    I have worked out with a variety of people on YT, but Kit Rich, just has something special about her. No one makes me sweat and angry like she does. She just knows what she's doing.

    I saw Pilates and expected a chill workout, boy was I surprised (and pleasantly) with what a good workout this was both in terms of toning and cardio. Probably my favorite cardio Pilates workout to date!

    Yay, a new workout! I cant wait to try this one. Kit is also one of my favorite trainers. She is able to motivate you while making sure you have correct form. All of these women are so inspirational.

    This was intense. Just a note that it wasn't HIIT, which is what I was expecting when the words High Intensity were in the title. There were no 10-20 second breaks that I look forward to with HIIT. It had several unique moves, and was definitely total body. I liked the reverse lunge flying into warrior three. I also appreciated the standing pike, as I have diastasis recti, and can't do crunches on the floor. I had to modify the one armed down dog into reverse fly, as it was rough on my shoulders. Overall, it was a good work out.

    Great workout and I was really sweating it up!! My only gripe is that Kit keeps saying "10 seconds left" or "two more to go"...and it just isn't true, there is a timer on the screen! This of course is only frustrating if you are like me and like to know how long you have to do something so you can go all out.

    Kit is fantastic! This workout went by so quickly and kicked my butt. I burned about 300 calories with this video. Kit is so encouraging, and I love her unique exercises. There is quite a bit of jumping in this video, so I would not recommend it for those with joint problems

    With 30 minutes Kit... HOT guarantee. Burn so much for sure. When you do the 45 with Kit. You’ll be eating cookie with no guilt! 😂

    Kit is such a badass, I love her workouts. Always doing some new exercises. During the first few exercises I wanted to quit, haha it's super intense and challenging. I did finish it and can't wait to do it again. Thank you!

    I love the way Kit speaks to her audience when she trains because it's all about feeling powerful in, and grateful for, the body. So many workout videos are filled with talk about how your body "should" or "could" look, but Kit's focus on the wonderful feeling of moving is so refreshing. I always sweat bullets doing this workout AND I finish it feeling exhilarated and grateful! Thank you!

    Extremely tough...Could not follow the moves...But still I completed it and I was sweating badly.
    Cooldown was good and Kit is such a good motivator..👍

    Man, I love this workout! Kit is such a nice trainer and the workout is fire. You're gonna love it. Just remember that it's okay to stop when you get tired because we're all at different phases in our fitness journey. So when you get tired, just remember why you're working out in the first place and keep going!💪

    Kit Rich is amazing!!! Literally I love everything about her workouts.. that she never makes you feel like a part of your body is left out during any move AND her moves are unique and really get to muscle groups no other trainers do AND AND AND I find her motivational comments remind me of olympic level training.. she's encouraging but without condescending, hard on you but fair to your level. Literally I don't know any other trainer quite like her!!

    Really...it was Kit who kept me through this workout! At the first round I thought I was going to die! I was actually thinking of not doing the workout! But when she said that is okay if you're struggling, that means that you're actually working out I was like : Lets do this!! All her inspiring words and her joyful comments helped me finish this till the end! I'm really grateful that I worked out with Kit. She's right! I'm feeling so much better after this, calmed and in touch with my body!! THANK YOU!!

    This workout came out the day I started working out. I just did this workout with no modifications for the first time and burned 290 calories. Truly grateful for this workout, the motivation, and the positivity that comes with actual self-care.

      A hell LOT if you followed the trainer who was doing it harder, if you followed the blonde girl a bit lesser. I had say probably 400 calories because I was ravenously hungry once I was done. And you should do the workout just like in the video, no long breaks. It has a LOT of after burn.

    This burns about 250 calories to 300 on my Apple Watch depending on if I’m using modifications.

    wow, what a workout!! it was definitely challenging for me, and I had to slow down the pace at times, but I managed to do the advanced part for most of the workout, and for that I am proud of myself...thank you :)

      Deanna21D my hr monitor said 268. I workout everyday and consider myself in shape. Avg HR was 150. I did all of the moves wo modification. Hope that helps.
