Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)
Im doing this for 2 weeks !! Lets goo !!! Day 1 ✅ :: its really relaxing and my body didn't hurt much at first, but after doing the side plank its really hurt my leg ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ Day 2 ✅ :: everything went really good, but still the same the side plank, idk if I doing it wrong.. it felt cramps on the thigh. Day 3 ❎ :: I didn't have time and I need rest because I just got home after my school tour.. u guys should rest too!! Dont force yourself if u cant do it (◍•ᴗ•◍)♡ I will replace my workout with some kpop dances !! Day 4 ✅ :: I felt the burning!!! And Im also used something heavy to do the Russian twists and I think I have improvement on the side plank, it didn't made my thigh cramps anymore. Day 5 ✅ :: done !! I can felt the burning when Im doing the scissor kicks. I upgraded for the russian twists, I used dumbbell 5kg to do it and it felt really good ! Now I have no problem with the side plank ^^ I also added some workout from Nitang, so I hope I can see the improvement. Fighting !! ୧( ˵ ° ~ ° ˵ )୨ Day 6 ❎ :: I can't do it because I have to finished my homework, its so manyyy ಥ‿ಥ I literally have no time for myself either :(( I hope I can do this workout tomorrow :> Day 7 ✅ :: this workout went really smooth, it became easier !! I also do Nitang workout because yesterday I didn't do any workout. Day 8 ✅ :: done !! it went great, just like yesterday I added Nitang workout so I can felt the intense. Day 9 ✅ :: suddenly side plank really killed me ಠ_ʖಠ I just cant believe it that I only left 5 days. I hope I can see the progress.. if not I will add more days. Day 10 ✅ :: done ^^ I just realised that when I do the side plank it went really smoothly .. only 4 days left !! Day 11 ❎ :: I can't do it because I had to go somewhere.. Day 12 ✅ :: guess what, I double the workout because I want to.. I will add more days. Day 13 ✅ :: I usually do this at evening, but today I tried do this workout at night because idk why, I just want to try hehe 。◕‿◕。 Day 14 ✅ :: done ;) I didn't do other workout because I felt so lazy :< + Day 15 ✅ :: done, after doing this workout my body felt a little sore but I think that's good? The 11 line start to show up but only a little.. but Im happy with it >< Day 16 ✅ :: I did this workout first and after that I do dance practice.. I think I can't do this workout for tomorrow.. This workout really help you a lot to get your dream body. I'm trying this and I just did one, I was tired but it felt nice afterwards to finally breath. Can people like my comment every day so I'll remember to do this?( UK time zone btw) I can feel a difference since today is day 3, it's getting easier and I'm definitely feeling myself getting stronger
One week challenge!! Weight: 59kg Goal: 45kg ✅ Day 1: SO relaxing and simple. I loved it🤍 Even tho I can't see the difference but still loved the feeling of productive.. Like yeah. ✅Day 2 - Almost was going to give up cuz of my busy schedule, but managed! ✅Day3 - The excersise started to ease a bit. I feel it is a lot easier than the first time I did. ✅ Day4 - Was able to complete! ✅Day 5- Not gonna lie, I could see the difference, but I regret not measuring my stomach on the first day. ✅Day6 - So happy to keep going and not give up. So I can see difference quite quickly than I imagined. I also feel like my digestion has improved too🤍
Doing this before going back to school (which is around two weeks) Start date: 8/5/23 Day 1: ✅ The first 20 was super difficult and was only able to do 15. The Russian twists I started off with feet on the floor. The stretches at the end feel very nice 👍🏻 Day 2: ✅ I can now do the full 20 on the very first move. Now I lift my legs (bent knees) when doing the Russian twists Day 3: ✅ Those reverse crunches are still crazy difficult, but I was able to do all 20 again (woohoo 🥳🥳). I’ve started implementing 30 minute k-pop dance sessions just as a fun way of getting in cardio without having to run. Day 4: ✅ Another day another slay. My leg/hip area was burning more than my abdomen for some reason?? I don’t know what that means, but I hope it’s a good thing 😭😭. Anyways make sure to eat healthy, stay hydrated, and warm up before doing any tough exercises! ❤️ Day 5: ✅ I can definitely feel the workout becoming easier. Sorry for the late updates, I’ve been really busy with college prepping and all that stuff. I also naturally get quite a lot of steps in since I work on the weekends, so that definitely helps with maintaining my weight. Day 6: Edit: Thank you to everyone who is cheering me on so far! Really appreciate it, and it helps me stay motivated! Hope everyone else doing this gets healthy and get the glow up you all deserve and worked hard for~~ ❤️❤️
This helped so much! I have been doing this in the night and then the le sserafim workout in the mornings and I have seen great results in only TWO DAYS!
TRYING THIS WORKOUT FOR 2 WEEKS! I would like to mention that while I do this workout I go on daily walks or go for a ride on my bicycle. I also cut off bread, fast food and try to eat as healthy as possible. sometimes I include another workout and do this one afterwards! DAY 1✅: i went on a walk before this and I felt my stomach burninggg, it was tough and I took a few breaks but after all I enjoyed this! fast forward since it’s been a long time 1 MONTH✅: I saw a lot of changes, the burns disappeared in 2-3 weeks and I’ve lost about 7kg 2ND MONTH✅: Including my diet, and other workouts I’ve lost up to 13kg and I’m so proud, I will definitely continue doing this not to loose weight but to keep myself fit! I’ll update you guys soon!
In 2023 i did this workout daily and i got compliments of how i can loose weight and alot of people was shocked to see how i lost so much weight and everyone was asking how to do it so thank you very much for helping me!

