I made the stuffed red pepper for breakfast today, and I couldn't believe how delicious it was. This is a KEEPER and REPEATER!! The only change I made is that I only had frozen spinach. So, I sauteed it in olive oil and seasoned it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. This recipe is a delicious way to get your veggies in. Thank you so much!!
I add a bit of cream cheese to mine and also I put a small pot of water on the bottom each of the oven and bake at 325. They are absolutely delicious ❤

I make a egg bites instant pot all the time. They are fluffy tender and delicious. I steam them for 8 minutes natural release for 10. I do have a great recipe that's definitely adjustable.
I'm looking forward to trying the peppers! Except that I have learned to cut them TOP to BOTTOM in HALF, clean out seeds and membranes then each one makes 2 BOATS for whatever you're making. I LOVE your channel so thanks for sharing so much with all of us out here ;-D

I would love to see some lunches. I do okay with a variety for breakfast & dinner, but I’m in a rut with lunch. I eat the same thing pretty much every day, half of a turkey sandwich, veggies & dip & some fruit. Thanks
