I completely agree with the music part, especially if you’re planning to do the workout everyday, you don’t want the background music to be stuck in your head at times when your sleeping 🙄
I had been suffering from depression and anxiety from last 1 year and before that I was a flexible girl. But after the depression session and I had lost all the zeal to survive and I had all the traumas stored in my body parts making it so stiff. I kept on doing this workout consecutively for about 2-3 weeks. Now I suddenly realised I can touch my toes while my legs are completely stretched! Wow didn’t expect that at all as it was so impossible before haha!!
I can feel how effective the workouts are when I do them, they feel like I’m actually working my body rather than repetitive donkey kicks. This is better for me mentally☺️

I started this 6 days ago🎉 Skipped 1 day and noticed how much I was ready to get back to it. I'm 43 and fractured my tailbone in 2018. Coming back from that has been a plant of slow growth. My core is in need of a restructuring towards strength. So, when I say that I genuinely appreciate this video because it breaks down self limiting beliefs on time and endurance. Thank you. Each time I get better and more precise thus experiencing a more impactful workout. I look forward to incorporating other workouts of yours in the future.

i'm not even joking, that mix of stretching and more advanced moves was absolutely phenomenal. it made me want to go through with the whole workout because you actually focused on feeling good and not doing exercises until we can't feel our arms 😭 that flew by at a great difficulty level.

I know a lot of people have said this, but the time seriously did fly by! This was SUCH a good pilates workout for me, even though im a total beginner i didnt need to take multiple breaks like i sometimes do! Great work!! 🎉

That was the best workout I've ever done. Thank you so so much. Ive been having a hard time motivating to exercise but this was literally perfect for me. It was tiring but not too much. Within the window of tolerance. And the stretches you added in between were perfect, like you knew exactly what and where I was wanting to shake it out. It was crazy! After the exercise id feel a bit stiff and then your stretch/rest would loosen me up again. This is the first of your videos I've seen and I'm now subscribed and ready for more. Also you made me giggle a few times so thanks for that too!
Doing this video made it clear to me that I need to stick to videos marked for beginners for the time being! But these 10 minute videos are great for getting me to do some Pilates first thing in the morning . Thank you!
