Hi Vandana I ,ve watched your yoga journey In which you defined your health issues and tb I ,m also suffered from tb I had bone tb In my spine L4 and L5 bone has abraded half Dr told that these bone wont come normal So i cant do any exercise axept kapalbhati My waight gets increase very soon I,ve only one option that is diat Kindly tell me which yoga better for me to loose my bally fat and hip and thigh fat Does your yogas comfortable for me Those look very hard and dificult to me I ,m afraid for my back bone ,which are already injured , But I want a fit and healthy body like you Rply me very soon Thanks .........