✨ 2 week workout! ✨ Day 1 {✅} I stopped working out regularly because of school, but it didn’t seem that hard, but… I guess that’s a good thing heh. Day 2: {✅} the reverse crunches and side plank crunches killed me today.. maybe cause I didn’t count them, but finished whenever she finished.. anyway, the cooldown stretch felt great. Day 3: {✅} I was so sore today, I think I might be sick? Agh.. I made it through tho, and I’ll try for the rest of the days too! Day 4: {❎} ahhh!!! I went camping this weekend with my family, so I didn’t have time.. plus I was sick Day 5: {❎} since I missed two days, I might try and add them on at the end, so I can do 2 full weeks, just not exactly in a row. Day 6: {✅} agh, it hurts, everything hurts T^T i probably shouldn’t have done this right after eating, but I wanted to make up for the losses as quickly as possible! Day 7: {✅} today was weird? It burnt occasionally but generally I didn’t feel very tired after it, maybe I should slow down then… Day 8: {✅} reverse crunch and plank twist are actually the end of me, but side planking feels so easy? Kinda nice as well. Day 9: {✅} today feels similar to yesterday, but I slowed down on a lot of the exorcises so I could really feel a burn, reverse crunches still are a killer, they felt easier when I first started tbh ( ;´Д`) Day 10: {❎} hhh, yet another double missed days, oh well, I was super busy with social events this weekend Day 11: {❎} ^ Day 12: {✅} how annoying, I finally have time to do this workout and I get abdominal pain all of a sudden, well, considering the pain I simplified the workout for myself, doing the easy version of the reverse crunches and Russian twists. Day 13: {❎} didn’t have the time since I was overloaded with school work, oh well. Day 14: {✅} theoretical last day of the challenge, around 5 more in reality to go! Missed days: Day 4 (15): {✅} as of today I officially memorized this workout and stopped using the video so I could go at my own pace :) Day 5 (16): {✅} that’s also why I stopped updating daily! Anyway, I simplified the workout these past 2 days since my period came ahh.. Day 10 (17): {✅} 2 more days left, I definitely feel more healthy then when I began and just doing the workout feels nice and relaxing Day 11 (18): {✅} 1 more day left! I’m probably gonna continue this workout on my own time, since it’s so simple and easy to do! Day 13 (19): {✅} and… done! Yayy!!! This has been a fun journey, I wouldn’t say I have abbs just yet but I can definitely feel my core getting harder to the touch and I also feel a lot more healthy, and I don’t really get back pain anymore so that’s a plus! @@shirursaaraI lost about 3 kg, did the workout every day/night for I think 2-3 months? And started eating less sugar, less added sugar, more protein and I stopped over eating, and I would stand for 10-20 mins after I eat (no sitting or laying down)
@@shirursaara Hey sorry for late reply at first my weight was 54kg 700gm then loose 1 and1/2kg in 15 days. I used to have light breakfast in the morning and I didn't make much change in lunch and dinner.
Day 1: ✅ it feels pretty easy since I’ve done this before. Hopefully I can keep this up for 2 weeks. Day 2: ✅ I’m still sore from yesterday’s squats 😹 But still managed to finish this Day 3: ✅ (I forgot to update lol) I went cycling prior to this. The thigh sore from extra exercises still lasts but I still got this! Day 4: ✅ Feeling extra energetic today! Maybe it's just my imagination but the 11 lines start forming on my abs 😲 Day 5: ✅ I got home pretty late and almost missed it! Day 6: ✅ I went swimming for some extra exercise. Day 7: ✅ I did some aerobics since I still have a lot of energy left. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ DONE! My abs feel toner. I will keep doing this in the future since they are fun to do.
I’ve done this workout with the lesserafim workout and with those two combined plus my other workouts, I see a huge difference!! I can see the lines forming, but I also make sure I eat healthy and in moderation as well as drinking lots of water!

