guys this actually WORKS!!! it took me about a week to start seeing changes. i have to add, diet is the most important thing! unless you already have a low body fat % and just need toning, you will only see major results if you eat healthily as well. dont give up! stay motivated and focused, you can do this! :)
I did mine for like 5 days and stopped cuz I got lazy af but I lost around almost 3 kg in those 5 days, but now I got them all back by eating junk like crazy so fuck
Laura how did you have the motivation to continue doing it ? I used to work out almost everyday and it was started to get a flatter stomach but then I just stopped and I’m back to where I started. I don’t have any problems with my weight or body I just would like to have a more toned belly but I’m literally so lazy and I just give up afterwards ):
@@jasmine263 that has happened to me in the past. honestly you need to find the right sort of motivation to do it. not just for a flat stomach. think about all the mental benefits and how much stronger you'll be, and your self esteem! also exercise promotes better sleep :) thats what keeps me motivated.
I can it just takes time and strength I do all these ab workouts with 25-30lb weights in my normal routine with 60 plus reps per exercise so this with no weight would be nothing to me. My core strength took time about 4 months. And no I don’t have abs. I only do my abs twice a week

Don't let your stomach dome out as you're exercising. Keep it in. Think about pulling your belly button into your spine! Trust me it makes the exercises more effective and tightens your waist! I watched another pt talk about it x
I'm a PT and this is true. If you don't, you train your lower back more and less abs. Your back needs to stay completely stuck to the ground the entire time of doing the exercise. It's also really well explained in pilates classes if anyone would like to practice 😇
if your neck hurts, you’re lifting from your neck. you need to be lifting from your stomach/abs. try to do that instead of putting all the pressure on your neck :)

I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 months and in the first 2 weeks I saw a difference within my body, my stomach got flatter. At the end of month I saw my shape to get more thinner and my waist getting smaller and I my stomach is definitely forming a very light ab outline around a month and a half, by the end of month 2 which is around this time my body is a very good shape and even when I eat I get bloated less. I do this workout once or twice everyday for about 2 months and the progress really shows this workout really shapes my body in a way I didn’t think my body could look. Doing this workout when I am bloated helps a lot as well making me feel less bloated and a lot better!!
@@michellesaiz7695 I took about 5 off days throughout the entire 2 months, I also did have some other exercises throughout the day as in walking every day and I run once a week about a mile or so but when I didn’t do this because I started during a time where I had to stay home it really helped me regulate my body and keep myself in good shape because I’d do it once a day for 2 weeks without my regular schedule and it worked very very well I also only ate about once or twice a day a diet really helps with exercise (eating good and not junk all the time also portioning your food) it doesn’t matter what you eat just how much you portion really
girl if youre neck is hurting then you aren´t doing the work with your abs and you won´t see results as good. try to mentally focus on your abs and using them to do the exercises instead of your neck!

