    I am a big girl. I am 5’3” and 250 pounds. I also have fibromyalgia. But with this video I feel that I can be doing something good to my life. Thanks for the video.

    I have trouble finding instructors that motivate me without wanting to punch them in the face, but Kit was absolutely amazing in this video! She got me through a really challenging workout without rage quitting with her positivity and understanding that everyone can't do everything at first (or ever) and to work to the best of your ability. She is now one of my favorites with Natalie.

    Kit is one of my absolute favorite instructors. Great personality, great timbre to her voice, perfect word economy, easy to follow but damn challenging. Her workouts kick my butt every time. And those surfer squats!!!

    I first found this workout about 2 months ago before my decision to move out of state for the first time and to make my health and fitness a priority in my life. I am proud of the progress that I have made in this little time as I have made it my goal to workout at least 5 days a week. While my fitness goals tend to revolve around a certain ideal aesthetic the mental changes in me should not go unnoticed as I acknowledge that I push myself harder than before. This is truly what makes all the difference.

    I so appreciate seeing the non-jumping version that Cindy is doing. I had hip surgery 2 months ago and can't do high impact. The leader has a fantastic style- deep, enthusiastic, authoritative voice and presence.

    Yes i ant more of her! I love that she doesn’t talk a lot and redirects when the focus starts to be about the burn. She doesn’t really acknowledge that but more that we should thankful that we can feel the burn. Many can’t even get out of the bed.

    Kit defines the term personal trainer. Not only does she work every muscle, create a dynamic cardio that pumps the heart to its limit, stretch wonderfully and thoughtfully , she also inspires you to be who you are and to push eho you are, not anybody else.

    I love love love the popsugar workouts! I used to have to push my self SO hard to work out and kept giving up on the whole weight loss thing. But ever since I found this channel I’m ALMOST (:D) excited to workout. The ladies make me feel so involved and I love that they are all just natural, true ans honest.     This is absolutely awesome! I’ve been amateur boxing for 2 years and I gotta day, since I started these workouts two weeks ago, my overall stamina and functional strength has gone way up! I’m lasting more rounds in the ring, I’m running farther and harder! Great work!

    I love many instructors on popsugar: Jake Dupree, Jeanette Jenkins, Amy, Christa Dipaolo... but I do love Kit Rich the most!!! Oh my God! I love how she combines many different muscles isolations in one move and how she talks while still working out (some instructors spend a lot of time explaining while resting and I hate it, I wanna keep my heart rate high)

    Love this video but today there were 3 adds in the workout and in the cool down. I'm sure that this is TH-cam and not the channel as it wasn't like that before. It is a little ridiculous to have adds on the middle of a workout video.

    Terrific combo class and especially love the pilates and great stretching! Also appreciated that there was no chatter from the two class members. Would like it even better if the instructor did all the exercises all the way through to the end of each one, instead of stopping and giving direction. I'll be taking this one again and again!!

    I have been doing this workout everyday for a week with one break day. I have already seen such incredible results. I am seeing the start of defined abs, my butt has shrunk (less fat) and gotten more toned. My thighs are a little smaller as well. This workout makes me feel so good about myself!! Thank you so much for creating it.

      Hey, have you lost any weight? Also, did you have stomach fat when you started because it's difficult to see abs definition in such a short span of time if you've stomach fat to begin with.

    Okay usually, I can breeze through the cardio portion of workouts but OMG when she added push ups to the mix I was really struggling but in the best way. Love this trainer and can't wait to revisit the workout!

    Really good workout. I do this one after a cardio workout and the core work is excellent, as are the stretches at the end. I found that my low back pain almost disappeared after just one go at this class! Thank you!