DAY1️⃣ = I just finished doing this exercise. as i did this for the first time, it’s been hard. but honestly when i was doing this, i knew it would be more easier tomorrow, don’t let that stop you. DAY2️⃣= Done with the workout. I love it when i feel my muscles are burning. got a little easier than yesterday. Did it twice DAY3️⃣= I did it. the cramps are real but i feel good. It became a lot easier. DAY4️⃣= I did it twice as i thought i would be better. it gets easier by time DAY5️⃣= Done. i def see some changes. that makes me love the journey more. DAY6️⃣= guys, i didn’t do it today. i have an xm tomorrow. i had only one day to finish 8 chapters. i’ll do extra tomorrow DAY7️⃣= I did it. i feel guilty for skipping one day

doing this for 2 weeks! day 1- done! before i did this workout, i did the wonyoung pilates one and after i did a hanni ab workout! pretty easy except for the side planks😭 day 2- done! so much easier. i didn't struggle with the side planks as much, and i didn't sweat as much as yesterday either!

This is the most effective workout I have ever done so far. I have been doing this for a month now and I finally have abs!! I do this every morning and evening. I try to also walk for about 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day and trust me. It works.
Doing this for 7+5 days! Reason: to get abs before school starts bc I have extra weight and I think that getting abs will hide it or just get rid of it Day 1- ✅ it was hard and easy I sweat a lot and stuff but overall good! (No abs) Day 2-❌ I was traveling so I couldn’t do it Day 3-✅ it was easier than day 1, this time I didn’t sweat or anything which is way better! (No abs) Day 4-➖ I did all with my friend except the side plank clutch bc my back was hurting, but it was good (I saw some abs and was so happy) Day 5-✅ did it with my friend got easier, I did all and she did like 2 exercises 🤦♀️( saw a little abs) Day 6-✅ I saw abs and I was happy so I showed to it my sister and she was shocked, anyways it was easy but the side plank clutch was really hard lol (did it x2 times!) I got abs but when I eat a lot it just goes away how… idk Day 7-❌ got grounded for 4 days Day 8-❌ got grounded for 4 days Day 9-❌ got grounded for 4 days Day 10-❌ forgotttt Day 11- ✅got easier, but I kinda didn’t get used bc of the break I got, felt good doing it again, got abs but still doing this so it can show more! I did this workout about 3 months ago for a week but it was too hard for me so I tried easier variations for these 3 months and now this workout seems soooooo much easier!!