For everyone wondering if this works, I'm here to say, yes it does!! Before doing this, I already had abs, but this really defined my abs even more. For the best results, I train my abs by doing Emi Wong's lower ab workout 3 times a week, and this workout twice a week. A combination of both of those will completely change your body!
Sick and tired of starting workouts and never being consistent with it . Gonna actually put in the work to get my dream bod and I’ll document it here Start : 8/28 Day 1- ✅ stomach was on fire the entire time. Arms are sore along with neck . Did pretty good for first day, had to take several breaks however. On to day 2!!! Day 2- ✅ neck and abs were sore all day so I was kinda nervous to start. Abs felt even more on fire today , still took several breaks. Sweating more today fs too, definitely felt it all more. Onto day 3!!!! Day 3: ✅ Forgot to update lol so, but I still did it. Was really sore yesterday but the workout is kinda getting easier ngl. Already saw some tone in the upper part of my abs , they’re finally visible!!! Onto day 4 Day 4: ✅ completed day 4 . Seeing a lot of progress despite being only on day 4. This workout is a life saver. Less breaks today, think my core is finally starting to get stronger !!! I always look forward to this workout, it’s actually kinda fun :))) Onto day 5 !!! Day 5- ✅ tried to take no breaks at all today, got me sweating so hardddd . Only counted 3 breaks, new high score :))) . Felt the workout more today, my core is getting sm stronger. Definitely have already incorporated this workout into my daily life, feels wrong to miss it lol . Overall good day , onto day 6!!!! Day 6- ✅ seeing a visible definition on the sides of my abs :))) took around the same amount of breaks as yesterday tho, which is totally fine :)) also noticed I bloat less after eating now, no idea if it correlates to this workout or not. Anyways, pretty good day 6, so proud of myself for keeping constant with the workout . Onto Day 7 !!!! Day 7: ✅ WOOOO ONE WEEK COMPLETED !!! actually stayed constant with a workout, I’m so proud. I’ve seen the before photos too now, and there’s definitely more tone in them. Sweat more today and pushed myself to really feel the burn. The workout helps so much I love ittt ! Onto day 8!!! Day 8- ✅ day 8 completeeee. This workout is so stress relieving . Only take 1-2 breaks now, sooo much better than when I started. My waist has definitely gotten smaller, although not so drastic since it’s only been a week. Anyways , pretty good day today , onto day 9 !!!! Day 9: ✅ did the workout later in the day towards my bed time, so I really got my sweat going and blood pumping. Actually more relaxed after finishing it. My abs are so visible when I flex now . Can’t believe I’m still going strong with this workout. Remember to drink y’all’s water , I always forget lol. Anyways good day today, onto day 10 !!! Day 10: ✅ I couldn’t do this in the day time cause I had absolutely no time. So I had to do this workout out late at night when I’m supposed to be sleeping lol. Had to skip the mountain and spider climbers, cause believe it or not it’s really hard to do those and stay quiet lmao. I no longer struggle on all the different kicks anymore , I can do them all without any breaks !! Did another workout that targeted the lower stomach that I had tried a couple months ago and couldn’t finish. My core is so much stronger now, I did it pretty easily :))) anyways slept like a light after the workouts, so pretty good way too finish the day. Onto day 11!!!! Day 11-✅ day 11 completedddd. Y’all when I say my upper abs are so visible when I flex. Jaw dropped when I looked in the mirror. Alexis Ren is the realist fr🤞🏼 . Workout is much fun, day one me would be horrified that I said that lmao. If y’all are on day one or beginning, THE HARD WORK PAYS OFF. All the sweat and soreness is sooo worth it guys. Y’all got this :))) Anyways, pretty good day onto day 12!!! ps. Don’t forgot to drink waterrrr Day 12 - ✅ day 12 completedddd. Felt the workout a lot more today, broke into a sweat. Day has been pretty stressful, so released a lot of it with this. Pretty good day, I no longer take breaks by pausing , I take a couple seconds and then rewind the time I missed. Day one me took a break every 30 secs lmao. Pretty busy day tomorrow, hopefully I can still get my workout in . Anyways, good day, good workout and GUTS came out todayyyy. No skip album fr. Anyways, onto day 13!!!! Day 13- ❌ GUYS I FAILED 😫 had a super busy day, woke up at 7 to get ready for a quince I was participating in. Didn’t get home till 11:30 and was so tired. Party was worth it tho 😗 had so much fun but so upset I lost my streakkkk. Day 14- ✅ woke up so sore today, feel hangover lmao. Still did the workout cause I’m not bout to miss 2 days in a row. Body hurts so much from the party, this workout made me sweat so much lol. Still stuck through tho cause tired or not, I’m gonna finish it . So upset I missed a day :(((( but to anyone who misses a day and feel bad, life gets busy sometimes and that’s okkk !!!! It’s good to take an off day, as long as you get back into it the next day with a fresher mind :))) Pretty tiring day but still good. Onto day 15 Day 15- ✅ completedddd. Got right back on track with this workout, and honestly missed how tired but relaxed I feel after this workout. Today marks 2 weeks !!!! Technically it was supposed to be yesterday, but since I missed a day, today marks 2 FULL WEEKS!!! workout is amazing literally. Never been so consistent with a workout besides this one !!! Honestly feels so good to hit this milestone :)) life’s been great lately, loving it rn . I found a piece of fabric I took my markings on around the second day I started, and GUYSSS , there’s so much progress. My waist lost about 2 inchess !!! not sure what exactly it was at the beginning, since the fabric I used doesn’t have measurements, but I marked to where it is now and measured around 2 inches lost !!! To all y’all starting and looking through the comments, YHIS WORKOUT WORKSSS . Trust me it’s a life saverrr. Anyways good day, onto Day 16 Day 16- ✅ complete . Super busy day, had to do this workout when I was supposed to be sleeping again. Soooo hard to do this quietly, I broke into a sweat. Felt relaxed after so I slept like a light lol. Workout is so much easier now, glad I started :))) anyways , was a good day , onto day 17 Day 17- ✅ completed yesterday, I just forgot to update lol. Did this workout before my shower , it was so relaxing. Been really stressed lately so I give my all into this workout to try to release some of it. Day 19- ✅ completed. Want to start changing my mindset. I’ve been doing this workout before, so I could please others. I’ve never really been confident in my body, always compare myself to others. Had to do this workout at night again, so hard to keep quiet. Lowkey harder too because you have to tense your body to keep everything quiet lmao. Slept like a baby after so pretty worth it , onto day 22 !! Day 22- ✅ I’m so tireddd. Went on a small run today because I wanna start getting into running. When I say I was dead tired and it was only like 20 something minutes. I swear I’ve never sweat so much in my life. Legs were so sore after, so the workout was more challenging today too. Drank like 3 cups of water tho, so it wasn’t all that bad. Anyways, pretty good day and onto day 23!!! Day 23- ✅ completeddd . Keeping my word on the running, I ran 1 mile today!! Took me like 24 minutes lol but hey we all gotta start somewhere. Was really tired after, so i didn’t do this workout until like 9:30 pm . I’ve been pretty busy lately with school and everything, so I do this workout at night when im supposed ro be asleep lol. I’ve been pretty constant with my runs, ran 1.6 miles today. Trying to up how much I run everyday by .2 miles . Stomach is pretty toned, definitely for sure better than when I started. Tomorrow marks one monthhhh !!! The days are kinda off since I missed two days a couple weeks ago. So proud of myself for sticking through a workout, proud to say its been worth ittt. Awesome Fay today, onto day 33 !!! Just so y’all know,I did this for three months straight (post breakup ofc) along with back workouts,arm workouts and a bit of cardio ( I ran every night but only ran two laps and did one lap of lunges) and my body was rockin! I ate only salami and cheese and apples and a boiled egg for breakfast,and for dinner I ate chicken avocado burritos. I lost about fifty pounds in those three months and it was amazing! I woke up every morning at 6am and drank a glass of water and started my workout at 7am. It was the time COVID first hit so I was off and didn’t work and I would do these workout at-least twice a day,I had so much energy and I was so productive. Now I’m in a relationship (for about a year now) so I’ve naturally gained like 30 pounds,but I’m back in business with this workout! It is my go-to !!
I have been exercising for 2 weeks and this video is included in my routine. My challenge is to be able to exercise until January 1, 2024 and be able to notice better results, I have to be patient and disciplined. Please wish me luck!! Day 1 (01/12/2023): I feel that my body is getting used to the exercises after a few weeks doing this routine and I saw changes after a week, my diet has a lot of influence here, I hope to continue meeting this goal. 💪😎 Day 2: I have not noticed much fatigue compared to those days that I started, today I woke up with my abdomen a little marked from 1 to 10, a 5 or 6 and I am happy about it, these days I have also been drinking water. . about 6 or 7 glasses a day and it helps me a lot, don't be discouraged because the results are just around the corner, time flies so be encouraged. 🥳💗
I’ve done this everyday since she posted (a total of 226 days). Honestly this is the best workout I have ever come across. I carried most of my weight in my stomach area. I started being overweight, and needed a whole minute break between each set. Some sets I couldn’t even do. With this workout along with clean eating and a couple weekly classes at Sweat1000, and a run here and there, I have lost just over 52lbs!!! I couldn’t even see abs when I started and they’re so prominent now. Thank you for this Alexis, I’ll never stop doing this workout!
Ps it really helps if you join a fit club/workout group for motivation, I joined the Bod Fit Club in Cape Town with Candice and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without that community, I struggled going to gym and keeping motivated to do any workout until I joined a club and met people with the same goal as me, to be healthy!

