This is the first time I tried Pilates. I knew it wouldn’t be easy but wow I didn’t expect to sweat so much in 10 minutes. I don’t even sweat this much with my 40min workouts. This was great thank you for sharing your workout.

I’m working out now twice a day morning and night in the mornings I use the lean app and at night I do 7 of you’re videos here so 2 hours mon-sat Sunday I let my body rest I’m so happy with my results and the meal plans as a vegan
@@gabrielaivanovva it’s absolutely perfect I see my abs forming and I’m more toned glutes are round perfectly and if you stick to it your body gets used to to it but I feel more energized I went from 126 lbs before now I’m at 106 lbs

What I will say is that I don’t think that ad in the middle of a workout is the right idea, I kinda felt a little frustrated because my me-time to work on myself interrupted by an ad. Unfortunately you can't spot lose fat, so a special move isn't going to do the trick. Sometimes the real muscles we gotta build up are our self confidence so the words of fools have less affect on us. But if you want more muscle definition to show through your body fat, lifting weights for hypertrophy will do it best. Pilates is great to strengthen and tone but it's not going to build big muscles that will show through stubborn fat. Alternatively you can opt to reduce overall body fat and either Pilates or lifting weights can help with that, provided you manage your caloric intake and eat the right macros. @@susu3148 Recommend workout tome for adults is 30-45 mins especially women. Overdoing it is a waste of time and energy.
