Randomly saying: when I was younger my pants would always slip-down, so when I wore pants I had to wear a belt too. Now I haven't worn a belt in years and only a few pairs of pants fit. So I REALLY HOPE, that these exercises do something.
I have a problem with remembering things, but I remember very well, that years ago I had a favorite pair of jeans, and I had gained soo much weight, that one time I wore them and they seemed very tight. Then I sat down and they ripped :( I really hope that does't happen again, because it was a very sad moment for me.

The last exercise is very hard, I couldn't even move a tiny bit forward... But the rest of the exercises really gave me the burn that I wanted 😉😜😉

@@msreevalli7943 if you do them regularly and eat healthy then yes, if not they won't have a very big impact. you also have to keep doing for a while because it takes time for the results to show

Could you please help ? No side view in videos, in utkatasana, wanted to know if the spine is straight or slanted ? And in the vira bhadrasana video doesn't show how to properly rotate the feet from one position to another ?
Basically, a single drill consists of Utkatasana, Veerabhadrasana 1, Veerabhadrasana 2, Maalasana, and Upavistha Konasana. You can repeat 3-5 rounds daily.

We have inhale and exhale pattern for coming to a posture, but do we have to hold the breath during the posture? Or we breath in and out when we are in each asana?

I like your presentation and appreciate your flexibility. But, you are not telling about the counter postures. For eg: If we do forward bending asana we should do a back ward bending too.. this is the simplest rule of Yoga.. Am I right?. So please mention that too... thank you...