Monika Monika every day apart from days when I was really sick so maybe 2-3 days. I find doing it everyday helped integrate it into my routine. My weight before was 176lbs. I'm 5'3 if that helps. You also have to remember that doing this workout alone probably won't help you lose a lot of weight. The biggest thing is your diet, the workout just helps tone and build muscle.

Asma Hassan don’t do it everyday, your muscles need time to rest for them to develop. do it on certain days of the week, like you can do abs 3 days a week

This is what I would typically eat: Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with avocado mash topped with cucumbers, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar//cereal (healthy, whole grain, low sugar) with milk//oatmeal with peanut butter, honey and banana (made with milk)// 2 pieces of toast with a green smoothie (banana, milk, peanut butter and spinach). Snack: One serving of any fruit with either a handful of nuts, muesli bar, pea crisps or peanut butter. Lunch: A sandwich/bagel/wrap with chicken, lettuce, tomato, hummus. Side of fruit is optional. Snack: Keep this light. If you're not hungry, skip this snack or chew gum for flavour. Otherwise, have a serving of fruits or vegetables or a glass of coconut water. If you're more hungry, have a handful of nuts. Dinner: Brown rice/sweet potato/wholegrain toast (some type of carb) with either chicken curry, or a protein such as salmon, white fish or chicken. did this for about 3 months now. There is some huge difference. Especially my waist area, although the love handles are the toughest to work on she definitely incorporated some workouts to target the love handle area. I do an extra love handle workout (side planks, russian twists, plank dips etc..) :) I know its really tough but just keep thinking you might not see a difference now but you're working towards that difference. i needed to work out again and remembered i used to always watch this video when i was at my skinniest but didn’t realize it. i love this video and it helped me maintain my figure even without a genuine gym (24 in waist 40 in hip). i miss it, and it’s been about 1.5 years since i’ve done any genuine exercise. so i suppose it’s time to start again before i start college :) hopefully i stick to it considering i know the results :) edit : it’s actually been almost three years since i’ve watched this video lol
April 6,2020 Weight 128 doing this for 14 day’s I’m 18yrs Day 1: it hurts like hell Day 2: my stomach hurts a lot, I did one in the morning and I’ll do one at night Day 3: it doesn’t get easier, I added other exercises, but you can feel the pain😐, but I’m sure I’ll see a different by the end of week Day 4) I’m great results,once you stay consistent, it becomes easier, I do suggest that once it does become easier, you should go on other videos and add different exercises to make the process faster, that’s what I did Day 5) I skipped, I was too tired to work out Day 6) I like the results I’m seeing 😌 Day 7) The usual, but the green tea makes the process a lot faster Day 8) My stomach is getting Flat and I can see my abs forming. Day 9) I have the results I wanted, was going to stop but I’ll continue since I have 4 days left. Day 10) skipped Day 11) honestly I feel like if I didn’t add other exercises, then I wouldn’t get the results I wanted, so I glad I did😌 Day 12) I decided to not do my exercise at night and only did it in the morning OVERALL My period started so I have to stop, but I did lose 4 pounds, because of the other exercises I added, doing my exercises in the morning and at night, I also wasn’t on a diet, but I barely eat to begin with. ANOTHER UPDATE May.28,2020 I still exercise, but I only exercise at night and I decided to add the Japanese exercise also. I did this workout Last February through march and lost 15 pounds with healthy eating as well. I got so many compliments and I was so ready to go to out and buy new clothes for my new size!! Once.. I started my job it consumed me, I was always tired, lost motivation, ate whatever what was around. I gained the 15 back and few more. Not only that, family troubles and a boy broke my heart during this time. So my eating went through the roof. Now that I quit that job, and am great with my family and the boys out of my life I am so determined to get back into this and learn never to quit no matter how hard things get. Being healthy and strong mentally and physically is my ultimate goal..!!

