Edit: I’m 158cm, and I try to keep my meals low carb and eat about 1500 kcal a day :) Day 1: 90.75 kg Day 2: 90.75 kg Day 3: 89.95 kg Day 4: 89.95 kg -> hardest day so far tbh but gonna keep going! Day 5: 89.70 kg -> easier than yesterday but still very challenging, let's hope tomorrow is better! Day 6: 89.90 kg -> my shoulders are burning! Day 7: 89.80 kg -> Didn’t do it 100% (adjusted some exercises) burned around 40 calories less than I normally do, still very happy that I showed up!! Day 8: 89.65 kg -> sweating like hell, my body is more comfortable during exercises, overall I'm seeing improvement! Day 9: 89.30 kg -> legs hurt but I’m happy :) Day 10: 89.10 kg Day 11: 88.70 kg -> so happy!!! Day 12: 88.85 kg -> A little bit up :S Day 13: 88.55 kg -> skipped due to cramps :( Day 14: 88.60 kg -> It felt good after resting for one day, my body is not sore anymore so I enjoy it more :) Day 15: 88.50 kg Day 16: 88.55 kg -> Felt good! I'm trying to go from low carb to keto this week to see how my body feels, hope to get better results! Day 17: 88.30 kg -> still pushing! 💪🏼 Day 18: 88.05 kg -> idk what kind of sorcery this is but I'm almost out of the 88s and I feel amazing!!! Day 19: 88.25 kg -> up again :( Day 20: 88.15 kg -> just show me the 87.9!!!!! hahahaha Day 21: 88. 10 kg -> still no 87 D: but maybe tomorrow, just entered the last ten days!!! Day 22: 87.70 kg -> finally!! So happy :) Day 23: 87.45 kg -> pushing harder to finish the challenge strong! 💪🏼 Day 24: 87.05 kg -> it’s easier to do it now but it gets a little bit repetitive 🥴 Day 25: 86.95 kg -> happy to see 86, will have to see it again tomorrow to be sure haha Day 26: 87.05 kg Day 27: 87.00 kg -> If I can close this on 86s I will be so happy, and then we start another 30 days haha! Day 28: 86.95 kg Day 29: 86.80 kg Day 30: 86.80kg -> Last day! FINISHED! So I lost around 4 kg, to me this is amazing!!! I know it's not a massive amount of weight but I can definitely see a difference on my body, clothes fit better and overall I think this challenge was soooo worth it! I'm going to rest for a few days and then get back at it, it honestly gets easier, and nooooo I still don't love to exercise haha but the feeling at the end of the work out makes it easier, so to everyone out there who took a moment to write here, keep pushing!!!! @@pervizkerimov7748 What you mean "not eating fat"? What fat are you referring to? Fat in itself isn't bad, the body needs that at a reasonable amount of course. It's the carbs that are bad when they get higher than what you exercise away.

I tried this before I had to comment and this is really effective in ten days my weight came down from 60kg down to 55kg..my stomach from 79 cm down 75 cm..not so complicated exercise yet all the body parts are moving..this is great

@@rhomskitchen7335 I found the aerobic exercise buy then I am not fucos into one vlog...I mean I'll search foods that can easily loosen my weight, I haven't eaten rice, water therapy, no sugar for coffee and avoid processed foods...its all about vege and fruits...and add on my list I'll do this kind of exercise the aerobics...update for now I'm 51 klgs and read to 48..😍
I was 78 before lockdown and reached something 80+ in lockdown. I started this in September and checked my weight in December second week. I am 69 and that's unbelievable.

This really works!!! I tried it for 2 weeks and already lost 3 Kgs. Consistency is the key. The best part about this workout is that you won't feel tired after doing these. Also try to avoid junk while you are trying to loose weight. Having a proper sleep schedule also affects your results so sleep on the same time everyday and get up on a fixed time daily. Have at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily as water also helps to shed weight. I was on a clean diet and had 3 to 4 liters of water daily and it really helped to shed weight. Go ahead and give it a try and trust the process because sooner or later you will see the results.

