    Started my fitness journey last 2017. I was 57kg and I'm 5 ft tall. Nagportion control ako, 3x a week magworkout, at nag no rice diet for 1yr. After nyan, naging 45kg ang weight ko at may abs din. Happy ako sa result pero deep inside parang di ako totally masaya dahil sobrang higpit ko sa pagkain. Now, nagra-rice na ko (red rice) at nagchicheat meal. Dinagdagan ko na din yung portion ng pagkain ko, 5x a week magworkout. Current weight ko is 43-44kg. Share ko lang haha 🤧 kaya natin to~ 🤍

    I started healthy lifestyle last January this year. Proud ako sa self ko na I completely stopped drinking softdrinks and other juices na high in sugar. Promise kahit hindi ko padin na achieve yung payat na body na gusto ko pero bumalik na yung dating katawan ko like normal kong body talaga. ngayon ang goal ko is ma flat yung belly ko and sobrang hirap. I feel hopeless. lalo na sa lower belly. Ayaw nya talaga ma flat. :( everyday pa naman ako nag wo work out, cardio and abs. bakit ganun. mag de december nalang! :(

    Calorie restriction through flexible dieting worked on me. From 72kls, I only weigh 60kls now in just a month with the help of this diet and it really helped me a lot. 😊❤

    calorie counting drives me nuts. i quit doing it kasi hindi ko na naeenjoy yung pagkain. for me,i eat what i want in moderation. i cut down on sweets. i workout 5-6 days a week. i was able to achieve my goal.

    I became pregnant last year because of doing your workout routines, big deal sakin kasi I have been suffering from PCOS for 8 years. 9 years old na panganay ko saka lang ako nabuntis after 4mos of strictly doing your workouts. I gave birth last April 11 this year after 2 weeks to 1 month bumalik na ako sa pre pregnancy weight ko. Now 23 na uli ang waistline ko and 40kg ako 5’0” ang height ko
    before ako nanood ng vids mo 50kg ako sa 5’0” na height ko. Thanks Kat! My real name is Kat too btw.

    bago ako nag simulang mag diet last year ang napanood ko tlaga ay ung unang video mo sa maling diet.... 85.5 kg ako that time pero ngayon 65 kg nlang 60 kg ang goal ko pero hndi ko maabot abot kc minsan napapadalas ang cheat day😂😂😂

    I agree about calorie restriction! 🙋 I personally do portion control and it is the most sustainable diet for me ❤️❤️ hindi rin ako nag checheat days, all I do is have 2 rest days from workouts but I can eat anything everyday as long as super limited yung mga 'sinful food' sa pcos diagnosed na gaya ko (white rice, sweets, oily food & junks)

      pcos is a pain to deal with. birth control pills changed my body big time. i started working almost everyday since my diagnosis. hindi ako nagdadiet but i eat in moderation. i give into my cravings.

      @@alinadk1220 sorry to hear that, I agree it did changed my life. One thing I could do to atleast minimize one of its symptoms (weight gain) is to improve my lifestyle. Nag simula ako sa diet na pagbabawas ng rice, from 1- 1 1/2 cup per meal, nag limit ako to 1 cup, to half a cup up to now. Then I started avoiding fatty/oily na ulam and di na nawawalan ng gulay sa kada meal namin. I started committing to drinking water really regularly (it was easy to not drink sweetened beverages bcoz it was not really my thing). Then little by little about one month and a half nag lose ako ng kaunti then started with Ms Kat Aglipay's 10 min no jumping full body workout. Right now more than 3 mos after getting diagnosed and improving my lifestyle, meron na akong workout routine na nagwowork for me and I feel it in myself that I am happier and healthier. Lost about 8-10kg (wasnt sure about my exact starting weight) in 3 1/2 mos btw.
      I believe you can do it, little steps matter! ❤️

      @@deguzmanmorissettet.4274 i don't weigh myself. i watched multiple workout videos so i can build my own routine. it's working well for me. my legs are toned. my butt is lifted and perky na. may linya na yung abs ko. may occassional bloating pa rin pero side effect siya ng yasmin.

    As I have said, napaka effective ng mga excercises mo Kat! kahit 58 yrs. old na ako, kaya ko mga workout mo, hindi ko lang kaya yung mga pahiga higa moves dahil maedad na ako, thank you so much Kat nag decrease na ako ng 4 kilos dati 49 klos ako, ngayon 45 na lang puro exercise lng yun no diet thank you Gidbless🙏🙏🙏

    Hello po ate kat! Kailangan ko po bang sundin yung mga serving size? Like yung sa can ng sardines, 3 servings po sya, need ko pa po bang hati-hatiin yun into 3 or pwede kong kainin yung buong can? Salamat po 😊

      Since mababa lang calories ng sardines (50 cal per serving × 3 = 150 calories) okay lang kainin lahat. 🙂 Pwede rin hatiin then samahan ng veggies or other ingredients.

    Pero everytime na naiistress ako nag oover eating ako hangang sa , di ko na alam kong papano ko sisimulan ulit mag diet& exercise , feeling ko rin mas lalo akong tumaba which is lalo na dagdagan insecurities ko 🤧 ANY ADVICE NAMAN PO PLEASE .

    In the last five months sobra naging anxiety ko dahil I was bullied for being mataba. My weight before was 55kg and I’m 4’8, then I decided to change my lifestyle. In the first 2 months I tried to lessen my carbs intake, do IF, and tried to replace rice with egg - I do keto. Then after losing some weight I tried the low carb diet until now, and my current weight is 47kl. Pero this month sobra struggle ko sa pagpapapayat dahil naging morning person ako, hindi ko na kaya yung IF dahil sumasakit tyan ko. Nag ha hyper acidity ako, then everyday I only eat 1/2 to 1cup of rice. Pero bakit feeling ko tumataba ako pero my weight is stil 47kl naman po. Feeling ko lang po ba yun or mali yung weighing scale namin? Everyday po ako nag checheck ng weight ko, always 47kl naman po. Feel ko po everytime na kumakain ako g rice tumataba ako 🥺😭

    Galing po ako sa keto diet and before ako mag start sa keto carbs lover talaga ako pumayat ako sa keto tas 2 months natigil as in triple ang balik ng taba ko 😭😭

    Delikado ang intermitent fasting at puro protein meat nag ka acid reflux ako hangang ngayon di gumagaling, at tumaas yung blood pressure ko ng 170/110 mask ok mag bawas na lang ng calories at e exercise

      Personally, I got back to working out two days after the vaccine.
      If you feel heavy, just skip workout and get back once you feel normal again. 😊😊😊

    craving is the villain in any types of diet. Human needs suppress cravings in refined carbs, sugars through satiation
    Calories in calories out. It depends on the quality of the foods. Ex. 1000 calories of 10 donuts vs 1000 calories 100g brocoli, human you decide

    Sana ate eshare mo yong lahat ng ginagawa mo bago mag exercise from pagka gising mo and hangang matulog po. Parang a day in your life lang pero ipakita mo yong kinakain mo from morning to evening tapos Kong Anu oras ka nage exercise para magaya ko 😁😁 or Kong may video kana po nun pahingi nalang po ng link.       Yung plain coffee po nakakatulong magpabilis ng metabolism. Basta walang sugar o creamer at hindi 3 in 1.
      No need to add lemon. Your coffee would probably be way too acidic if you add lemon. Hehe

    Ako naiinggit ako doon sa magagaling sa workouts na nakakasabay ko sa gym... inggit in a sense na nakigaya na ako kaya tiis sakit ng katawan ko (may trainer po ako). Tiis lang, walang ganda 🤣