I want to motivate myself by updating my progress here! Day 1: Tough, I did this exercise 2 years ago but I have gained a lot of weight and was very inactive for a very long time so doing this again was super hard. Manifesting my old body back! Day 2: Was very unmotivated to do this today but forced myself, skipped the right and left side planks cause my shoulders were hurting but tried to do the rest. Didn't feel like I gave it my all today but any exercise is good exercise! Day 3: Skipped! Wasnt feeling too well Day 4: Enjoyed this one! did it after 20 minutes of running! Day 5: Was feeling super unmotivated, tried to run but my body just didn’t want to push through it today so did this to feel better.
same here i was super lean about two years ago thanks to this video. i had so much motivation back then and after a whole month of doing it my stomach was completely different. i have gained a bit of stomach fat now and i don’t like how i look so i want to give into this challenge again. and as you said, get my old body back. i felt so good back then cos i also ate very healthy and that helped so much with the process.
DISCLAIMER: I do practically all my workouts late at night. Anywhere between 10 pm and 1:45 am, so if I get tired sometimes that may be why. day 1: How is this even possible to do? This workout is death.(keep in mind that I never work out, I have only been walking, swimming and biking.) Couldn't do it all at once. day 2 (in pain from the previous day): More difficult but did not stop and completed it as well as I could. day 3: Hard but easier than before. day 4 (after swimming all day): Had a few moments when I considered taking breaks but I did not. Really felt it in the arms and abs. day 5: Workout was harder today and I took 2 second pauses in between some of the exercices to catch my breath. Planks were getting a little bit easier to hold. day 6: Pretty regular workout. Difficult at times, but that's nothing new. Side planks were great. day 7: Funny how the first part of the workout used to be harder for me but today seemed to be the opposite. day 8; First time completing it without wanting to take a break. (My breaks are max 2 seconds when needed) Plank twists were hard as always but I motivated myself to do them without overthinking. day 9: Felt good, not out of breath. day 10: Actually feel like I killed it today. I went into thinking "you got this!". Barely looked at the timers (which can be stressful if I am having a hard time). The normal plank is a lot easier for me now. I remember struggling so hard at the beginning of this journey to hold it and my side planks used to be like looking at an earthquake. Today for me was proof that if you believe, you can achieve. Day 11: great workout! Day 12: Listened to my own music today and I was much more motivated. Day 13: Did the workout on a trip so I had little room, but completed regardless. Day 14: This may be weird or TMI but I could hear liquid in my stomach the whole workout which made it unpleasant, but I still managed. The workout really isn't that hard anymore these days. Day 15: Skipped out on supper today because I was feeling quite sick and I think that definitely made an impact on my performance today. I had less energy, but the overall workout was okay. (HALF-WAY DONE) Day 16: A little rough today, good though. Day 17: Same as yesterday. Day 18: A little struggle on the planks, the rest was fine though. Day 19: Unfortunately, I did not complete the workout today even if I wanted to. I was at a sleepover. Day 20: Workout today could have gone better, My left side plank was horrid for some reason. Day 21: Good workout. Day 22: Same as yesterday, a little trouble on the side planks. Day 23: Was a little out of breath today, but overall I was fine. Day 24: First day back at school and I managed to still do the workout. Day 25: I drank water before doing this without thinking about it and boy was that a mistake. I could hear it the whole time which made me uncomfortable. I was also really out of breath during the second part of the workout? Day 26: Same as yesterday, minus the water thing. Day 27: Left side planks was a little hard to hold. Day 28: For the first time ever, I took a break from the workout willingly. I felt bad about it so I'm going to work out tomorrow. Day 29: Back to the regular schedule. Good workout. Day 30: Better today than yesterday. Day 31: Workout was fine except for the last move I was literally sliding on the floor cause my hands got clammy. Day 32: I have officially completed a whole month of this workout and it feels good. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ The aftermath: I actually liked doing this everyday. I always pushed myself to do it and I never thought that I would ever commit to a workout for a month STRAIGHT. I only ended up taking a 1 day break which isn't that bad considering this is the first itme I've ever done something like this. Now that I have reached my goal, I guess I'll be doing this workout whenever I feel like it. I may also switch to another workout. I really did enjoy this one though!! The length is perfect to fit in to any day, no matter how busy. I did not take measurements of my waist before starting which I regret, but I didn't know where the measuring thing was. As for my weight,I also have no idea how that has been going. Physically, I definitely see a difference. I have more toned abs and I see my ribcage a lot less. Would highly recommend this! I also ate whatever I wanted so that may have altered ny results. However, I have a quick motabolism. I have tried eating more fruits (apples, grapes) during this month and watching what I eat a little more closely by trying to find healthy alternatives to certain foods when possible. Hopefully someone will see my commment as I put a lot of hard work into typing all of my fitness journey out. :) -Steph (Will be doing this for a month, so until September 7th.)
you’re putting the workout on your neck instead of abs. that will make your neck hurt. squeeze your core tight (like you got punched in the stomach squeeze your belly so right and breathe) and you will get good results!

Kanti Mulroney Yes!! Thought after a couple months I started changing some of the moves after being so used to doing the same workout, for example I changed the reach through crunches to pulses, the side planks to pulsing side planks, the toe taps to Russian twists, stuff like that!!

If your neck hurts tuck your chin towards your chest look straight and focus more on lifting your chest also do a 1 min plank before you start the workout just to engage your core This helped me to overcome my neck pain during abs workout

This workout actually got me abs. I did this 4 - 5 times a week and lost more weight and got more toned than I’ve ever gotten before. It took a few months of consistency, and if you have to start out by pausing it 100 times and taking naps in during those breaks so be it. Just keep pushing a little harder and in no time you won’t need to pause it. I’m currently trying to get my abs back because it turns out doing nothing but lay around eating for a year takes them away
@@王安柏-o2z I didn’t change my diet very much, I already ate pretty healthy. Im not vegan but I lean towards mostly plant based foods except I eat eggs for protein. At the end of the day I think it’s just about how much processed food you eat, not a specific diet. Calories from unprocessed foods are going to be converted into energy instead of fat more easily:) also eating three meals a day seemed to help keep my metabolism going fast.
PRO TIP: do NOT do this workout everyday because when you do the same exact workout everyday your muscles will start anticipating the workout routine and adjust in order to store energy. Like others have said you can workout your “abs” everyday but it’s more beneficial workout different parts of the ab (upper, lower, sides) and if you need to take a break. This is only what I’ve heard from fitness coaches and I would recommend Chloe Tings challenges because she tries to incorporate different workouts everyday which would deliver better results. Work smarter not harder ;) Let’s get those abs! (get this to the top so people can see)
@@indiannaw4271 everybody slighty knowledged in the field of human anatomy knows this :) muscles fibers need time to relax, restore and then grow better. on the days off you target another muscle group, just as the first comment said.
The way muscles get stronger is by ripping itself every time you exercise and build it again so that it’s stronger for the next time you do it until it’s strong enough for your activity. Yes you still get results even if you don’t rest them, but giving your muscles time to rebuild is still important and beneficial, even ab muscles benefit from this even though it’s commonly said that ab muscles don’t need rest. Also unless you want to be super bulky and ripped, you don’t need to do intense ab workouts everyday
I see a difference been doing this for 3 weeks and my stomach fat has went away. My abs are defined and you can see a like going through my stomach! I’m comfortable with my stomach now that I can wear crop tops lol. Yes, my wait has gotten smaller. And after those planks I even have muscle in my arms for holding my body weight. Highly recommend doing this!

avoid sugars, drink lots of water, dont eat too little (dont starve yourself), eat well but healthily (greens, fruits, carbs, proteins), try not to eat fast food
brianna right now I’m just trying to eat a bit healthier by cutting out extra carbs and sugar and I can tell you that it really helps a lot! I still eat as much as I did before but I eat less bread, sugary drinks, rice, potatoes, chips, and junk food. I just bought a scale today and the last time I weighed myself I was 134 pounds. Now I’m down to 129 so it’s pretty lit and not just that but I also have abs! Consistency is key and I know you can do it 😝
i tried this one year ago and failed, let’s try again!! day one: completed!! i loved the burn, i forgot the good feeling of it. i kind of failed at the side planks, but it’s okay because i did some alternatives. looking forward to completing it tomorrow as well!! day two: didn’t complete unfortunately. i was studying all day and i was also invited to a family dinner.

guys this actually WORKS!!! it took me about a week to start seeing changes. i have to add, diet is the most important thing! unless you already have a low body fat % and just need toning, you will only see major results if you eat healthily as well. dont give up! stay motivated and focused, you can do this! :)

@@jasmine263 that has happened to me in the past. honestly you need to find the right sort of motivation to do it. not just for a flat stomach. think about all the mental benefits and how much stronger you'll be, and your self esteem! also exercise promotes better sleep :) thats what keeps me motivated.