@@amishigarg3374 Hello there! i used to do these workout in the morning before eating anything. Before doing this workout i used to perform some basic stretching and yoga for opening up the joints. You can follow any warm up routine from youtube and do that before doing this workout. Warm ups are very necessary as it helps in the main workout. Coming to meals i ate home cooked food nothing in specific like i mostly ate parathas. Also if your hormones are balanced than you can do this workout empty stomach in the morning. In case your hormones are imbalanced do this workout in the evening like 3-4 hours post lunch. This is because in case your hormones are imbalanced you should eat your breakfast within an hour of waking up. And if they are balanced you should have your breakfast within 2 hours of getting up. And for food try to avoid oily food and junk food there is no need of extreme diet or some specific meals pre or post workout. In case you opt to do this workout in the evening that is 3-4 hours post lunch so you can eat a fruit 45 mins pre workout so that you are not starving till its time to workout. Hope this helps. @@amishigarg3374 That will be too much Amishi. I understand we all want quick results but that's not how it works. Overdoing anything will cause harm. Extreme exercise routines can affect your periods and result in delayed and light periods. Like in case of medicine you cannot take all the doses in 1 day and get cured the same goes with work out and stuff. Give time to your body to adapt to your new routine. Before starting this workout even I used to do abs abs and full body workout. The moment I decided to try this I changed my routine. Instead of my abs and full body workout I did this dance workout in the morning. If you feel like you should do some sort of workout in the evening as well go for a walk for 30 mins. That will maintain your blood flow and keep you active. If you want to try this dance workout then do it instead of your regular routine in the morning. Once you loose weight and have reached your idea weight with the help of this routine then you can get back to your cardio and abs routine. Hope this helps!

@@rizkan.4384More or less 500 calories. When I intensify the dance I burn more than 500 calories. My lowest is around 472 calories, highest is around 560 calories. So I would suggest intensify the movements to burn higher calories. I lost 2 kgs in a week by the way, with proper diet of course.
after doing this for a while, it's getting easier. keep up guys, after 2 weeks, I can sure you that you will even memorize the steps. and, after doing this, I feel like the other workout is just plain simple compare to this one, which is tough..which what drives me to keep doing this.
Starting my 30 days exercise today (March 20th). Currently I'm 58 kgs. Hoping to lose 10 kgs. I will do the weighing each week, let's see how it works out. Day 1: Did the 35 min workout with 3 pauses. Day 2: Did the whole workout with 2 pauses. Believe me I would have taken 4. Sweaty as hell. Also ate surprisingly much, I felt as if my mind is revolting consciously - as a response to the change. Day 3: Ate less (1 egg + 1 soup+ 1 p. of bread). Today my mind was ashamed of its yesterday behaviour. Did the whole workout. Body responded in a better way, but still sweaty... 3 pauses needed! Day 4: Feel pain in my legs. I walked +5K steps today and completed the exercise. Ate healthier and more! Day 5: I completed the whole training, sweated still. Took many short breaks, however the exercises today seemed more manageable than usual. I wanna add some Chloe Ting's trainings in the morning. Day 6: Good news is that my friend noticed my waist and belly get slimmer. He was shocked and said what did I do? I noticed that my jeans are not as tight as before, and my thighs not touching each other when I walk that much :D ... Bad news: Didn't do any Chloe Ting in the morning, but did this training to the full. I stopped for 3-5 times with short duration, 1 for long (15 sec). My body started not only doing the exercises right but also adjusting to the rhythm. I found out that Eva is very susceptible to music and she makes her moves accordingly. I am truely motivated. As per food, my appetite is no more threatening, I ate soup, samsy and omelette per day. Overall I feel great! Oh and yeah, I walked +10K steps today ! Day 7: I started doing Eva's 7 days challenge, coz somehow needed to spice it up. It was also cool and day 1 was more about legs and thighs ! So cool, I started to love exercising & tomorrow I will weigh myself up! Day 8: Weighed myself really late. I was 57.3 kg!!!!!!!! It's working! But I didn't dance ^_^ Wanna take a day of leave :) Day 9: Took one more lazy day. I suppose there is a slight effect of medications I am taking. Day 10: Did 43 minutes Eva exercise. Feel refreshed and powerful :) Day 11: Skipped it again, this time due to health problem. Hope to resume. But overall I love this zumba thing mm! Never imagined that getting rid of belly fat would be so easy. I am enchanted by my waist so faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar Day 12: Did it again (only 15 mins) it hurted my belly

