No es necesario que el video lo incluya. Ya hay videos con calentamiento y estiramiento. La rutina que sea, 10, 20, 30 ó más, debes calentar y estirar. Sólo hazlo por tu cuenta buscando los viseos.

First of all, thank you, I really enjoyed it. However it is not a 1000 calorie workout for no one. It was long but not that intense. Also we would appreciate if warm up and cool down was included. Nevertheless I would do it again. Thank you

whoa this woman is tough as nails....difficulty 10/10, sweat 20/10. i had to stop like 5 times. its the jumping exercises that got me 🥲

I actually prefer it without the warm up and cooldown. Just straight 60 minutes of work

Yes since the second exercise was star jump i needed a warm up to push myself to that intensity, should have added ab exercises in the beginning.
