    Thank you so much I loose 10 kg In 1 month with proper diet and with this exercise
    Routine
    Wake up at 6.00 am drink 1 glass water and then start this exercise
    Breakfast oats
    Lunch eat as regular but dont eat rice
    At the evening again take 1 glass of water and do this exercise
    At dinner eat salad
    Tip. After exercise dont eat immediately wait for an hour

    I’ve been doing this workout since April 2020, 5 days in a row at the beginning for only around 20-25 minutes (I couldn’t finish the video since I have baby to take care of). A cup of coffee every morning, & two meals every day (still eat white rice but only half cup per meal). And as today, I’ve lost 20kg. Maybe some of you might think its a slow process, but it worked for me since Im ceaserian mother (still couldn’t do intense workout). Since Mac 2021, I only work out for about 3 times a week just to maintain the metabolism & refresh my body. Working out is not only for weight loss though, but more than that. ❤️

    Havent tried this workout but yes her dance workout works for me...ive been doing her workout since last two months...first month i couldn't even do it for 5 minutes i got really tired... I took breaks after every five mins but dint give up..i'm about 70 kgs...im not much into fast food but we have a trend of eating white rice ...something we can't get enough of...first month i rarely controlled my diet ...i saw a little difference in my body in a week...i worked out only in the evening ....max 45 minutes i burnt around 300 kcl....after first month when i took my weight ..i lost about 2 kgs...now i was 68..
    Now the second month....i thought if i remain consistent and do it..it isnt difficult..her workout doesn't require intense jumping..as i am heavy on my legs i can't jump more...during the second month i gave up completely on white rice..and ate healthy..i cut off sugar completely from my diet...i could see visible results ....my cloths turned a little loose then before...i even did abs exercises along with this..which went about 1 hour of exercise and burning about 400 kcl...i only worked out in the evening..after the completion of 2nd month when i weighed myself i was 3 kgs down...and lost few inches from my waist my arms and my chest....
    Im still doing her dance workout...it increased my stamina..and really improved my mood swings..i feel a lot better after i do this...
    P.s...its third month now..im already 5 kgs down...i.e 65..
    It won't work if you can't watch your mouth😂 sorry...
    It starts with you and ends with u..u become what u think..so start today..after i lost a few kgs..it has built my confidence..i tell you..

      Inspiring..
      Have been working out for the last 3 months now but don't really think I have lost kilos.. but my body form has definitely changed. I have a better figure and my love handles have reduced considerably.
      My butt is heavier and looks bigger than my frame and it's getting smaller.
      I do eva's 45 minute workouts as cardio followed by 3 Chloe Ting ab workouts of 11 minutes each.
      It's helping. I don't think I have lost weight but people do say my body is looking much better.
      I don't have a scale so can't weigh myself.

      kavi dharshini i cut sugar, detox with green tea n lemon everyday, no fastfood, no junkfood, no sweets, keep myself active, i take heavy food in day time n simple food before 7pm..once i reduced weight which is 3rd week then started workout from this channel..start with basic then planking n yoga..meditation..everyday workout till now..1st month diet i loose 7 inch waist circumference with belly workout from this channel

    Ya llevo 2 meses haciendo sus rutinas de Eva y Emma y las dos son increíbles, yo había echo de todo y nunca tenía resultados, y ahora puedo decirles que tengo cintura pero lo mejor de todo la pancita está desapareciendo y eso me tiene muy contenta es horrible tener ese vientre que te hacer ver mal.     Bueno chicas es hora de comentar mi experiencia. Empecé a finales de noviembre y on estas rutinas y he bajado 4 Kg. Tal vez no es mucho, pero me ha encantado hacer estos ejercicios. La "lonja" me ha disminuido aunque su trabajo me falta. De verdad vale la pena y el esfuerzo. Animo!!!

    Yo tengo 1 mes ya haciendo sus rutinas, semanal la cambio depende de la que estrena y si me gusta la hago. Esta y la anterior han sido de mis favoritas. Realmente los cambios son súper impresionantes, desde la resistencia hasta la ENERGIA que te brindan sus ejercicios. La celulitis de mis piernas ha disminuido, brazos más tonificados, la panza ha bajado considerablemente y la piel se ha rejuvenecido gracias a la liberación de toxinas. ¡Súper recomendada! 🥰💚

    Tengo 2 semanas con alimentación 3x1 de Frank Suárez. Estaba dejando a mi cuerpo adaptarse a ello antes de comenzar con el ejercicio, ayer empecé con una de estas rutinas para complementar (porque es necesario), me gustó mucho porque en verdad se siente que se activa el metabolismo sin necesidad de dar brincos que te dejen sin aliento. Con los simples cambios de hábitos alimenticios ya estoy viendo cambios, regreso a mediados de septiembre para contarles cómo le ha ido agregando estas rutinas que según veo en comentarios son magníficas.

    Muchas gracias Eva, llevo un mes y lo noté desde la segunda semana, algunos jeans han dejado de apretarme, blusas que en los brazos me apretaban me quedan flojas, fue rápido, ya que también cambié algunos hábitos alimenticios, comer a mi hora, no comer hasta reventar, menos azúcares, y cenar ligero. Además que todos los días realizó los ejercicios menos un día. Espero que mi experiencia le sirva a otras chicas!

      @priyanka sharma did it help you loose weight from the body overall? Bcz it has been a week since I have been working out along with her videos... but I feel it focuses more on arms, back and belly.

    I love this dance workout! It is really difficult for me, because I have never been very coordinated with my movements and sequences; but just trying to achieve the movements while I am working out and keeping in shape, and at the same time having fun, is just wonderful... Besides, Eva is awesome and all the girls in all her videos are marvelous, but I specially adore this trio! And specifically, I have to confess that I have a crush with the girl of the left of the screen (the one of the orange shoes)... She is so adorable and graceful... For me, as a trans woman, I dream with have such femininity and delicacy as she has... 💘

      Hola @yasmin y cuanto has bajado de peso. Yo he intentado hacer ejercicio pero lo único k logro es aumentar masa muscular nunca he bajado de peso y lo k me aumenta son los brazos me dicen k no pero yo estoy traumada con mis brazos no me gustan jajaj gracias

      Florecita hola 👋 mira desde que empezó la pandemia empecé subir de peso y no comía de mas al igual que tu los brazos de no manches las blusas me apretaban los brazos,aquí en el patio de casa empecé a caminar media hora por una semana de ahi le subí a una hora 3 veces a la semana,terminaba y hacia poquito ejercicio de media hora,no se como encontré a Eva y me propuse hacerlos y he bajado 1kilo por semana,
      Dieta ,solo le baje a las harinas,así que animo no te desanimes tu sigue y veras resultados

      Even I was moving my butt in and out until after 4 days I automatically started moving my abs. So basically you don't have to move your butt, you have to crunch your abs.
      You will ultimately get it.
