    One of the toughest workouts I've done in a while. That cardio section is serious!!!! High Fives all around for anyone who does this workout!!

    KIT RICH is the best!!! literally I don't even know what I was doing before I found her. I've done reformer pilates and trained lots of sports but she ALWAYS surprises me with new moves! and her attitude is amazing

    Jake Dupree, Autumn, and Kit Rich are my favorite guests on your channel. Their routines are simple, but tough. They are good at explaining form. I do them repeatedly and see results. Do more workouts with those instructors.

    I love this workout. I’ve been doing another workout for far too long and this one brought a new change and made me work muscles that I was not working enough. FANTASTIC! The trainer is amazing!     Hi Kit Rich, this is the best workout that fits in my condition.. It helps me both cardio and stretching that I need as my exercise in my recovery period of my mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. I hope you do more this kind of exercise who help us breast cancer survivor and those who keep on fighting getting their health in fit again. 👍😄

    Two months post bilateral mastectomy and heading into another round of chemo but I was able to do this entire workout today which is the first time I didn't have to modify anything! I wasn't up to their speed yet but I am still doing a happy dance over this accomplishment!

    When I first tried this last year, I dismissed it. Now I realize I just wasn't ready for it. Truly, it is one of the most effective 30 minute, total body fitness routines I've tried on Popsugar. Great arm toning exercises and that quick thigh burnout at the end is no joke. Thank you!! Please keep 'em coming. God bless.

    I love this instructor! Very easy to follow in general. My only problem was that I couldn't do the twisted plank series. I would've liked to have a modification that was easier on the hips.

    I am huge fan of cardio Pilate fused workouts. This one is great. You may not be sweating buckets but it sure sneaks up on you. I only used 2 lbs but now I want to challenge myself with 3lbs.

    Love Kit Rich! Love her workouts! My only "no-go" was the move-out into a plank from the side of your feet. Super awkward move that I just could not get to work. I understand that it's a move for your obliques, but there's gotta be a smoother way than this awkward feet-on-the-side move-out. I ended up skipping the few move-outs and just joined her in plank with my feet turned sideways, for the lift and lower. Otherwise, a great workout!

    The ab move on one leg with the side bend was just what I needed. I thought Id seen and done all the ab workouts but this was new and gave me an awesome stretch. Great workout and instructor. Thumbs up BeFit!

    This isn't my typical workout and I was skeptical about the light weights, but man, it kicked my butt! I'm used to lifting heavier, but the 3 pounders I used had my shoulders really working. Kit has a great presence; really enjoyed this one!

    1st time i made this workout, i thought i can't do it. i can't breath.. but i consider done it slowly and now i can catch up almost with the step.. its a great workout.. keep me sweating everytime.. and i love how kit keep motivating.. she is very good. love this workout sooo.. much!!

    I especially like the stretches at the end. The entire video seemed to get into those difficult tiny areas that often are overlooked. As I age my hips bother me more so I am really grateful for this effective workout. Thanks. Good job all 3 ladies

    I was stiff from the beginning to the end, but it was a SUPERB workout. I was not so flexible because I mainly do cardio, but this was excellent. I figured I need to stretch and tone more anyway. Loved the stretches at the end!

    I didn’t think I was going to enjoy this workout, but it was great. It is challenging and definitely a workout I can repeat and work toward trying the more advanced moves. It moves quickly - before I knew it, there were only 9 minutes left.

    This is literally an amazing incredible workout!! Ive been doing jillian micheals for many years now and its hard to find people that work your body like jillian. Im soooo happy i found this workout i was burning in muscles i didnt know existed! Shes an amazing trainer and its tons of fun!

    Nice workout, i have some trouble with side plank, i couldn't get to the floor with legs straight, but i enjoyed a lot, get tired and sweat and there is not many impact on my joints, thanks for sharing