I can it just takes time and strength I do all these ab workouts with 25-30lb weights in my normal routine with 60 plus reps per exercise so this with no weight would be nothing to me. My core strength took time about 4 months. And no I don’t have abs. I only do my abs twice a week

Don't let your stomach dome out as you're exercising. Keep it in. Think about pulling your belly button into your spine! Trust me it makes the exercises more effective and tightens your waist! I watched another pt talk about it x
I'm a PT and this is true. If you don't, you train your lower back more and less abs. Your back needs to stay completely stuck to the ground the entire time of doing the exercise. It's also really well explained in pilates classes if anyone would like to practice 😇

if your neck hurts, you’re lifting from your neck. you need to be lifting from your stomach/abs. try to do that instead of putting all the pressure on your neck :)

I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 months and in the first 2 weeks I saw a difference within my body, my stomach got flatter. At the end of month I saw my shape to get more thinner and my waist getting smaller and I my stomach is definitely forming a very light ab outline around a month and a half, by the end of month 2 which is around this time my body is a very good shape and even when I eat I get bloated less. I do this workout once or twice everyday for about 2 months and the progress really shows this workout really shapes my body in a way I didn’t think my body could look. Doing this workout when I am bloated helps a lot as well making me feel less bloated and a lot better!!
Did you do any other exercises or even a sport during the day? And did you had one day for a break?
@@michellesaiz7695 I took about 5 off days throughout the entire 2 months, I also did have some other exercises throughout the day as in walking every day and I run once a week about a mile or so but when I didn’t do this because I started during a time where I had to stay home it really helped me regulate my body and keep myself in good shape because I’d do it once a day for 2 weeks without my regular schedule and it worked very very well I also only ate about once or twice a day a diet really helps with exercise (eating good and not junk all the time also portioning your food) it doesn’t matter what you eat just how much you portion really

For everyone wondering if this works, I'm here to say, yes it does!! Before doing this, I already had abs, but this really defined my abs even more. For the best results, I train my abs by doing Emi Wong's lower ab workout 3 times a week, and this workout twice a week. A combination of both of those will completely change your body!

Start : 8/28
Day 1- ✅ stomach was on fire the entire time. Arms are sore along with neck . Did pretty good for first day, had to take several breaks however. On to day 2!!!
Day 2- ✅ neck and abs were sore all day so I was kinda nervous to start. Abs felt even more on fire today , still took several breaks. Sweating more today fs too, definitely felt it all more. Onto day 3!!!!
Day 3: ✅ Forgot to update lol so, but I still did it. Was really sore yesterday but the workout is kinda getting easier ngl. Already saw some tone in the upper part of my abs , they’re finally visible!!! Onto day 4
Day 4: ✅ completed day 4 . Seeing a lot of progress despite being only on day 4. This workout is a life saver. Less breaks today, think my core is finally starting to get stronger !!! I always look forward to this workout, it’s actually kinda fun :))) Onto day 5 !!!
Day 5- ✅ tried to take no breaks at all today, got me sweating so hardddd . Only counted 3 breaks, new high score :))) . Felt the workout more today, my core is getting sm stronger. Definitely have already incorporated this workout into my daily life, feels wrong to miss it lol . Overall good day , onto day 6!!!!
Day 6- ✅ seeing a visible definition on the sides of my abs :))) took around the same amount of breaks as yesterday tho, which is totally fine :)) also noticed I bloat less after eating now, no idea if it correlates to this workout or not. Anyways, pretty good day 6, so proud of myself for keeping constant with the workout . Onto Day 7 !!!!
Day 7: ✅ WOOOO ONE WEEK COMPLETED !!! actually stayed constant with a workout, I’m so proud. I’ve seen the before photos too now, and there’s definitely more tone in them. Sweat more today and pushed myself to really feel the burn. The workout helps so much I love ittt ! Onto day 8!!!
Day 8- ✅ day 8 completeeee. This workout is so stress relieving . Only take 1-2 breaks now, sooo much better than when I started. My waist has definitely gotten smaller, although not so drastic since it’s only been a week. Anyways , pretty good day today , onto day 9 !!!!
Day 9: ✅ did the workout later in the day towards my bed time, so I really got my sweat going and blood pumping. Actually more relaxed after finishing it. My abs are so visible when I flex now . Can’t believe I’m still going strong with this workout. Remember to drink y’all’s water , I always forget lol. Anyways good day today, onto day 10 !!!
Day 10: ✅ I couldn’t do this in the day time cause I had absolutely no time. So I had to do this workout out late at night when I’m supposed to be sleeping lol. Had to skip the mountain and spider climbers, cause believe it or not it’s really hard to do those and stay quiet lmao. I no longer struggle on all the different kicks anymore , I can do them all without any breaks !! Did another workout that targeted the lower stomach that I had tried a couple months ago and couldn’t finish. My core is so much stronger now, I did it pretty easily :))) anyways slept like a light after the workouts, so pretty good way too finish the day. Onto day 11!!!!
Day 11-✅ day 11 completedddd. Y’all when I say my upper abs are so visible when I flex. Jaw dropped when I looked in the mirror. Alexis Ren is the realist fr🤞🏼 . Workout is much fun, day one me would be horrified that I said that lmao. If y’all are on day one or beginning, THE HARD WORK PAYS OFF. All the sweat and soreness is sooo worth it guys. Y’all got this :))) Anyways, pretty good day onto day 12!!!

