    My husband and I have been working out to Jake's workouts 5 days a week for months during this pandemic. Completely changed the shape of my body. Love handles are gone. Stomach flatter and more defined. I had a bad shoulder and I'm now doing his workouts with 5lb weights which even after physio was unthinkable. My posture is better. I use 15lbs of weight for his booty circuits. My legs are more muscular and my butt is smooth, plumper and more lifted. My husband's pants no longer fit at the waist and his butt is tighter. Such a good instructor if you commit to the work. I can't thank him enough.

    Wow! This workout is perfect. Jake pushes you for several extra miles, the exercises are so clean and well thought, plus the cooldown is everything you need after feeling your life is coming out of you..! More Jake please!

    Jake is the ONLY instructor that gives you what he promises! Finally a GOOD cardio workout that doesn't end 15 minutes in with light movement. YAY!

    Had to pause this several times just to get through it, and I've been working out with popsugar videos every day for almost 3 years now!! Will keep doing this until I can make it through!

    Jake is the best, he will totally fool you with his counting but will always make you sweat. At this point in my fitness journey too many "cardio" workouts just don't push me enough anymore. I can always click on a Jake DuPree session and be assured I will get a good workout. Thanks Jake and Popsugar

    Jake never fails to make you sweat! After doing the 30 day challenge with Jake I was expecting something very similar with a lot of tiny little circles :D Oh boy I was wrong! This one is way different and makes you sweat all along!!! Love love love it!!!! The cool down is also really good! Thank you Jake !!!

    This was my first time working out with Jake and I love his program. I worked body parts that I didn't even think I had and the variations for the different exercises kept my interest. Tomorrow I'm going to repeat this program. Thanks Jake. Since I'm not back in the gym just yet, working out to your program will definitely keep me in shape.

    Always a love/hate relationship with Jake. Jelly of his legs and his energizer bunny energy! Never been a fan of his inability to count 🤣 but after many workouts of his, here I am again. Guess I haven't learned my lesson...or I have learned it does pay off in the end! P.S. I think he owes me some money...should I just send him my Venmo? 😜

    Update: I have finished the workout 30 min ago. Just a piece of advice, Warm up before starting the workout because he is going straight away for a very speedy workout with no break...the body takes around 20 min to get into aerobic phase, so do a warm up...Although I watched the video before doing it, I haven't done a warm up and now I have a little pain in my lower back😁...All in all, the workout is great🤗

    so grateful for all the amazing trainers and organizers of Popsugar! These workouts are amazing. This one was great, although I don't recommend it for anyone with scoliosis or back problems - lots of hardcore twisting. Ended up hurting myself on this one (due to my own poor form i'm sure) so just wanted to put it out there for anyone like me who is poorly aligned. But otherwise go for it as it is an amazing butt-kicking workout

    Did legs yesterday, was looking for a abs focused workout...did NOT expect to do a million lunges and squats, my legs are dying. Will have to do a core workout tomorrow (too tired now to do one today)
    It was a really good workout, just not what I expected from the title!!!

    Jake I came again with other comment. The first time I couldn't follow the fast movements which made me wonder to switch to slow down the mode. Your voice came slow motion and movements which made me a bit depressed not normal notion. Second class I kept it as normal but I tried so hard to follow all the switching movements from one to other. Today I managed to do with you all the class accept one water break. I I felt I became stronger than before. I Thanks again and again. For all if class you feel it high level no worries you are with the right instructor.

    This is such a great workout! Just revisited for the first time in probably 2 years, and I'm loving all the moves and the vibe - but the music is a little subpar compared to Popsugar's newer offerings. Any chance we could get a revamp with some better beats? 😅