Пляшу с девчонками уже 5 дней. Пробовала разные видео с этого канала от 20 до 40 минут и хочу сказать, что танец на 30 минут самый оптимальный. Делаю с утра на голодный желудок в качестве зарядки. Если делать когда покушаешь, то колит в боку. В первый день первые 15 минут были тяжёлыми, а сейчас я могу весь танец провести на изи, даже не потея. Хорошо бодрит, поднимается настроение, тренируется сердце, сбросила 1кг. В целом мне очень нравится, тут не пыхтишь как с воркаутами. Ставлю класс👍

Seit Januar 2021 machte ich diverse Sportarten doch kam nie zu meinem Ziel, einen flachen Bauch zu haben.. Dann entdeckte ich Eva Fitness und mach das jetzt seit ca 2 Monaten 3 mal die Woche und nahm 4 kg ab. Der absolute Wahnsinn! Love it!!!

@@infogictv9246 I can't say how much weight I lost because I can't measure it but I got better in this day by day. My attention and focus has increased and I get excited to do this everyday. I didn't maintain any diet so maybe for that reason I can't see any drastic result and for the past few days I'm not able to exercise too. But overall it's a good mood buster you can give it a try 😊

Starting my 30 days today (18 Jan) and would keep track over here. I'm 160cm eating light breakfast and lunch (three plain buns), dinner before 6pm and protein based with little bit of rice. Ideal weight is 45kg but hoping to reach 48kg first, i went from 48kg to 53kg in one year so not expecting to lose all within 30 days. Day 1: 53.3kg Day 2: 52.5kg (what!) Day 3: 52.3kg :( Day 4: 52.2kg (ok 0.1kg also counted as something) Day 5: 52.2kg (still hopeful as long as didn't go up) Day 6: 52.1kg (still a 0.1kg but being positive as I hit my one-week mark) Day 7: 52.3kg (gained 0.2kg due to a slightly larger dinner the night before) - lost 1kg for 1st week Day 8: 52.3kg Day 9: 52.1kg (come on I want 51) Day 10: 51.9kg (i changed my exercise video to another one) Day 11: 51.8kg (back to the 0.1 daily reduction) Day 12: 51.5kg (went for shopping so guessed that helps) Day 13: 51.4kg (hitting my 2nd week tomorrow, am excited!) So in total i lost about 2.7kg which seemed ok to me, would continue to do the exercise for two more months and monitor! Keep hanging on and I'm sure you would see progress! :)
So apparently I've been continuing for 2 more months and lost 0.3kg so now i'm at 50.3kg, i didn't lose another 2kgs but its fine for me maybe my body needs more time.

