Yeah this OEM monitor was selling under Thunderobot and DIGMA brends in my country. I've bought it for about 300 $ last august. The PSU is very loud(high frequency noise) under heavy load tho. personally i'd prefer on/off not integrated into dongle (assumed it is, since it mostly is) and my question, does it do a good job switching sources? i have samsung LC27FG[...] type of display, but tbh it can often turn off on display signal loss (i use 2 pcs with same monitors) and it's not responding for like 10s, kinda iritating other than that, freesync is eyesearing (light greys are white, so i couldn't tell many elements apart) and colors are greenish, reducing black eqalizer like you did mostly helps with that and freesync disables all color changes, so no freesync for me, lol

absolutely beautiful 😍
the G27P6? Awesome for the price as well!
@@AncientGameplays yes exactly this model 🤩
Yeah this OEM monitor was selling under Thunderobot and DIGMA brends in my country. I've bought it for about 300 $ last august. The PSU is very loud(high frequency noise) under heavy load tho.
Monitor itself weighs 6.5 kilos(without mount) - so you can use any wall mount that holds 7 kilos(for example NB F150). But back mount itself is a little bit tricky - might need to use spacers
Strange indeed, the KTC one has no such issues, doesn't even have active cooling (doesn't need it)
@@AncientGameplays PSU is 24v 7A right? I think it's random - some coils inside PSU are making this whine noise
Wait what???? 250 is a steal
Great find, Fabio
Thanks, i was impressed as well
Can you share your mic setup? It sounds so premium and crisp. Hopefully not too expensive.😅
Sounds crap in this video as I didn't use the pop filter. Its a blue ember
Oh man, I really want to try an ultra wide and I'm thinking about jumping in the market for a second monitor. But I fear my desk, that I recently built myself, isn't quite big enough for a 27in and an ultra wide :(
You can get a vesa mount, just got one and literally mounted this monitor on it like 20 minutes ago haha
Another video, another like I drop. I cannot watch it, working right now, I'll watch it later, anyway each video is pure gold.
Thanks!
does the monitors power adapter come with the american 3 prong cord or do you have to buy a replacement cord?
hmm we dont have that brand at all here in denmark. do u know if they gonna come to more shops over time ? we dont have 1 single ktc monitor here. sounds verry good on the price so im verry curious :)
Have you serached on amazom? They have some there, not this one for europe yet sadly
do they do an IPS version of this? I can't use VA panels me the ghosting and smearing always bothers me so bad on them
That's why I stated ans showed in the UFO that this one has almost none. They do have lots of ips panels though
@@AncientGameplays I'll check out their ips range then never been able to get used to a VA panel great vid tho
personally i'd prefer on/off not integrated into dongle (assumed it is, since it mostly is) and my question, does it do a good job switching sources?
i have samsung LC27FG[...] type of display, but tbh it can often turn off on display signal loss (i use 2 pcs with same monitors) and it's not responding for like 10s, kinda iritating
other than that, freesync is eyesearing (light greys are white, so i couldn't tell many elements apart) and colors are greenish, reducing black eqalizer like you did mostly helps with that and freesync disables all color changes, so no freesync for me, lol
Freesync must be bugging with your monitor
@@AncientGameplays most probably bad implementation, it was kind of low price 144hz display from 6 years ago? so i'm kinda looking at possible 1440p upgrades
@@AncientGameplays Just checked pricing here (Poland), $299.99 for monitor and $219.70 for delivery, $519.69 overall now i perfectly know why amazon isn't a thing here
@@1Grainer1 damn, that's insane lol
KTC have a ~100 usd ips 1080p 144hz which is actually pretty decent monitor
What game is playing in the background? Looks fun.
Ghostrunner
very hard to find this in a lot of country's
yes, here in austria not possible to get
Yeah, this one is still US so far it seems, but will come to more countries
505 Bugerinos in Germany...
I got the spectre 34 in UW 1440p monitor for the same price and I love it.
Great!
I actually just sold my old pc with a i7-12700kf and a rx 7900 xt and I'm going to build a new one with a 7800x3d and 4080 super
I have an LG UltraGear 32GK650F-B, but I always want to try an ultrawide monitor. Maybe someday I'll buy one :)
You would never want to go back haha
Hey, so I just got this monitor and I have one issue, the power button does not turn it on, no matter what I try, the only way for it to turn on is for me to boot up the PC and wait for the monitor to turn itself on. Do you also have this issue, or is mine faulty? I cant find anything on it
Seems like a faulty monitor for sure
@@AncientGameplays thanks
Im interested in a uw monitor for single player games but how i would be able to play cs2 on this monitor in curious :) also 7800xt can handle this in single players ?
7800XT is a GPU, also, it would work fine for CS2 and so on, I can't go back to 16:9 haha.
IF you want the really big deal, then get an IPS monitor, but will cost you way more
@@AncientGameplays it isn't weird to play cs2 on UW so u Say . Interesting. You're right but i still need to check how modern games work on UW 1440p on ultra with this GPU, rn i have 27' classic 2560x1440 and it works pretty Nice. Thanks i will dig some benchs u did in uw with 7800xt If You did.
Just got this for $222.00 on Amazon
iv got an lg 60hz ultra wide and this looks great to add
Would be a major uplift
I have the AOC Q27G3XMN, the black smearing is really not that noticeable or non-existent on Black backgrounds on 120hz-180hz overdrive pre-set Medium
Yeah, in this one it gets more noticeable only below 90-100Hz
@@AncientGameplays i really want to try ultra-wide gaming HDR, but my budget just go to 1500 dolars, I got he 7900 GRE + Ryzen 7 7800x3D with really good offers
I really want to try ultra-wide, but I don't think my equipment can't keep 120hz stable on ultra settings.
@@AncientGameplays I got 7900 gre + Ryzen 7 7800X3D with all peripheral with really good offers to 1500 dollars
I've had both monitors and I feel like the AOC has somewhat more smearing than the ktc. Even though the Aoc has very impressive contrast with medium Dimming enabled, The blooming was too unnatural for me due to the low number of zones, Especially when watching sci fishows. Waiting for the next generation mini LED to drop any day now.
can someone tell me what is the game at 0:50? Nice video tech jesus 2 (after steve from GN)
Ghostrunner
Its ghost runner
You should make a video on the H32 too I wanted to buy the one from your link but I really wanted a 32 inch for 1440p
Was gonna get this for my Xbox series X since it's 1440p and can handle above 120hz plus HDR support
Hdr is very basic here, not worth it IMO. Also, this needs display port to push 165Hz
Hey man, you should try Samsung Odyssey G7, it's on a different level when it comes to VA panels 😁😁
Actually, according to what I saw they aren't. Only the G7 and G9 are, G5s are a bit bad
@@AncientGameplays Yeah G5's are average, my friends had them , I never had or saw G9 in action but I've been using 32" G7 for over 2 years now and just amazing , no smearing at all :D