Day 12 - ✅ day 12 completedddd. Felt the workout a lot more today, broke into a sweat. Day has been pretty stressful, so released a lot of it with this. Pretty good day, I no longer take breaks by pausing , I take a couple seconds and then rewind the time I missed. Day one me took a break every 30 secs lmao. Pretty busy day tomorrow, hopefully I can still get my workout in . Anyways, good day, good workout and GUTS came out todayyyy. No skip album fr. Anyways, onto day 13!!!!
Day 13- ❌ GUYS I FAILED 😫 had a super busy day, woke up at 7 to get ready for a quince I was participating in. Didn’t get home till 11:30 and was so tired. Party was worth it tho 😗 had so much fun but so upset I lost my streakkkk.
Day 14- ✅ woke up so sore today, feel hangover lmao. Still did the workout cause I’m not bout to miss 2 days in a row. Body hurts so much from the party, this workout made me sweat so much lol. Still stuck through tho cause tired or not, I’m gonna finish it . So upset I missed a day :(((( but to anyone who misses a day and feel bad, life gets busy sometimes and that’s okkk !!!! It’s good to take an off day, as long as you get back into it the next day with a fresher mind :))) Pretty tiring day but still good. Onto day 15
Day 15- ✅ completedddd. Got right back on track with this workout, and honestly missed how tired but relaxed I feel after this workout. Today marks 2 weeks !!!! Technically it was supposed to be yesterday, but since I missed a day, today marks 2 FULL WEEKS!!! workout is amazing literally. Never been so consistent with a workout besides this one !!! Honestly feels so good to hit this milestone :)) life’s been great lately, loving it rn . I found a piece of fabric I took my markings on around the second day I started, and GUYSSS , there’s so much progress. My waist lost about 2 inchess !!! not sure what exactly it was at the beginning, since the fabric I used doesn’t have measurements, but I marked to where it is now and measured around 2 inches lost !!! To all y’all starting and looking through the comments, YHIS WORKOUT WORKSSS . Trust me it’s a life saverrr. Anyways good day, onto Day 16
Day 16- ✅ complete . Super busy day, had to do this workout when I was supposed to be sleeping again. Soooo hard to do this quietly, I broke into a sweat. Felt relaxed after so I slept like a light lol. Workout is so much easier now, glad I started :))) anyways , was a good day , onto day 17
Day 17- ✅ completed yesterday, I just forgot to update lol. Did this workout before my shower , it was so relaxing. Been really stressed lately so I give my all into this workout to try to release some of it. Thankfully the workout is pretty easy so it releases loadssss. Anyway had a good day and yeah onto day 18!!!!
Day 18- ❌ GUYSS I MISSED AGAINNN. I’m so disappointed. I don’t even have a reason, I just didn’t want to. This is why I never finish anything, I always get lazyyyy. This is why confidence in my body always comes and goes. Disappointed in myself.
Day 19- ✅ completed. Want to start changing my mindset. I’ve been doing this workout before, so I could please others. I’ve never really been confident in my body, always compare myself to others. Wannna start doing stuff for me yk ??? Wanna do this workout and just workout in general, for me and as help in being confident in myself. Gonna stop thinking about pleasing others, because it really just makes me unhappy. everyone’s body is different and I just gotta accept that. back on track today, onto day 20
Day 20- ✅ I keep forgetting to update lol. Pushed myself harder . Again did this before a shower, felt amazinggg. Have nice tone in my stomach , for the first time in forever. Pretty good day, onto day 21!!
Day 21- ✅ again forgot to update. Had to do this workout at night again, so hard to keep quiet. Lowkey harder too because you have to tense your body to keep everything quiet lmao. Slept like a baby after so pretty worth it , onto day 22 !!
Day 22- ✅ I’m so tireddd. Went on a small run today because I wanna start getting into running. When I say I was dead tired and it was only like 20 something minutes. I swear I’ve never sweat so much in my life. Legs were so sore after, so the workout was more challenging today too. Drank like 3 cups of water tho, so it wasn’t all that bad. Anyways, pretty good day and onto day 23!!!
Day 23- ✅ completeddd . Keeping my word on the running, I ran 1 mile today!! Took me like 24 minutes lol but hey we all gotta start somewhere. Was really tired after, so i didn’t do this workout until like 9:30 pm . Lowkey like doing workouts at night, might switch up my scheduling . Anyways pretty good day onto day 24!!!
Day 24- 32 ✅ I haven’t been updating in a while lol. I’ve been pretty busy lately with school and everything, so I do this workout at night when im supposed ro be asleep lol. I’ve been pretty constant with my runs, ran 1.6 miles today. Trying to up how much I run everyday by .2 miles . Stomach is pretty toned, definitely for sure better than when I started. Tomorrow marks one monthhhh !!! The days are kinda off since I missed two days a couple weeks ago. So proud of myself for sticking through a workout, proud to say its been worth ittt. Awesome Fay today, onto day 33 !!!
Day 33-?? ✅✅✅ HEY YALLL. long time no see I know. It’s been like a week and a half since I’ve updated. I did complete the full month tho , wooo !!!! Honestly this abb work out is so so good. My abs are so defined , way more than before. I’m not completely shredded because it honestly depends on your diet, but I’m pretty toned up. I still do this workout everyday, literal life saver . I’m gonna stop updating since I always forget to, but that doesnt mean I’ll stop doing this workout. Thanks to all who have stayed updated with me, we did it !!! And to anyone out there who’s doing this workout or is going to start, it takes time babes, as long as you stay consistent . All the sweat and soreness is so so worth it. Just so y’all know,I did this for three months straight (post breakup ofc) along with back workouts,arm workouts and a bit of cardio ( I ran every night but only ran two laps and did one lap of lunges) and my body was rockin! I ate only salami and cheese and apples and a boiled egg for breakfast,and for dinner I ate chicken avocado burritos. I lost about fifty pounds in those three months and it was amazing! I woke up every morning at 6am and drank a glass of water and started my workout at 7am. It was the time COVID first hit so I was off and didn’t work and I would do these workout at-least twice a day,I had so much energy and I was so productive. Now I’m in a relationship (for about a year now) so I’ve naturally gained like 30 pounds,but I’m back in business with this workout! It is my go-to !!