So I did this workout every day for 1 Week in combination with intermittent fasting and no sugar. I already lost 1,3 kg :) I'm so happy that it's working :O
I did this workout for a year straight with of course a few breaks here and there. It helped me lose so much weight. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight. It also helps you lose weight in ur arms and legs.
I have been doing your workouts for a long time. I love them so much! I don't like doing difficult exercises because I start feeling dizzy and feel like fainting, but after your exercises I am so energized!!! Usually I mix your workouts, but now I am challenging myself. I go on vacation in 2 weeks, so I am going to do this workout every morning on an empty stomach for 15 days, maybe more. And of course control my diet and water intake. Also I'll try to walk 5000-10000 steps a day, but I am from Kazakhstan and it is so freezing cold right now. I am 22 y/o. 169 cm. I am currently about 61 kg. My goal is to be 55 kg by New Year. I want to greet 2023 as the best version of myself. Also, little advice, do this workout with warm, almost hot tea, it warms up the body so well, this way your fat will melt better. Let's start! Thanks a lot I have manage to loss a good sum of weight and sleep better every day and being in my fifties those exercise are a good way to motivated me .
Nigdy nie komentuje filmów na yt ale tu muszę!!! Ciężko było mi sie podnieść z kanapy dopóki nie znalazłam idealnych ćwiczeń dla mnie ;) uwielbiam je robić , nie zmuszam się a jak z jakiegoś powodu nie ćwiczę to mi ich brakuje ;) Mimo dwójki maluchów zawsze znajdę te 30 min ( 40 to dla mnie za dużo ). Ćwiczę nieregularnie ale w ciągu 1.5 miesiąca schudłam 3 kg. Teraz zamierzam codziennie robić ten zestaw aby podkręcić tempo ;) brakuje mi jeszcze 6kg. Dziękuję za te i inne ćwiczenia! Weight 74 kgs I'm going to do it starting today. I might skip some days because of my job but let's hope for the best. Day 1 , 26/09- completed it. Felt no pain Day 2 27/09- only 20 minutes (Pain in shoulders) Did 20 minutes of standing abs workout Day 3 28/09 - started chloe ting 4 weeks challenge. Day 1 exercises done with lots of breaks. There's soreness in my whole body. (I hope my night duty goes smoothly) Day 3, 29th Sept - completed the day 2 challenge. I could feel soreness in some parts but nothing in my core( I guess I'm doing it wrong)I was able to do it faster than yesterday so I'm happy. I'm eating all my meals because I'm posted in covid. @@goldfishlover147 i went up by 77 and then went down to 67 in 2 months. Did a mix of her dance, kioni steps dance and treadmil. A total of 15k steps and calorie deficit (consumed only 500cal a day). My menstrual cycle is normal and i am healthier than before. I did stop for 4 months. Started again to reach 50. Hopefully i will not stop now.
Greetings, I have been following your workout from may 20th, 2023. I see difference in my body within 6 days. I have lost volume and my muscles are tight but I didn't lose any weight . However, I will continue the journey till I achieve my goal. PS: I can easily climb stairs now without breathless upto 4 floors. I can run and carry my children effortlessly. I sleep like a newborn.
Well, Im gonna be doing this for thirty days + some pop sugar dance cardios, I'm also doing intermittent fasting. I'm 62 kg now and Im hoping to lose at least 5 kilos this month, I'll be repeating this for 3 or 4 months so i could reach my goals. I did day1 yesterday and it went pretty well , wasnt that much hard but my arms are a bit sore. Now im going to have my 2nd day and wish me luck! I Will come back friday to say if I did it or not. (One week i mean) Week one : done, wasn't too hard just a little bit bored .. next week im gonna mix it with some jump ropes everyday and the only hard thing about this workout is firstly my arms born a bit and 2nd that cause theres nobody talking during the video I think a lot while im doing it 😂 Week 2 : Done. Fat in itself isn't bad, the body needs that at a reasonable amount of course. It's the carbs that are bad when they get higher than what you exercise away.

This really works!!! I tried it for 2 weeks and already lost 3 Kgs. Consistency is the key. The best part about this workout is that you won't feel tired after doing these. Also try to avoid junk while you are trying to loose weight. Having a proper sleep schedule also affects your results so sleep on the same time everyday and get up on a fixed time daily. Have at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily as water also helps to shed weight. I was on a clean diet and had 3 to 4 liters of water daily and it really helped to shed weight. Go ahead and give it a try and trust the process because sooner or later you will see the results.

