sorry bud, it gets tougher as our body gets older. but daily rehab goes a long way. 20 dedicated minutes of many stretches helped me rehab my (not as bad as your injury of course) knee twist. God bless.
I was put somewhere for 5 years for something that was proven that I never did it was some kind of mix-up 5 years of my life wasted and I can't get a lawsuit or any type of compensation in my country it doesn't look like that put me 5 years behind time for nothing I left with 450 dollars and nowhere to go

Everyone ragging the guy for waving at the bottom of the hill - Because he just got up on the bottom of that hill after wrecking and the other rider is making a right hand turn. He could see the rider coming to the face of that jump/turn. If you haven’t rode before, don’t act like you know how this works! There should have been flaggers on that hill. It’s not his job to get up and warn other people not to hit him or his bike.
No flagger is BS. This has to happen countless number of times before. These types of injuries have to be avoided. Take charge riders and family of riders. Every time you are at the track cannot be your first time.
In this case. If you are the promoter, track official, rider, family of riders. You should foresee this blind jump as being a problem if someone crashes on the backside . Has to be a flagger warning of potential dangers. Injuries like this have to be avoided

A spotter should throw a Red Cross when there’s an incident on the landing. Problem with most spotters in Pro Moto is the lack of experience and understanding to communicate hazards and make critical decisions.
This is the kind of the stuff that happens at public tracks that are open for practice but no flaggers. I've seen so many riders being hauled off by helicopters that you would think by now if the track doesn't have flaggers it shouldn't be open.....!👍🏁🤠 The track promotors should be held accountable for riders/racers safety, so if they can't afford them and or can't get them they shouldn't be holding a race or a practice day! There was a motocross guy who went over a jump and landed his ass right on the brake handle FULL penitration, and it broke off in his ass. The fear is real, and there are videos on youtube about it.
Failure of event ppl to properly staff and police the jumps. Praying for that kid. I injured myself in the navy at 17. 40 yrs later sitting here waiting for more surgery. Dr on Monday. Hopefully getting my surgery date. Praying it’s not the knee, hip, & back. Praying that kid does not have lifelong injuries either.

I crashed like that when i was 19. I'm 40 now. It still hurts.

You could have a Flagger every 20’ and they would have stopped that. It’s a dangerous sport. Things happen fast.

It was press day, you aren't supposed to ride that fast on press day, its not for practicing. Thats why there's no flaggers.
