You need to imagine that you have a belly and tell the postures. People who have belly cant get the posture you said. Aasanas are correct but the postures should be customised to suit a person who has belly.

Spot reduction is not possible they are fooling us simply do skipping and jogging to lose belly fat these are more effective than these so called targeted fat loss exercise
Hello, thank you,you taught to do the boat pose so easily, earlier I couldn't raise from the floor to the posture,but from sitting position it's easier, especially with abdomen fat, thank you,to begin with I am able to hold the posture for 5 counts,