@@amishigarg3374 Hello there! i used to do these workout in the morning before eating anything. Before doing this workout i used to perform some basic stretching and yoga for opening up the joints. You can follow any warm up routine from youtube and do that before doing this workout. Warm ups are very necessary as it helps in the main workout. Coming to meals i ate home cooked food nothing in specific like i mostly ate parathas. Also if your hormones are balanced than you can do this workout empty stomach in the morning. In case your hormones are imbalanced do this workout in the evening like 3-4 hours post lunch. This is because in case your hormones are imbalanced you should eat your breakfast within an hour of waking up. And if they are balanced you should have your breakfast within 2 hours of getting up. And for food try to avoid oily food and junk food there is no need of extreme diet or some specific meals pre or post workout. In case you opt to do this workout in the evening that is 3-4 hours post lunch so you can eat a fruit 45 mins pre workout so that you are not starving till its time to workout. Hope this helps. @@amishigarg3374 That will be too much Amishi. I understand we all want quick results but that's not how it works. Overdoing anything will cause harm. Extreme exercise routines can affect your periods and result in delayed and light periods. Like in case of medicine you cannot take all the doses in 1 day and get cured the same goes with work out and stuff. Give time to your body to adapt to your new routine. Before starting this workout even I used to do abs abs and full body workout. The moment I decided to try this I changed my routine. Instead of my abs and full body workout I did this dance workout in the morning. If you feel like you should do some sort of workout in the evening as well go for a walk for 30 mins. That will maintain your blood flow and keep you active. If you want to try this dance workout then do it instead of your regular routine in the morning. Once you loose weight and have reached your idea weight with the help of this routine then you can get back to your cardio and abs routine. Hope this helps!

@@rizkan.4384More or less 500 calories. When I intensify the dance I burn more than 500 calories. My lowest is around 472 calories, highest is around 560 calories. So I would suggest intensify the movements to burn higher calories. I lost 2 kgs in a week by the way, with proper diet of course.
Lol Fitbit thinks. I wear my Fitbit around my ankle for an accurate reading of steps.

after doing this for a while, it's getting easier. keep up guys, after 2 weeks, I can sure you that you will even memorize the steps. and, after doing this, I feel like the other workout is just plain simple compare to this one, which is tough..which what drives me to keep doing this.

Starting my 30 days exercise today (March 20th). Currently I'm 58 kgs. Hoping to lose 10 kgs.
I will do the weighing each week, let's see how it works out.
Day 1: Did the 35 min workout with 3 pauses.
Day 2: Did the whole workout with 2 pauses. Believe me I would have taken 4. Sweaty as hell. Also ate surprisingly much, I felt as if my mind is revolting consciously - as a response to the change.
Day 3: Ate less (1 egg + 1 soup+ 1 p. of bread). Today my mind was ashamed of its yesterday behaviour. Did the whole workout. Body responded in a better way, but still sweaty... 3 pauses needed!
Day 4: Feel pain in my legs. I walked +5K steps today and completed the exercise. Ate healthier and more!
Day 5: I completed the whole training, sweated still. Took many short breaks, however the exercises today seemed more manageable than usual. I wanna add some Chloe Ting's trainings in the morning.
Day 6: Good news is that my friend noticed my waist and belly get slimmer. He was shocked and said what did I do? I noticed that my jeans are not as tight as before, and my thighs not touching each other when I walk that much :D ... Bad news: Didn't do any Chloe Ting in the morning, but did this training to the full. I stopped for 3-5 times with short duration, 1 for long (15 sec). My body started not only doing the exercises right but also adjusting to the rhythm. I found out that Eva is very susceptible to music and she makes her moves accordingly. I am truely motivated. As per food, my appetite is no more threatening, I ate soup, samsy and omelette per day. Overall I feel great! Oh and yeah, I walked +10K steps today !
Day 7: I started doing Eva's 7 days challenge, coz somehow needed to spice it up. It was also cool and day 1 was more about legs and thighs ! So cool, I started to love exercising & tomorrow I will weigh myself up!
Day 8: Weighed myself really late. I was 57.3 kg!!!!!!!! It's working! But I didn't dance ^_^ Wanna take a day of leave :)
Day 9: Took one more lazy day. I suppose there is a slight effect of medications I am taking.
Day 10: Did 43 minutes Eva exercise. Feel refreshed and powerful :)
Day 11: Skipped it again, this time due to health problem. Hope to resume. But overall I love this zumba thing mm! Never imagined that getting rid of belly fat would be so easy. I am enchanted by my waist so faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar
Day 12: Did it again (only 15 mins) it hurted my belly