I’ve done this everyday since she posted (a total of 226 days). Honestly this is the best workout I have ever come across. I carried most of my weight in my stomach area. I started being overweight, and needed a whole minute break between each set. Some sets I couldn’t even do. With this workout along with clean eating and a couple weekly classes at Sweat1000, and a run here and there, I have lost just over 52lbs!!! I couldn’t even see abs when I started and they’re so prominent now. Thank you for this Alexis, I’ll never stop doing this workout!
Ps it really helps if you join a fit club/workout group for motivation, I joined the Bod Fit Club in Cape Town with Candice and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without that community, I struggled going to gym and keeping motivated to do any workout until I joined a club and met people with the same goal as me, to be healthy!

Monika Monika every day apart from days when I was really sick so maybe 2-3 days. I find doing it everyday helped integrate it into my routine. My weight before was 176lbs. I'm 5'3 if that helps. You also have to remember that doing this workout alone probably won't help you lose a lot of weight. The biggest thing is your diet, the workout just helps tone and build muscle.

For diet:
Eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner and a snack. This is what I would typically eat:
Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with avocado mash topped with cucumbers, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar//cereal (healthy, whole grain, low sugar) with milk//oatmeal with peanut butter, honey and banana (made with milk)// 2 pieces of toast with a green smoothie (banana, milk, peanut butter and spinach).
Snack: One serving of any fruit with either a handful of nuts, muesli bar, pea crisps or peanut butter.
Lunch: A sandwich/bagel/wrap with chicken, lettuce, tomato, hummus. Side of fruit is optional.
Snack: Keep this light. If you're not hungry, skip this snack or chew gum for flavour. Otherwise, have a serving of fruits or vegetables or a glass of coconut water. If you're more hungry, have a handful of nuts.
Dinner: Brown rice/sweet potato/wholegrain toast (some type of carb) with either chicken curry, or a protein such as salmon, white fish or chicken.
Snack: One serving of fruit.
NO RED MEAT and NO DRINKS OTHER THAN WATER/COCONUT WATER/MILK

did this for about 3 months now. There is some huge difference. Especially my waist area, although the love handles are the toughest to work on she definitely incorporated some workouts to target the love handle area. I do an extra love handle workout (side planks, russian twists, plank dips etc..) :) I know its really tough but just keep thinking you might not see a difference now but you're working towards that difference. i needed to work out again and remembered i used to always watch this video when i was at my skinniest but didn’t realize it. i love this video and it helped me maintain my figure even without a genuine gym (24 in waist 40 in hip). i miss it, and it’s been about 1.5 years since i’ve done any genuine exercise. so i suppose it’s time to start again before i start college :) hopefully i stick to it considering i know the results :)

Day 2: my stomach hurts a lot, I did one in the morning and I’ll do one at night
Day 3: it doesn’t get easier, I added other exercises, but you can feel the pain😐, but I’m sure I’ll see a different by the end of week
Day 4) I’m great results,once you stay consistent, it becomes easier, I do suggest that once it does become easier, you should go on other videos and add different exercises to make the process faster, that’s what I did
Day 5) I skipped, I was too tired to work out

OVERALL
My period started so I have to stop, but I did lose 4 pounds, because of the other exercises I added, doing my exercises in the morning and at night, I also wasn’t on a diet, but I barely eat to begin with.

I still exercise, but I only exercise at night and I decided to add the Japanese exercise also. If you don’t know what the Japanese exercise is, basically you get a towel, wrap it up and lay on it for 5 mins, look up “JAPANESE EXERCISE ” on TH-cam for the full tutorial.

I did this workout Last February through march and lost 15 pounds with healthy eating as well. I got so many compliments and I was so ready to go to out and buy new clothes for my new size!! Once.. I started my job it consumed me, I was always tired, lost motivation, ate whatever what was around. I gained the 15 back and few more. Not only that, family troubles and a boy broke my heart during this time. So my eating went through the roof. Now that I quit that job, and am great with my family and the boys out of my life I am so determined to get back into this and learn never to quit no matter how hard things get. Being healthy and strong mentally and physically is my ultimate goal..!!

Day 1: Tough, I did this exercise 2 years ago but I have gained a lot of weight and was very inactive for a very long time so doing this again was super hard. Manifesting my old body back!
Day 2: Was very unmotivated to do this today but forced myself, skipped the right and left side planks cause my shoulders were hurting but tried to do the rest. Didn't feel like I gave it my all today but any exercise is good exercise!
Day 3: Skipped! Wasnt feeling too well
Day 4: Enjoyed this one! did it after 20 minutes of running!
Day 5: Was feeling super unmotivated, tried to run but my body just didn’t want to push through it today so did this to feel better.

same here i was super lean about two years ago thanks to this video. i had so much motivation back then and after a whole month of doing it my stomach was completely different. i have gained a bit of stomach fat now and i don’t like how i look so i want to give into this challenge again. and as you said, get my old body back. i felt so good back then cos i also ate very healthy and that helped so much with the process.