Lo hice por 5 días, aquí mi semana: Lunes: Hice el otro video de LeSserafim (más largo) pero solo hasta donde pude y alcancé a hacer 30 burpees solamente Martes: ✅ Hice este video dos veces Miércoles: ✅ y rutina de pierna Jueves: ❌ me sentía fatal por mi regla Viernes: ✅ dos veces Dieta: huevo, agua, jugos naturales, snacks de fruta, carne, pollo, leche y yogurt También hice trampa tomé refresco y comí hamburguesa una vez Resultados: ~3 cm menos, no afectó la masa de las piernas y/o glúteos, la verdad me siento más animada y puedo estirarme mucho mejor Terminé los últimos dos días y bajé 3cm, estoy orgullosa y me alegra que no haya alterado otras partes de mi cuerpo (no quiero perder músculo en las piernas)

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!! Day 1: Didn't have that much problems so I will continue on doing this! Day 2: Even though I didn't feel any abs pain in daily basis while doing workout i felt like i was just going to die, but it's done and I feel more alive than before! Day 3: Usually the hardest one for me is the side crunch but today it was so easy but the scissor kicks was harder than usually. Day 4: Today the toughest one was the reverse crunch even though it never made me problems. Day 5: It was almost the aame as in 1st day. Didn't have problems but my abs were hurting a bit more. Day 6: - Day 7: I took a break yesterday so I will do the workout twice today. 1st time was good with no problems.

I’m honestly soo unmotivated to work out even tho I’ve been doing it since last summer. it’s hard for me especially because I’m young 😭 but I want to be in shape for when I’m older but there’s a lot of things that happened in my life and then I just all unmotivated again. does anyone have any tips for that? like to stay motivated to exercise even tho you’re really down? I feel like ever time that happens I take like literally 2-4 weeks eating unhealthy and not doing anything and I don’t know how to stop doing that so if anyone has any tips that would be amazing since I’m gonna start doing this work out and focusing all on me this summer. thank you xoxo
Honestly been there and only advice i can tell you is to just start no matter what, dont think of the dishes dont think of non just look it up and start trust me.

Day 3 - ✅ Did slim thighs workout along with this one, Could already see slight results! I did this 2x a day as well! Day 4 - ❎ Sadly I didnt have motivation, and I took a small break Day 5 - ✅ I did it but only 2x bc this was the only workout in my downloads :( My wifi wasn't good Day 6 - ❎ Forgot to do it.. Day 7 - ❎ Had to go to practice at school Day 8 - ✅ FINALLY!! Day 9 - ❎ Gave up I will be trying this another week!!

I’m gonna start doing this! I tried the La sarifim workout yesterday and it was kind of hard but I work out almost everyday. I’m not sure my measurements but I’m pretty sure my waist is 24-25 right now and my stomach is pretty flat and I weigh 96 lbs. Day one:pretty easy , I started with 100 jumping jacks then switched to this.I have a huge scrap on my left arm from skim boarding so it was sort of hard to do but overall pretty easy. ✅ Day two: (Please like so I can remember where my comment was!)

People in the comments have to realize that they're most likely not going to get same exact abs as Kazuha because she also dances A LOT and eats a healthy diet! If you're eating junk and this is your only workout, it will make you stronger and tone your abs a bit but don't hate on the creator of this video if you didn't get a body like Kazuha in a week or two. Doing it for a week! Day 1: ouch that hurt so much but hey progress! I struggled to finish the side crunches Day 2: I got a bit better at the crunches but I had to take a minor breather at around 10. Still feel tense in my core but ngl it feels so good 😭👍 Day 3: I decided to to internediate for the Russian Twists and omahgah that hurt so bad. Making some solid progress though on top of other exercises im doing I can see some abs. I managed to do the side crunches all the way through on the first side but had to take a break on the second. Weight: 59kg
Goal: 45kg
✅ Day 1: SO relaxing and simple. I loved it🤍 Even tho I can't see the difference but still loved the feeling of productive.. Like yeah.
✅Day 2 - Almost was going to give up cuz of my busy schedule, but managed!
✅Day3 - The excersise started to ease a bit. I feel it is a lot easier than the first time I did.
✅ Day4 - Was able to complete!
✅Day 5- Not gonna lie, I could see the difference, but I regret not measuring my stomach on the first day.
✅Day6 - So happy to keep going and not give up. So I can see difference quite quickly than I imagined. I also feel like my digestion has improved too🤍

