  • 안녕하세요:) 중간에 오타가 좀많은데 동영상을 이미업로드를 한상태라ㅠㅠ죄송합니다ㅠㅠ
    오늘은 저만의 다이어트 방법을 알려드리려고 합니다!
    보시고 어떻게 저렇게 빼 말도 안돼! 라고 생각하실수도 있지만 저는 꾸준한
    노력과 장기간 동안 실천하고 계속 하고있기에 유지를 하고있습니다.
    그래서 지금은 먹고 싶은거 가끔먹고 끊었던 음식들도 한번씩
    생각나면 먹기도 하능데용!
    단, 콜라랑 사이다 햄버거는 아직까지..일년에 한번 먹을까말까....
    햄버거가 정말 먹고 싶을때면 반개? 정도 먹습니다. 단 햄버거먹을땐 감자튀김은 먹지 않아요!
    다이어트는 사람마다 다르겠지만 고난과 역경의 연속인데요,
    저도 수많은 다이어트를 시도해보고 유행하는 다이어트도 많이 해보고 지방분해주사도 맞아보고 카복시?라는 것도 한번 해봤지만 아프기만 아프고 효과를 못봤어요.
    그러다 찾은 저만의 방법들입니다.
    다이어트를 하다보니 몸에 붓기를 빼는 것도 중요하다 는 것도 알았고. 혈액순환이 잘되야한다는 것도 알앗어요.
    당연히 식단 과 운동. 그리고 잠 자는 것도 중요하구요.
    여러분들도 자신의 몸 에 대해 알아보고 다이어트 계획 을 한번 짜보시는 건어떠세요?
    한가지 Tip 을 더들이자면,
    처음 다이어트 가 힘들때 몸매 좋은 외국 언니야 들 사진 들 을 많이 보고 배경화면 으로 해놓고 자극을 받았어요. 그리고 저는 체중계는 최대한 멀리하고 자주 재는것 보다 일주일에 한번 정도 재고 말았습니다.

    여러분 설명란을 참고해 주세요 ㅠㅠ감사합니다ㅎㅎ다이어트 총 기간에 대해 물어보시는 분들이 많으신데, 다이어트는 총 4년 걸렸지만, 정체기전 살이 빠지는데에는 7개월정도 걸린거 같습니다. 50kg까지 그정도 걸렸습니다.

      아~~ 그렇죠ㅠㅠ 40년을 찌운살을 몇달만에 빼려는 욕심이 지나친거죠 ㅠㅠ 이미10키로 빼고 정체기 한달째중이면서 조바심이 났네요 오늘 전 깨달음을 얻어 반성중 님의 영상을 보며 더욱 다잡네요 앞으로도 30키로는 더뻐야하는데 45.195k를 달린다 생각하렵니다~~

    Here’s what she did:
    1. Cut off
    Stay clear of your favourite or any foods that r high in calories and make healthier choices
    Eg Swap coke for water
    2. Change bowl
    Eating from a smaller bowl makes u eat less but still feel full
    3. 12 hour fasting (or IF)
    Eg if you start fasting at 8 o’clock you should not eat or drink until 8 o’clock the next morning

    간헐적 단식 (12시간단식) 중에 물은 마셔야돼요!!! 꼭 마셔야돼요가 아니라 목마르면 충분히 마셔야돼요. 한의사 선생님이 이야기 하셨어요. 갈증이 나는데도 물을 안마시는건 건강에 몹시 안좋아요. 오히려 물을 마시면 가짜공복감을 이겨내기도 쉬워지고 물은 다이어트와 상관 없이 생명활동에 필수적인 요소라서 마신다고 해도 전혀 플러스, 마이너스 요소로 작용하지 않으니까 갈증나면 단식중에도 꼭 마시세요!!

    Everyone is different , take your time
    Drink more water , less sugary drinks
    Eat small portion but do not starve yourself
    Sit less , do jumping jacks every 30 mins
    until you feel you heart pound very fast
    walk at least 1 hour per day ,increase it after you're better at it.
    and move on with more intense work out
    having enough sleeps
    reward yourself once in a while with foods you like.

      K Dolan This would be a good time to lay down or go to sleep at least for me I’m in high school. I don’t actually go to sleep, but once you’re comfy, you’re not gonna wanna get up if you’re thirsty or hungry. 🙂

    진짜 간식끊기,12시간 공복 이거만 해도 ㄹㅇ 살빠져요...저는 운동도 안하고 살찐다는 음식 다먹었는데 간식끊기,12시간공복유지했더니 한달동안 5키로 빠졌어요ㅋㅋㅋ

    여러분 그냥 간헐적 단식 하세요. 하루 24시간을 10:148:16이던 나눠서 여러분이 원하시는 시간을 정한 후 10시간은 먹을 수 있고 14시간은 공복 시간을 가지는 거예요(예를 들자면). 그치만 처음부터 8시간 먹고 16시간 공복시간을 가지는 것처럼 무리한 것은 불가능하니까 천천히 공복시간을 늘려나가보세요 처음엔 엄청 배고픈데 다음 날 일어나면 몸이 가벼워요 더 자세히 알고 싶으시다면 간헐적 단식 쳐보세요! 아 그렇다고 공복 시간이 아닌 시간에 피자 치킨 이런 걸 드시라는 건 전혀 아니구요... 아시죠? 적당히 조절해서 드세요

    Guys, please stay safe if you’re planning to go on a diet. Remember that it’s not all about the number on the scale, but the overall health and happiness of your body. Don’t go too extreme, change habits slowly, listen to your body. Extreme diets are never sustainable.

