really weird, you might look skinnier with a slimmer waist but the scale says you’ve gained a kg. Muscles tend to also hold more water.
It’s really refreshing to see someone who has the same body type as you and for once actually makes me feel normal.

Even if you can't do the exercises exactly, it's better than sitting on the couch all day and not exercising. We all start somewhere, so just do your best.
As someone with a similar body to what she had in the before this is VERY motivating. I would always get so unmotivated when it was only the skinny people doing this so time to go do a workout that feels like hell!
Yes and my problem is I always get so motivated at like 2::am but not during the day but seeing this person having the same body time as me is gives me so much more motivation but u don’t have to eat the same food she ate you can eat what u want but still has to be protein

This is going to get lost in the comments but here goes. For every centimeter you lose it equals 1 kg of fat. So if you don't lose weight but you lose centimeters you've lost that much fat and gained that much muscle.

I don't think that's how math works. Everyone loses weight differently. It's not as simple as one cm equals one kg. A man and a woman naturally won't lose weight the same for example.

Not sure if anyone’s said this, but not only does your body look banging at the end of the challenge, your skin is literally GLOWING too. It starts looking super clear around day 8 btw.

More than weight, im worried about my tummy. It keeps bloating and also, most of my fat store in my tummy like may people. So i just wanna get rid of some belly fats and feel strong.

@@kritishrestha7471 If your stomach is bloating pay attention to what food causes you to bloat and eliminate them. A diet filled with non-processed ingredients with 30-45 minutes of exercises every other day will help you get rid of unneccessary fat storage.

I lost my motivation and stopped working out. It's not about workouts being hard, but my lack of motivation to get up and do it. I've tried now, I've tried in the past.. It's not going well.