Start date: 8/5/23
Day 1: ✅ The first 20 was super difficult and was only able to do 15. The Russian twists I started off with feet on the floor. The stretches at the end feel very nice 👍🏻
Day 2: ✅ I can now do the full 20 on the very first move. Now I lift my legs (bent knees) when doing the Russian twists
Day 3: ✅ Those reverse crunches are still crazy difficult, but I was able to do all 20 again (woohoo 🥳🥳). I’ve started implementing 30 minute k-pop dance sessions just as a fun way of getting in cardio without having to run.
Day 4: ✅ Another day another slay. My leg/hip area was burning more than my abdomen for some reason?? I don’t know what that means, but I hope it’s a good thing 😭😭. Anyways make sure to eat healthy, stay hydrated, and warm up before doing any tough exercises! ❤️
Day 5: ✅ I can definitely feel the workout becoming easier. Sorry for the late updates, I’ve been really busy with college prepping and all that stuff. I also naturally get quite a lot of steps in since I work on the weekends, so that definitely helps with maintaining my weight.

This helped so much! I have been doing this in the night and then the le sserafim workout in the mornings and I have seen great results in only TWO DAYS!
TRYING THIS WORKOUT FOR 2 WEEKS!
I would like to mention that while I do this workout I go on daily walks or go for a ride on my bicycle.
I also cut off bread, fast food and try to eat as healthy as possible.
sometimes I include another workout and do this one afterwards!
DAY 1✅: i went on a walk before this and I felt my stomach burninggg, it was tough and I took a few breaks but after all I enjoyed this!
fast forward since it’s been a long time
1 MONTH✅: I saw a lot of changes, the burns disappeared in 2-3 weeks and I’ve lost about 7kg
2ND MONTH✅: Including my diet, and other workouts I’ve lost up to 13kg and I’m so proud, I will definitely continue doing this not to loose weight but to keep myself fit! I’ll update you guys soon!

Day 1 {✅} I stopped working out regularly because of school, but it didn’t seem that hard, but… I guess that’s a good thing heh.
Day 2: {✅} the reverse crunches and side plank crunches killed me today.. maybe cause I didn’t count them, but finished whenever she finished.. anyway, the cooldown stretch felt great.
Day 3: {✅} I was so sore today, I think I might be sick? Agh.. I made it through tho, and I’ll try for the rest of the days too!
Day 4: {❎} ahhh!!! I went camping this weekend with my family, so I didn’t have time.. plus I was sick
Day 5: {❎} since I missed two days, I might try and add them on at the end, so I can do 2 full weeks, just not exactly in a row.
Day 6: {✅} agh, it hurts, everything hurts T^T i probably shouldn’t have done this right after eating, but I wanted to make up for the losses as quickly as possible!
Day 7: {✅} today was weird? It burnt occasionally but generally I didn’t feel very tired after it, maybe I should slow down then…
Day 8: {✅} reverse crunch and plank twist are actually the end of me, but side planking feels so easy? Kinda nice as well.

Day3:Ok so I’m getting much better at this workout it was pretty easy for today and I’m seeing bit of a difference
Day4:Much easier still struggling on plank twist but I’ve improved
Day5: Plank twist got way easier and btw I’ve also have been on a diet while doing this workout
Day6: this workout is so good I’ve already lost 1 lb
Day7: I finished the workout for the week but I’m still gonna keep going because it worked super well not even lying

This is the most effective workout I have ever done so far. I have been doing this for a month now and I finally have abs!! I do this every morning and evening. I try to also walk for about 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day and trust me. It works.

Reason: to get abs before school starts bc I have extra weight and I think that getting abs will hide it or just get rid of it
Day 1- ✅ it was hard and easy I sweat a lot and stuff but overall good! (No abs)
Day 2-❌ I was traveling so I couldn’t do it
Day 3-✅ it was easier than day 1, this time I didn’t sweat or anything which is way better! (No abs)
Day 4-➖ I did all with my friend except the side plank clutch bc my back was hurting, but it was good (I saw some abs and was so happy)
Day 5-✅ did it with my friend got easier, I did all and she did like 2 exercises 🤦♀️( saw a little abs)
Day 6-✅ I saw abs and I was happy so I showed to it my sister and she was shocked, anyways it was easy but the side plank clutch was really hard lol (did it x2 times!) I got abs but when I eat a lot it just goes away how… idk
Day 7-❌ got grounded for 4 days

Day 1- ✅ felt amazing doing it! Did feel a little pain through the day on my side but it wasn’t bad!!
Day 2- ✅ it’s going well! The movements are getting much easier already! Top of my stomach did hurt while doing it!!
Day 3- ✅ omg! I’m already seeing a difference! Started doing the workout twice a day!! 100% recommend already!
Day 4- ✅ I felt rlly tried today but still did the workout! The movements are getting easier and easier! (I lost 1.7 pounds already!)

