    I haven't had regular periods since the last 5-6 years (I was diagnosed with PCOD). It has always been due to some medicine and so, I had lost all hopes. But as a part of my new year resolution, I decided to include meditation and yoga on my daily to-do-list. I started with this video, and yesterday marked the 7th day of continuously doing this each morning. Last night, I got my periods and I cannot thank @satvicmovement enough for this.

    I have to thank Satvic Movement for this. I have PCOD for last 10+ years. I was not having periods for the last 1.5 year. After having Satvic food for a week and doing this Yoga just for 3 days, I got my periods (after 1.5 years, can you just imagine!!!). I promise to follow this for life ❤🙏

    ladies ladies!!! don't panick everything is going to be fine one day , all you need is faith in the god , eat good and do yoga.
    I'm telling you ... i have done this yoga and maintained my eating habits and guess what? i got my periods after so many years without any medications!!!
    i really want to thank this channel and the lady in the video for this amazing yoga's🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

    It prooved that in some situations if medicine fails yoga can do.
    I have missed my period from last 2 months and i started yoga . After 10 day i got my period. Thank you ma'am thank you so much for this useful video.

    Iits magical ❤, I suffered pcod from last 2-3 years, only when i took medicine then i got my periods.But this time i decided to stop to take medicine, and found this video randomly . I just follow this yoga poses only 4 days and on 5th day i got my periods🥺after 2 months .its like something magic happens to my life.I am very happy.

    Im doing this yoga from 10th August 2024..today is 22 August 2024 so literally Ive been doing this yoga for like 12 days and 1 day rest..lets see when Ill get my periods I send all positive affirmations to universe ki muje mere periods mil jae ❤❤❤

      UPDATE: I did this yoga JUST ONE DAY I swear to God I am not even lying I got my periods today. It almost feels like a miracle because I just did it for like 20 minutes and here I am today !!!!     This is soo good. I wasn't even very regular with this practice. But still it regulated my cycle like magic. I used to have very less flow but it worked like magic for me!

    I had bulky ovaries arranged with multiple follicles since 2020. Even after After losing a lot of weight nothing worked.
    I did this yoga and one-two more yoga sessions for 2 months (5-6 days a week). My ovaries are completely normal now expect some 3-4 mm cyst which I'm sure will go practicing this❤
    All my cysters sometimes i get depressed too about my health but getting sad and not doing anything about it is just a waste. All of you start doing yoga instead of reading comments coz i assure you it will work becouse nothing worked for me but this did..😭🥺

    Thank you. Thank you so so much . From the last 2 years I was not able to get my periods without medicines like if I don't take medicine my periods won't show up for 5-6 months then I had to take meds.... Since the last month all I didi was
    1. Practiced this yoga session everyday
    2. Started eating healthy
    3.managed my stress by reading shrimad bhagwad Geeta it helped me keep my mind at peace .
    Now after a month I finally have my periods all naturally without any meds . Thanks a lot. The gynae said I will always have to take meds to get my menses ... I don't think so now ❤❤ lots of love to you and @satvicyoga for this.
    To anyone who hasn't started yet. Please try and don't give up , be consistent for a few days and you will eventually notice the difference.

    Thank you so much Radhika Ma’am! Really grateful to you for sharing this miraculous yoga for pcod! I started this yoga practice 2 months ago and I’m very irregular with lesser flow but only after practicing for 2 weeks i got my period and the flow was better and after my period I again started this yoga and after almost 30 days I again got my period which is very impossible for me! I use to get my periods after every 3-4 months but this time it was miracle! Anyone reading this without a second thought just go for this and don’t forget to thank the lord and the teacher for connecting us👏🏻❤

      @@CookwithVanshikaaa I haven’t changed anything in my diet. But I try to avoid street food, maida, packed namkeen, and sugar. I have replaced sugar with Shakkar. Hope this helps💕

      @@srishtipandey5162 I am not practising this yoga from some days but if you want to practice this yoga then you must do it (preferably after bath) in the morning before having anything to get maximum benefit.
      But if you don’t have time in the morning then you can still practice this after at least 3 hours of meal and at least 1 hour of any liquid. Hope this helps..🩵

    Many thanks to the team. I was suffering from prolonged spotting from a month. I just followed this yoga for 2 days along with wet pack. My bleeding stopped :D This somehow released out the pressure in pelvic area I believe. Thanks a lot.

    These asanas have been life saviour. I did these asanas for a week and got periods back with proper period flow. I was suffering from PCOS for almost 1.5 year and these asanas became really helpful. Instead of taking pills, chose this and making sure of doing this everyday!     Heyy.. this is my second day of this yoga... the comments are so motivating. I have not gotten my period since the last 3 months ... I have visited doctors and gotten medicines and I think they worsened my periods...
    Now I'm depending on holistic approach such as these. I'll update you guys soon... once I get my periods.

      My pms symptoms are coming back and my spotting is increasing too.
      For anyone that has been suffering from pcos, this yoga not only heals the body but also heals the mind. Ever since I started my practice... I am alot more peaceful and happier ❤

    I started yoga by seeing your videos and a coupleof more channels.. a month back.. bcz i was off pills after 5 years and i wanted to regulate my periods naturally.. so this tym after only 20 days delay I got my periods.. I'm even going for running/walking and also doing seed cycling.

    I got my periods on time❤ by practicing this soothing yet very powerful asanas. Thanks to you for making such great videos helpful to people like me🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. I actually had a bit of light bleeding and irregularities in my periods..but to my surprise I got my periods on time with an absolutely healthy blood flow. I am always thankful to you sathvik movement team❤. ALSO as u guys always tell… food has a very mojor role on our problems..so I even started taking good food and included fruits and some good drinks (like jeera water with jaggery) and did this yoga for abt 20 mins for a week and got my periods .

      Actually, I am getting them regularly... I thought it was naive to just come here and reply everytime I get periods😅... So I didn't post regularly... Infact I am on periods even now😊...

      And also, I actually stopped diet, but took my regular food(typical Indian food) but with 16 hours fasting... I neither gained weight, nor my periods stopped😊... So please go ahead and try this... It works really great😄😁
