I have a bad knee so squats and lunges are out. This really helps. I did the knee pain video followed by hip flexor and then this one. I feel good and ready to golf today! Thank you Jessica
I am very happy I stumbled upon your videos! I really feel comfortable with them. I like how you talk to the public like they are right there with you. Makes me take my mind off of the more challenging work outs and helps me push myself longer. Also The clothing you wear for your videos are very classy and professional. I tend to avoid exercising videos of women who just seem to dress to impress the male viewers. Like the ones who barely wear anything or in my opinion inappropriate clothing, and cake on so much make up on themselves just for a exercising video. So I just want to say thank you for these videos. I am a very picky person and usually stick to the people I find the most comfortable to guide me through work-outs! Keep doing what you do! Can't wait for tomorrow! I am doing 10 minutes a day with all your different workout sessions you have won me over. I am never bored because I get to pick different videos! I am enjoying them so far! Love this quick gluten but when im laying on my belly lifting a straight extended leg...I can't seem to stop using my back. It feels like I'm ONLY using my back. Any suggestions?
