There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I do your exercise everyday after finishing work at home. You do it so smooth and gently but they are quite challenging. I also do it before or after my running or indoor bike trainings. Pumping up core is crucial for any kind of exercises. Looking forward to seeing more of your series coming.

This is really helpful, it doesn't take too much time. But since I'm intermediate level, i wish nicole had a really intense but short workout video too, i usually cannot spend 40 minutes, but also short videos don't really give me the satisfaction i need