Пляшу с девчонками уже 5 дней. Пробовала разные видео с этого канала от 20 до 40 минут и хочу сказать, что танец на 30 минут самый оптимальный. Делаю с утра на голодный желудок в качестве зарядки. Если делать когда покушаешь, то колит в боку. В первый день первые 15 минут были тяжёлыми, а сейчас я могу весь танец провести на изи, даже не потея. Хорошо бодрит, поднимается настроение, тренируется сердце, сбросила 1кг. В целом мне очень нравится, тут не пыхтишь как с воркаутами. Ставлю класс👍

Seit Januar 2021 machte ich diverse Sportarten doch kam nie zu meinem Ziel, einen flachen Bauch zu haben..
Dann entdeckte ich Eva Fitness und mach das jetzt seit ca 2 Monaten 3 mal die Woche und nahm 4 kg ab.

@@infogictv9246 I can't say how much weight I lost because I can't measure it but I got better in this day by day. My attention and focus has increased and I get excited to do this everyday. I didn't maintain any diet so maybe for that reason I can't see any drastic result and for the past few days I'm not able to exercise too.
But overall it's a good mood buster you can give it a try 😊

I done this work out one month I lost 7 kg Night fud removed ...sugar and rice items small amount half hour this work out....
Starting my 30 days today (18 Jan) and would keep track over here. I'm 160cm eating light breakfast and lunch (three plain buns), dinner before 6pm and protein based with little bit of rice. Ideal weight is 45kg but hoping to reach 48kg first, i went from 48kg to 53kg in one year so not expecting to lose all within 30 days.
Day 1: 53.3kg
Day 2: 52.5kg (what!)
Day 3: 52.3kg :(
Day 4: 52.2kg (ok 0.1kg also counted as something)
Day 5: 52.2kg (still hopeful as long as didn't go up)
Day 6: 52.1kg (still a 0.1kg but being positive as I hit my one-week mark)

I did this workout for a year straight with of course a few breaks here and there. It helped me lose so much weight. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight. It also helps you lose weight in ur arms and legs.
I have been doing your workouts for a long time. I love them so much! I don't like doing difficult exercises because I start feeling dizzy and feel like fainting, but after your exercises I am so energized!!! Usually I mix your workouts, but now I am challenging myself. I go on vacation in 2 weeks, so I am going to do this workout every morning on an empty stomach for 15 days, maybe more. And of course control my diet and water intake. Also I'll try to walk 5000-10000 steps a day, but I am from Kazakhstan and it is so freezing cold right now. I am 22 y/o. 169 cm. I am currently about 61 kg. My goal is to be 55 kg by New Year. I want to greet 2023 as the best version of myself. Also, little advice, do this workout with warm, almost hot tea, it warms up the body so well, this way your fat will melt better. Let's start! Day 1 - ✅ Day 2 - ✅ (did it in the evening) Feels so good!!! Day 3 - ✅ (did it before sleep, honestly felt like I am going to do it for 20 mins, but I kept going and finished the whole 40 min workout) Proud of myself!

Nigdy nie komentuje filmów na yt ale tu muszę!!! Ciężko było mi sie podnieść z kanapy dopóki nie znalazłam idealnych ćwiczeń dla mnie ;) uwielbiam je robić , nie zmuszam się a jak z jakiegoś powodu nie ćwiczę to mi ich brakuje ;) Mimo dwójki maluchów zawsze znajdę te 30 min ( 40 to dla mnie za dużo ). Ćwiczę nieregularnie ale w ciągu 1.5 miesiąca schudłam 3 kg. Teraz zamierzam codziennie robić ten zestaw aby podkręcić tempo ;) brakuje mi jeszcze 6kg. Dziękuję za te i inne ćwiczenia! Co najważniejsze działają i to szybko ;) Polska ćwiczy z Eva ;)

Day 1: 80.50kg (i was not able to finish all the video but nearly 24 minutes)
Day 2: 80.40kg
Day 3: 79.70kg
Day 4: 79.00kg (i also do Leslie during the day)
Day 5: 79.00kg (i feel like tomorrow i will be around 78kg haha)
Day 6: Writing every day can break my motivation. so I will write at the end of the 30th day.
Day 20: 74.60 kg (people wondered that's why I wrote 😂) my goal is 69kg 🙏🏻

@@mariaqureshi3494 actually i eat breakfast a little bit and until the dinner i drink water and walk at the home. Normal walk such as walking on the corridor. i nearly sit at home. At dinner, i eat until i feel like I'm full. Not for pleasure. And later i work out. This video plus Leslie. And later i drink water until i sleep and after 7pm i eat nothing.