Not yet, but will I believe
Can please you review the AJVXI 34 inch monitor IPS 180 hz i saw one for 300 dollars and it's too good to be true for me😂😂😂
great video and very well explained as always Fábio, it seems a great monitor. I have the C27G2ZE (1080p , 240hz) and a C24G2ZE (1080p 165hz) and i bought a 27G2AE/BK (1080p 144hz) with image problems, for 20€. Sent an email to AOC, and they said they didnt had the monitor available to replace, i suggested this replace by the Q27G2S (1440p, 165hz) and they sent me a new one this week. 🤣🤣. But i have a doubt. I have a R9 Fury Oc wich has 1.2DP, and the 1080p 240hz , and works well paired with other 1080p 165hz. Now i have the 27 1440p 165hz with 1.4DP, and my hz only goes up to 144hz on the 1440p display , and the image starts to shake and flickering. Is it because of the lack of 1.4DP on the gpu wich has only 1.2Dp version?
I got mine like a year ago. ghosting is almost none . mines a diff one tho h32s17
.
Oh its the 32" version
Does it have a vesa mount?
Yes, will use mine today btw
I need a new desk. Currently having rog 34 but it’s old and 100hz. Can get another one now and have 2 of them but knowing AMD I’ll run into trouble 😅.
Well, I would say you'll no troubles. The max that can happen is the idle power draw in some cases. I have AMD cards in dual monitors here with not a single issue
@@AncientGameplays my xtx has been brilliant but my friends one didn’t let him run 2 monitors with that difference in refresh rate. He changed one of them and everything went smooth. He had stutters and driver crashes. Just changing the monitor so it almost matched his other one refresh rate fixed it. I don’t mind the idle power if it’s only that
And this is another reason I like you ma man - promoting 21:9 style 😎👍
1 day... 1 day I will join the wide-club aswell. YEP
Do it haha
is this available in uk?
Not yet sadly...but will
Ohhhhhh yeah! It's Fabio hour. 😎🎉
Yeahhh
Se fosse 4k era a minha nova aquisição 😁
4k ultrawide a este preço? 1440P UW aqui é top

not sure i understood well, if I enable gsync on the monitor and in nvidiaapp, i might have some of the things you said, brightnss fluctiations?
that might happens yes, but not in all scenarios. And some people don't even notice it

the manual says the usb port is only for firmware updates, so I won't be able to plug my keyboard into it or usb speaker into it?
To plug your keyboard there you would need kvm switching

Adrenaline. What's the deal with it keeping the CPU stuck on OC? Even after changes and reboot. LMK if you have a video addressing this. Thank you.
what do you mean by "stuck", static OC
@@AncientGameplays shows CPU in OC already on Adrenaline. I make changes to bring it back to no OC and reboot the system and it stays in OC CPU mode.
@@acoldcorpse8469 because you're doing some OC on the BIOS dude... aren't you?
@@AncientGameplays Only thing I have ever done in BIOS id XMP Profile 1. That's it. Would that do anything? I thought I read somewhere that Adrenaline was having this issue though idk.
that's odd indeed, something's off
Is this good for new gen console gaming?
@@OverdoseOverObligation would be decent at least yeah, great for the price even
@@AncientGameplays appreciate the time and effort to give informative content
Does it have built in speakers?
I so state it doesn't sadly
What about input lag
Its perfectly good there
Regarding the freesync-flickering:
my Benq EX3501R can sometimes behave like a flashlight in SOS mode when you use Freesync in games that have terrible frame-stability.
I still experience this, but it's definitely better since it got a firmware udpate (had to ship it to the manufacturer) and bough a decent DP cable.
If somene want's to know - problem was most prominent in garage in Worl of Tanks and while watching the loading screen in Warzone.
The issue here is not freesync flickering, it is brightness shifting :D
It becomes flickering when it shifts 60 times per second :)
Looking into 60inch 4k or less resolution tv at 120 hz free sync can u look at tvs for pc gaming?
Can I run a 4k tv at say 1080p? Or 2k?
What do you noob think "2k" is?
at this price, it doesnt really matter about how accurate the color is or if it has backlight bleed
it has actually matters, as it is very good for the price!
Oh, even though you already have an UW. Can we now get more (NOT EVERY VIDEO) Benchmarks for 3440*1440p? There are no high subscriber count TH-camrs like yourself, who present Ultrawide information on games.
VRR flicker?
Nope, all right here. Just that brightness issue I spoke about, mostly va issue
Anyone know where to find divers?