DISCLAIMER: I do practically all my workouts late at night. Anywhere between 10 pm and 1:45 am, so if I get tired sometimes that may be why.
day 1: How is this even possible to do? This workout is death.(keep in mind that I never work out, I have only been walking, swimming and biking.) Couldn't do it all at once.
day 2 (in pain from the previous day): More difficult but did not stop and completed it as well as I could.
day 3: Hard but easier than before.
day 4 (after swimming all day): Had a few moments when I considered taking breaks but I did not. Really felt it in the arms and abs.
day 5: Workout was harder today and I took 2 second pauses in between some of the exercices to catch my breath. Planks were getting a little bit easier to hold.
day 6: Pretty regular workout. Difficult at times, but that's nothing new. Side planks were great.
day 7: Funny how the first part of the workout used to be harder for me but today seemed to be the opposite.
day 8; First time completing it without wanting to take a break. (My breaks are max 2 seconds when needed) Plank twists were hard as always but I motivated myself to do them without overthinking.
day 9: Felt good, not out of breath.
day 10: Actually feel like I killed it today. I went into thinking "you got this!". Barely looked at the timers (which can be stressful if I am having a hard time). The normal plank is a lot easier for me now. I remember struggling so hard at the beginning of this journey to hold it and my side planks used to be like looking at an earthquake. Today for me was proof that if you believe, you can achieve.
Day 11: great workout!
Day 12: Listened to my own music today and I was much more motivated.
Day 13: Did the workout on a trip so I had little room, but completed regardless.
Day 14: This may be weird or TMI but I could hear liquid in my stomach the whole workout which made it unpleasant, but I still managed. The workout really isn't that hard anymore these days.
Day 15: Skipped out on supper today because I was feeling quite sick and I think that definitely made an impact on my performance today. I had less energy, but the overall workout was okay. (HALF-WAY DONE)
Day 16: A little rough today, good though.
Day 17: Same as yesterday.
Day 18: A little struggle on the planks, the rest was fine though.
Day 19: Unfortunately, I did not complete the workout today even if I wanted to. I was at a sleepover.
Day 20: Workout today could have gone better, My left side plank was horrid for some reason.
Day 21: Good workout.
Day 22: Same as yesterday, a little trouble on the side planks.
Day 23: Was a little out of breath today, but overall I was fine.
Day 24: First day back at school and I managed to still do the workout.
Day 25: I drank water before doing this without thinking about it and boy was that a mistake. I could hear it the whole time which made me uncomfortable. I was also really out of breath during the second part of the workout?
Day 26: Same as yesterday, minus the water thing.
Day 27: Left side planks was a little hard to hold.
Day 28: For the first time ever, I took a break from the workout willingly. I felt bad about it so I'm going to work out tomorrow.
Day 29: Back to the regular schedule. Good workout.
Day 30: Better today than yesterday.
Day 31: Workout was fine except for the last move I was literally sliding on the floor cause my hands got clammy.
Day 32: I have officially completed a whole month of this workout and it feels good.

The aftermath: I actually liked doing this everyday. I always pushed myself to do it and I never thought that I would ever commit to a workout for a month STRAIGHT. I only ended up taking a 1 day break which isn't that bad considering this is the first itme I've ever done something like this. Now that I have reached my goal, I guess I'll be doing this workout whenever I feel like it. I may also switch to another workout. I really did enjoy this one though!! The length is perfect to fit in to any day, no matter how busy. I did not take measurements of my waist before starting which I regret, but I didn't know where the measuring thing was. As for my weight,I also have no idea how that has been going. Physically, I definitely see a difference. I have more toned abs and I see my ribcage a lot less. Would highly recommend this! I also ate whatever I wanted so that may have altered ny results. However, I have a quick motabolism. I have tried eating more fruits (apples, grapes) during this month and watching what I eat a little more closely by trying to find healthy alternatives to certain foods when possible. Hopefully someone will see my commment as I put a lot of hard work into typing all of my fitness journey out. :)

Kanti Mulroney Yes!! Thought after a couple months I started changing some of the moves after being so used to doing the same workout, for example I changed the reach through crunches to pulses, the side planks to pulsing side planks, the toe taps to Russian twists, stuff like that!!
Secretly been doing these exercises in my room so that when I actually wear a swimsuit, people say, “How tf are you so toned? You don’t even do anything!”

I've been doing this workout for a few months now(along with a few others) and I've seen soo much difference ... I don't follow any diet.. just intermittent fasting

If your neck hurts tuck your chin towards your chest look straight and focus more on lifting your chest also do a 1 min plank before you start the workout just to engage your core
This helped me to overcome my neck pain during abs workout

I've been doing this now for a couple of weeks but not as consistently as I could be. It is making a difference though. My back really hurts doing some of the exercises? Anyone else find this?
This workout actually got me abs. I did this 4 - 5 times a week and lost more weight and got more toned than I’ve ever gotten before. It took a few months of consistency, and if you have to start out by pausing it 100 times and taking naps in during those breaks so be it. Just keep pushing a little harder and in no time you won’t need to pause it. I’m currently trying to get my abs back because it turns out doing nothing but lay around eating for a year takes them away

@@王安柏-o2z I didn’t change my diet very much, I already ate pretty healthy. Im not vegan but I lean towards mostly plant based foods except I eat eggs for protein. At the end of the day I think it’s just about how much processed food you eat, not a specific diet. Calories from unprocessed foods are going to be converted into energy instead of fat more easily:) also eating three meals a day seemed to help keep my metabolism going fast.

PRO TIP:
do NOT do this workout everyday because when you do the same exact workout everyday your muscles will start anticipating the workout routine and adjust in order to store energy. Like others have said you can workout your “abs” everyday but it’s more beneficial workout different parts of the ab (upper, lower, sides) and if you need to take a break. This is only what I’ve heard from fitness coaches and I would recommend Chloe Tings challenges because she tries to incorporate different workouts everyday which would deliver better results. Work smarter not harder ;) Let’s get those abs! (get this to the top so people can see)

The way muscles get stronger is by ripping itself every time you exercise and build it again so that it’s stronger for the next time you do it until it’s strong enough for your activity. Yes you still get results even if you don’t rest them, but giving your muscles time to rebuild is still important and beneficial, even ab muscles benefit from this even though it’s commonly said that ab muscles don’t need rest. Also unless you want to be super bulky and ripped, you don’t need to do intense ab workouts everyday
I see a difference been doing this for 3 weeks and my stomach fat has went away. My abs are defined and you can see a like going through my stomach! I’m comfortable with my stomach now that I can wear crop tops lol. Yes, my wait has gotten smaller. And after those planks I even have muscle in my arms for holding my body weight. Highly recommend doing this!

avoid sugars, drink lots of water, dont eat too little (dont starve yourself), eat well but healthily (greens, fruits, carbs, proteins), try not to eat fast food
brianna right now I’m just trying to eat a bit healthier by cutting out extra carbs and sugar and I can tell you that it really helps a lot! I still eat as much as I did before but I eat less bread, sugary drinks, rice, potatoes, chips, and junk food. I just bought a scale today and the last time I weighed myself I was 134 pounds. Now I’m down to 129 so it’s pretty lit and not just that but I also have abs! Consistency is key and I know you can do it 😝
