    I wish to request you to remove the Advt which comes in between the video. That is the distraction. Let it come in the beginning, but while I am in any pose, the unwanted interruption comes in between. I hope you will accept my request. 🙏

    Moved my body after so long and I must say you made it easy yet effective. Did 15mins session only since I worked out after so long and body couldn't take more .. will increase the duration slowly as body adapts. Have seen and tried many other sessions on TH-cam but this one was different easy and very effective. Felt great 💫