Quiero comenzar a tener una rutina y estoy agarrando condición con estos ejercicios. Lo hice por 5 días, aquí mi semana:
Lunes: Hice el otro video de LeSserafim (más largo) pero solo hasta donde pude y alcancé a hacer 30 burpees solamente
Martes: ✅ Hice este video dos veces
Miércoles: ✅ y rutina de pierna
Jueves: ❌ me sentía fatal por mi regla
Viernes: ✅ dos veces
Dieta: huevo, agua, jugos naturales, snacks de fruta, carne, pollo, leche y yogurt
También hice trampa tomé refresco y comí hamburguesa una vez
Resultados: ~3 cm menos, no afectó la masa de las piernas y/o glúteos, la verdad me siento más animada y puedo estirarme mucho mejor
Terminé los últimos dos días y bajé 3cm, estoy orgullosa y me alegra que no haya alterado otras partes de mi cuerpo (no quiero perder músculo en las piernas)

Day 2: Even though I didn't feel any abs pain in daily basis while doing workout i felt like i was just going to die, but it's done and I feel more alive than before!
Day 3: Usually the hardest one for me is the side crunch but today it was so easy but the scissor kicks was harder than usually.
Day 4: Today the toughest one was the reverse crunch even though it never made me problems.
Day 5: It was almost the aame as in 1st day. Didn't have problems but my abs were hurting a bit more.

Day 7: I took a break yesterday so I will do the workout twice today. 1st time was good with no problems.

I’m honestly soo unmotivated to work out even tho I’ve been doing it since last summer. it’s hard for me especially because I’m young 😭 but I want to be in shape for when I’m older but there’s a lot of things that happened in my life and then I just all unmotivated again. does anyone have any tips for that? like to stay motivated to exercise even tho you’re really down? I feel like ever time that happens I take like literally 2-4 weeks eating unhealthy and not doing anything and I don’t know how to stop doing that so if anyone has any tips that would be amazing since I’m gonna start doing this work out and focusing all on me this summer. thank you xoxo
Honestly been there and only advice i can tell you is to just start no matter what, dont think of the dishes dont think of non just look it up and start trust me.

Day 5 - ✅ I did it but only 2x bc this was the only workout in my downloads :( My wifi wasn't good

I’m gonna start doing this! I tried the La sarifim workout yesterday and it was kind of hard but I work out almost everyday. I’m not sure my measurements but I’m pretty sure my waist is 24-25 right now and my stomach is pretty flat and I weigh 96 lbs.
Day one:pretty easy , I started with 100 jumping jacks then switched to this.I have a huge scrap on my left arm from skim boarding so it was sort of hard to do but overall pretty easy. ✅

Cooldown time is so good especially after a long workout I do the cooldown part after every workout and my kpop dance sessions
People in the comments have to realize that they're most likely not going to get same exact abs as Kazuha because she also dances A LOT and eats a healthy diet! If you're eating junk and this is your only workout, it will make you stronger and tone your abs a bit but don't hate on the creator of this video if you didn't get a body like Kazuha in a week or two. Love the vid ❤

Day 1: ouch that hurt so much but hey progress! I struggled to finish the side crunches
Day 2: I got a bit better at the crunches but I had to take a minor breather at around 10. Still feel tense in my core but ngl it feels so good 😭👍
Day 3: I decided to to internediate for the Russian Twists and omahgah that hurt so bad. Making some solid progress though on top of other exercises im doing I can see some abs. I managed to do the side crunches all the way through on the first side but had to take a break on the second. Ended it with a headache so I'm gonna go take some motrin.
Day 4: (didnt have time to do it so im adding a day 8)
Day 5: Feeling much more confident in doing the workout, got better with the russian twists :)