    킥복싱,주짓수 반년하면서 버피 100개 스쿼트 100개 매일 하고 단백질,채식 위주 식단으로 6달째에 26kg빠진 사람으로써 느낀게 다이어트는 운동이랑 식단도 중요한데 제일 중요한건 끈기랑 노력이란걸 다시한번 느꼈네요~

    Okay guys I'm going to try this and I will update as much as possible. My "diet" is:
    1 apple as breakfast
    1 slice of bread and ¼ of cucumber as lunch
    ½ portion of what I normally eat as dinner
    (When I'm really hungry I snack a bit of cucumber)
    I will use smaller plates and I will fast everyday from 7PM till 7AM. Remind me to update if I don't for a week!

      Please don't do this!! It is an extremely low calorie diet. An apple usually has around 80 calories (more or less) and the toast would be around 100. You said that you will eat a half of your dinner and you should consume AT LEAST 1000 more calories. Don't eat less than 1200 per day , that is literally starving yourself and can do so much harm to your body.

      You can eat high fat foods but reduce your carbs intake to less than 100g per day. Eating healthy fats and lean protein helps you loose weight, control your cravings and have more energy

    So here’s something, I never had a weight problem. But after my mom passed away and a year passed by I gained from 53-65. I didn’t even realize it until my clothes didn’t fit.
    So I just did what I always do. I don’t eat sugar so that was ✅ I ate small portions done ✅ I was busy with doing things to get my mind of food ✅ I was walking a lot and I did some easy training that you can do at home ✅ THE most important of losing weight is cut sugar from your life and drink water when you wake up or Like I did drink apple vinegar two spoons in a cup of water it totally made me lose even faster.

    Try 16:8 fasting and just even a 15 min HIIT everyday I swear it’s life changing. For IF, I don’t restrict myself with what I eat as long it’s below 1500 calories per day. And there’s a day where I eat everything I want. After 1 week and 5 days, I lost 1 pound. It’s not easy and fast but when you know that that every hardwork you’re doing is working, you’ll be motivated to keep going. Remember that it’s not anyone’s business to stop you from changing yourself. They say you’re beautiful just being yourself but sometimes you staying “yourself” is actually harming you.

    I’m 63kg currently and no shade at all, but I look a lot slimmer than she does at 46kg. At the end of the day, I think it just has to do with your specific body mass and bone density. I have really high bone density and a lot of muscle and very little fat in my body and weigh 63kg. Don’t ever compare your weight and size to someone of a body different make.
    I love your video and your transformation is amazing, so is your willpower

    튀긴음식 먹지말고
    가공식품 먹지말고
    인스턴트식품 먹지말고
    요렇게만 하면 빠집니다
    참 쉽습니다

    my friend lost like 10-15kg after she start the 12hours fasting and maintain it until now. what she do is, she eat whatever she wants during day time, but at 6pm (max) she will stop eating, not even a chips nothing, until the next day around 9am-10am, just then she will start eating again.. sometimes i feel mad if we ask her to go out during night time, all of us will just order something to eat, and she wont eat anything, it requires discipline.. she will eat a whole cow during day time, no restriction, but after 6pm, until the next morning, she just won’t eat..

    sleeping early really helps! I fast from 8 pm to 8 am. I fall asleep at around 10 pm, I naturally wake up at 7, exercise and before I know it it’s past 8.

    저도 지금 다이어트 두달차예여~두달만에 5kg감량에 성공했고 지금도 ing..중이랍니다^^저는 1일 권장칼로리계산이 귀찮아 1일 1식 음식 관계없이 배부르게먹고 공복 12시간이상할려고 노력중이구여~ 운동은 하루 30분~1시간(특별한일 없으면 무조건 1시간)은 집에서 가벼운 홈트 해주고있어영~ 근데 정말 배고플때가 있는데 그럴땐 12시간 공복전에 삶은달걀2개 먹어주고있어영..공복유지할땐 목마르면 물도먹구영~ 커피대신 보이차or레몬밤차!! 군것질과 야식은 잠시 빠빠이~~ㅠㅠ 우리모두 목표치까지 아자아자!!
    P.S 전 균형잡힌 식습관이 어려워서 영양제 몇개 챙겨먹고있는데 다른분들은 1일1식하실려면 균형잡힌 식사하세영~~아니면 저처럼 영양제라두..ㅎ무리한 다이어트보단 건강이 최고👍 (참!! 정체기왔다고 포기하지마세영~저도 2주동안 정체기왔었는데 포기안하고 꾸준히하니 빠졌어영^^)
