I purchased a Koorui 34 inch monitor after looking at some good reviews but then found some negative reviews about this monitor then felt like I made a bad choice. After I actually got the monitor and started using it then I realized it was worth buying.
This is a great budget monitor. For the price you get pretty good amount of specs.

Great review... ordering one on Amazon now. I have a Benq EX32 Curved and its gone dim in the middle and right hand side, the backlight is failing...pretty disappointing! Hopefully the Koorui will last longer than 2 years, as this is a great spec for the price...nothing else is even close really. ... EDIT: Nvm... was looking to use a PC and PS5 with it... PS5 looks pretty terrible. I thought maybe it could box the image off; I wouldn't mind black borders for a proper aspect ratio.

@GTID say it's the one best 34'' ultrawide monitor with cheap's price can buy in Indonesia. that's because another brands monitor was so Stupid sell monitor and take profit up to 60%. and one brand was stupid marketing they not taking profit more than 5% was Xiaomi Indonesia. that's why koorui was so sell monitor in indonesia.

I honestly wish they put in a Picture by picture function here. Also I'm surprised your HDMI doesn't support 165 hertz. I got a 27" 165hz Koorui GN06 and the included HDMI supports 165hertz

I heard that this monitor, just like the Samsung G5 34'' has some ghosting to it, would you say that it's very noticable while gaming and makes the performance and visual quality while gaming worse? Also what monitor settings do you use to potentially reduce it? I couldn't tell any ghosting looking at the Warzone gameplay in your video. Thank you in advance!
Yeah I didn’t notice any ghosting… I gave both these monitors away to friends and family both of whom use it now for their gaming and have had zero issues

Viewing angle is fine if you sit and face it like you would?

They came with the monitor inside the box
I plug everything in, and it just says hdmi 2 not found. And then just sits in standby mode. Do you have an idea of what's going on? I've hooked up to the DP port and both hdmi and still no picture.
There’s two hdmi ports 1/2 and DP and I’ve plugged into them all and pick up the picture of my MacBook, Pc etc without issue 🤔
The vesa adaptors did not come with my monitor, can you tell me where I can find them from a different place?
Really they were in the box for me with the plug etc? No idea but I’d try Amazon?

How does this compare to the Xiaomi G34WQi monitor? Both have very close to identical prices so I am quite torn in choosing which to buy from the two. Can any tech-savvy friend on the internet help me out by providing the pros and cons of Xiaomi and Koorui? Thanks in advance! 🙏
Hows the eye fatigue/strain? I might be getting this for work, coming from a 1080p, 27inch Phillips matte I can look at for hours
I had no issues with it personally but I don’t suffer with eye fatigue that much anyways regardless of monitor /device etc

Yeah a display port cable to your graphics card usually so I imagine to your laptop would be the same as long as the hardware can support it too

Which cable do you recommend for 165hz? HDMI 2.1 cable. HDMI 2.1 with an end with Displayport. Or Usb-c (thunderbolt 4) with an end Displayport? My laptop doesn’t have display port, only usbc and hdmi
You’d want display port if you can otherwise usbc- displayport should work

It’s Xcode a tool for iOS developers to build iOS apps. It’s an emulator basically

That’s the one downside I use the usb speaker below a cheap one off Amazon but have multiple of these with no complaints

Is it better then AOC 34" va cu34g2x/bk? Want to switch to 34" ultrawide monitor, it will be used for sim racing and watching movies mostly, can't decide which one to take. If someone can help, I would be very gratefu!
I’ve not tested to know but a 34” curved screen will be great for sim racing not the best for watching movies but it’s passable
Can you link the vesa mounting screw adapters? I'm using a different monitor arm too :)
The screw adapters came with this monitor because the holes are further inside the monitor where as others are on the surface

In the time I used this monitor I had no issues personally it’s a tough one though as everyone is different.
I main a 49” UW for work and it was the same as that to me

I think the ideal resolution for 38 inch monitors is 3840x1600. Same with LG 38 inch monitors.

It says on their Amazon link item weight is 8.74kg, that’s with the stand I believe - it’s not a heavy screen
