In the NFL, quarterbacks have their own personal spaces, often referred to as quarterback rooms. Russell Wilson didn't violate the NFL bylaws by having his own space a/k/a office. Russell Wilson office was his quiet and focused space to mentally prepare, watch films, and meet with his team members one-on-one to improve their performance!

That's the part of this no one is talking about anymore! Even if they had gotten Rodgers like they planned originally, the Broncos were not THAT good. They had a solid defense and some good offensive weapons, but they weren't gonna on the level of Buffalo or Cincy or those types of teams. I remember even some Broncos insiders were saying "we are not a QB away." That front office has been a dumpster fire since Manning left lol

It’s very well known around the league that he doesn’t try to build relationships with his teammates. They have him call his Pr team to even get ahold of him. Marshawn lynch has spoken openly about not having a positive relationship with Russ.

I like undisputed I think the media just constantly pours on this show. Never hear anything about the show that comes on before them. Skip is better at debate. First things first had Chris Carter at first and they kept making changes until they got it right. Hope they do the same for this show.

Linemen will still block for a QB they don't like because it's their job and it could reflect "poorly" on their next contract. Denver's line just didn't block for Russ. They played nowhere NEAR what their past says they should.

Russ still was huge contributing factor in both the Hawks SB runs. Everyone will always say he had the LOB and Beast mode and I’m not saying they didn’t help the cause but Russ still made incredible plays and comebacks during his time (i.e. both NFC championship games from those years). That said, I still want to see him do good wherever he lands.

Russ willed the Seahawks to a comeback after their defense fell apart in the second half and blew a double digit lead in the 4th quarter. The offensive coordinator insisted on throwing the ball since Lynch failed to get through earlier. Hindsight is 20/20. A better receiver with more experience and a little power could’ve caught that ball and not get shoved out of the way by the DB. Then no one would be critical of that play. Russell Wilson would then be held as MVP

I think that the commanders best option would be to sign Wilson, instead of giving the farm to the Bears so they could get Caleb. It’s already a huge risk to draft a QB in a top ten pick but to do that and trade multiple draft picks! That’s just crazy! Seventeen of the 28 quarterbacks who were acquired via first-round trade never won a playoff game with the teams that drafted them, and only nine of those quarterbacks signed an extension with the teams that drafted them before the expiration of their respective rookie contracts. In 2022 the Broncos had the 7th ranked defense. The problem was the offense scored 16 points a game. It’s not like Russ had to carry the team. He was the reason they went 5-12. There was literally a stat out that if the offense could’ve scored 20 points a game they would’ve been 13-4.
In 2023 he was given a fresh start with one of the best offensive coaches in the NFL, and improved. He made some spectacular plays. However, he had to make spectacular plays because the offense could not score points in the first 3 quarters of the game , or until the other team tried to run the clock out. That is just not sustainable no matter how good your defense is.
Russ was given every single opportunity Imaginable in Denver and couldn’t make it work.
Let’s not act like Denver didn’t support him or give him every possible chance. Jesus, they are giving him 39 million to not play this year,
If he could’ve learned Sean Payton‘s offense, he would still be a Denver Bronco and nobody would be talking about this.

Hackett, the GM and Sean Payton deserve blame for parts of the last 2 seasons. But Russ coming in not ready to play and to lead in 2022 really shaped the narrative for this whole situation. His ego got the best of him in 2022 and he simply didn’t produce and win enough in 2023 to change the narrative.

In his interview with Brandon Marshal, Russ stated that his goal is to win two Super Bowls in five years in which he spent two of those years with the Broncos! So, Russ will be going to the team who wants to win two Super Bowls by 2027 God's way with a super talented coach and players, and an O-line ready and willing to protect him as their QB!
