      Awesome how different each body is. That makes the world so beautiful. And the three are performing excellent. When I am feeling tired or stiff I love doing the modified version, too. it is a different kind of energy worth the experience.

    Kit's workouts are some of my favourites, I really love how she motivates me through the whole workout and I almost always end up in tears because I feel so proud of myself for making it until the end of it. Thank you so so much!!

      Great and so you feel proud of yourself and rightly so but we also need to train for the future stretching and gaining flexibility will be important us in the later years of our lives I urge you to improve that area a recent survey conducted by the Daily Mail Uk revealed that half of us can't even touch our toes there are plenty of channels online like mine dedicated to teaching stretching and how to split take your fitness to the next level

    Kit is the best trainer. I love how she explains everything. She's so experienced, she knows what bad form positions people may do depending on the exercise and instructs how to fix it

    I love the super clear instructions! She tells us when one move is almost done and gives us enough instructions to start the next move right with her. She has a really positive attitude.

    I LOVE this workout. I’ve been doing HIIT and strength for a long time and was recently told, because of some arthritis conditions, that while I MUST move, I shouldn’t be doing impact. I was bummed, because I love the challenge of HIIT & strength. I also love multitasking. This workout fits both. I actually get my heart rate higher doing this than I do with HIIT. And the cardio is from working and wearing out the whole body - arms, legs core. While it’s not exactly like doing strength with weights, my muscles were pretty fatigued by the end of just 30 short minutes. My sweat cloth is wringing wet. Thank you!

    This workout was just what I needed! I fell out of my routine for a few weeks and was starting to feel really bad and negative toward myself but this workout got me sweating, feeling great, challenged as well as supported. I hope to see more from Kit on popsugar in the future!

    She always has such good workouts, great flow from one move to the next, pushes you to a point you think you can’t continue and then in some way gives you a teeny tiny break to continue, always well balanced and doesn’t kill you with impact on joints!

    Really liked this one. I’ve been out of action for a month due to torn quads. I did modified version and I felt it was gentle enough and still got my hart race up. Thank you Kit

    I have osteoarthritis in my right hip & left knee. Awkward health conditions have hampered the enjoyment of exercise. I found this workout did not aggravate and was a pace which I could follow in a timely manner.

    Loved this! Definitely a good one to watch on your phone or tablet though, fyi, because I was streaming to my TV and had to stop occasionally to look up and be able to see the form for the floor stuff!

    I really didn't want to work out today. I felt bloated and lazy but I got up and did it. I feel amazing! Also, my mat was dripping with sweat. I've been doing a few of Kit's different videos and now I'm 50% modified 50% advanced. Getting there!

    This workout truly worked the whole the body and the instruction was amazing. It absolutely impacted the effectiveness of my workout. The only thing I would change is that I like to mirror what is on screen, so when she refers to left and right, I prefer it to be the side I'm working on. Last thing, the cool down and positive affirmation at the end is such a wonderful thing to do. Thanks for a great half hour!