I'm going to do it starting today. I might skip some days because of my job but let's hope for the best.
Day 1 , 26/09- completed it. Felt no pain
Day 2 27/09- only 20 minutes (Pain in shoulders)
Did 20 minutes of standing abs workout
Day 3 28/09 - started chloe ting 4 weeks challenge. Day 1 exercises done with lots of breaks.
There's soreness in my whole body. (I hope my night duty goes smoothly)
Day 3, 29th Sept - completed the day 2 challenge. I could feel soreness in some parts but nothing in my core( I guess I'm doing it wrong)I was able to do it faster than yesterday so I'm happy.
I'm eating all my meals because I'm posted in covid. I'll try intermittent fasting during the quarantine.

I really love this routine and I could use this at work too. It so difficult to find exercise routine for the office.

Sadly i had to stop. I had an asthma attack when i was at school that was exercise induced so i wasn’t allowed to exercise for the past 2 weeks. I am starting over.
This is my third day doing these exercises.. I feel dying but I keep doing it.. I want to lose weight and it's my challenge this year.
July 16th => 85 klg
Doing these exercises almost daily and I will back to tell you the results guys.. And of course I combine it with a diet..

I'm 5 feet 2 with weight of 74kg. My goal is 50 kg. Started ytoday along with treadmil for 30 mins speed of 5 with incline 3.
I will get back on December 17 with my results. Wishing myself strength and motivation.

@@goldfishlover147 i went up by 77 and then went down to 67 in 2 months.
Did a mix of her dance, kioni steps dance and treadmil. A total of 15k steps and calorie deficit (consumed only 500cal a day).
My menstrual cycle is normal and i am healthier than before.
I did stop for 4 months. Started again to reach 50. Hopefully i will not stop now.
Greetings, I have been following your workout from may 20th, 2023. I see difference in my body within 6 days. I have lost volume and my muscles are tight but I didn't lose any weight . However, I will continue the journey till I achieve my goal.
PS: I can easily climb stairs now without breathless upto 4 floors. I can run and carry my children effortlessly. I sleep like a newborn.

Well, Im gonna be doing this for thirty days + some pop sugar dance cardios, I'm also doing intermittent fasting. I'm 62 kg now and Im hoping to lose at least 5 kilos this month, I'll be repeating this for 3 or 4 months so i could reach my goals.
I did day1 yesterday and it went pretty well , wasnt that much hard but my arms are a bit sore. Now im going to have my 2nd day and wish me luck! I Will come back friday to say if I did it or not. (One week i mean)
Week one : done, wasn't too hard just a little bit bored .. next week im gonna mix it with some jump ropes everyday and the only hard thing about this workout is firstly my arms born a bit and 2nd that cause theres nobody talking during the video I think a lot while im doing it 😂
Week 2 : Done. I'm used to the workout, I feel like my abs and body are more toned but I'm not pretty sure if I am losing weight ... will see in next to weeks 😁🙌
Week 3 : done ! Im so happy cause its been 3 weeks im working out everyday! Ill see you next week with my results.
Week 4: done and I lost around 3 to 4 kg, its good but not satisfying,it was a good way to start workingout every day! I will keep on working out with a 30 minutes hiit tomorrow for 30 days with some other 10 minutes workouts , about 2 hours.

Ok i have been started this exercise on 31st August
Today is 9 sept and trust me i have seen a lot of changes in my body specially my breast size and my thighs I'm loosing my size im so much happy for this 🤍 let me clear one thing that I have regularly do my diet care
